Resumen
The economic conditions of recent times require a structural changing and, mainly, behavioral ones of Brazilian business. The scenario created by big economic powers shows the difference between Brazilian industries and service sectors when it is compared business issues, for example, competitiveness, productivity and innovation, with others countries. The technological innovation consists in a critical factor for competitiveness and for the global economic development; moreover, it can be found in industrial sectors (responsible for materialization and organization of operational system of production process) and in service sectors (which make planning of the contracted activity). Innovation should not be included only in these two economic sectors; however, it has to be included in the economic thought of countries. It has to be highlighted the fact that innovation is not the unique factor of competitiveness, but, productivity and knowledge make the same impact in competitiveness as innovation does. Besides, external and internal demands predict trends in terms of searching products, process an strategies, which can promote a better interaction between market and productivity control. In a global context, Brazil, specially, has a lot of techniques to learn in terms of how to use its resources in a adequate way, independently if they are natural or not. That is why studies about critical factors for competitiveness are determined for the Brazil's sustainable growth.

Resumen
In this paper, an Inventory model with unit production cost, time depended holding cost, with-out shortages is formulated and solved. We have considered here a single objective inventory model. In most real world situation, the objective and constraint function of the decision makers are imprecise in nature, hence the coefficients, indices, the objective function and constraint goals are imposed here in fuzzy environment. Geometric programming provides a powerful tool for solving a variety of impreciseoptimization problem. Here we have used nearest interval approximation method to convert a triangular fuzzy number to an interval number then transform this interval number to a parametric interval-valued functional form and solve the parametric problem by geometric programming technique. Here two necessary theorems have been derived. Numerical example is given to illustrate the model through this Parametric Geometric-Programming method.

Resumen
Advertisement is one of marketing communication forms made by companies to reach sales goal of certain product. Advertising creativity is one of important factors that determines the success of television advertisement, beside that the exposure intensity also be determining factor to make the television advertisement get attention from spectators. To measure the spectators response toward advertisement in this research, the researcher used AIDA model. AIDA (attention, interest, desire, action) model is one of popular response hierarchy models for marketer as guidance to implement the marketing communication activities. The thesis analyzes the influence of advertising creativity and exposure intensity toward the buying action as the final stage of consumer in deciding the decision to buy product. The research used quasi experimental study to 80 respondents as the target market of the advertised, that is ice cream of Haan brand. The experiment as done in 2 treatments, treatment 1: one advertising exposure and treatment 2: three advertising exposures. The Mann Whitney difference test with SPSS program showed no significant differences between treatment of 1 exposure and 3 exposures. The SEM PLS analysis showed that advertising creativity influenced significantly to attention, interest, desire and action in buying product.

Resumen
The computational technological efforts towards a centralized data storage and processing have contributed to provide more sustainable solutions under the environmental, administrative and business perspectives. However, it is not yet worldwide adopted by public institutions, specially, in the Brazilian educational systems, where these technological models are still under constant discussions and development. In this sense, this work presents a brief survey about cloud and mobile integrated technologies and their possible contributions to support a centralized data management in educational systems, relating improvements in governance, data security, mobility, economic viability and environmental impact. Therefore, this work also present a list of already free and private technologies and their advantages and disadvantages in the Brazilian scenario. In this sense, the herein technological aspects considers the integration between cloud and mobile technologies as essential alternative to suppress the online requirements, which a limitation for a large number of public institutions that have problems to be effectively connected on the Internet.

Resumen
The study sought to explore the relationship between ICTs management and NBS liquidity. ICTs management helps the business to effect proper planning, coordinating, controlling and decision-making. Liquidity is important for banks to meet the demands of customers and a means of public confidence. The Internet connectivity in the NBS discouraged incentives for manipulations and other inefficiencies that characterized the paper and pen banking of the pre-reform era. The e-FASS approach and heavy investments and application of quality ICTs management by banks restored national and international confidence in the NBS which in a great measure, helped to lure back capital and liquidity into the system. Previous studies have found positive relationship between ICTs management and business productivity, bank profitability and economic growth. Through theoretical and empirical results this study found a high positive relationship between ICTs management and NBS liquidity.

Resumen
There are intensifying actions to combat the mosquito Aedes which is admittedly responsible for the transmission of diseases: chikungunya, dengue and zika. Among these dengue is a recurring problem that affects the entire world, especially the tropical areas. It is considered one of the world’s greatest public health problems by the World Health Organization, which estimates that approximately 390 million people get infected by this disease each year worldwide. In Brazil, since the first report of the disease in 80’s, dengue has continually occurred, alternating epidemic periods with peaks of increasing disease. Therefore, this study aims to assess the feasibility of using unmanned aerial vehicle, popularly known as drone, in aid of the dengue control program executed in Maringá - PR. In conclusion the use of this aircraft is feasible, since it is an economically attractive investment due to its low cost against the annual investment with manpower.

Resumen
Prior to 2000, and before banks in Nigeria embraced the NBS was inefficient, characterized by frauds, long queues, nonperforming loans, illiquidity and distress. As one way of overcoming these challenges banks started to focus on BPR as a veritable tool to drive efficiency customer satisfaction and improved shareholder value. With the advent of BPR and process improvement efficiency gradually strolled back in to the NBS Against the prereengineering era when the liquidity ratio of the NBS was minus 15.92 percent in 1996 with no bank meeting the 30 percent minimum prudential requirement, the NBS had a positive average liquidity ratio of 65.69 in 2011 with all the banks meeting the 30 percent minimum liquidity ratio. The banks that introduced BPR early in the 2000s have remained without distress, liquid, efficient with high growths in gross earnings, total assets profitability and total equity. The research design was deployed for the study, and it was found that BPR has positive effect on NBS efficiency.

Resumen
The purpose of this paper was to develop a reference model for the implementation of the process of product development (PDP) for apparel. The tool was developed through an interactive process of comparison between theoretical. Managers in companies and professionals working in this market can utilize the reference model as a source for the organization and improvement of the PDP for apparel and the universities as a reference source for systematized teaching of this process. This model represents the first comprehensive attempt to develop an instrument at a detailed level (macro phases, phases, activities, inputs and outputs at each stage and at the gates) to systematize the PDP process for fashion products and to consider its particularities.

In European Union, within the new Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) of the new period 2014-2020, and within the scope of the Common Market Organization, are very important the dynamics of evolution and the problems in relation to the production and marketing of Fruit and Vegetables products. The unification of the regulations of the CMOs and the continuity of the Operational Programs of the Organizations of Producers of Fruits and Vegetables (OPFH), must to have now focus towards problem solving, continuous sector improvement and the search or approximation towards efficiency. The purpose of this paper is to synthesize, firstly, the normative framework of the current CAP and the tools conferred by OPFH operational programs for such improvement and coping with problems, and secondly to carry out a study and analysis of the Spanish OPFH group of fresh fruit (apples, pears and peaches), and finally, to analyze the usable tools for the confrontation and management of the market crises and problems in this subsector. The most repeated and known problems, campaign to campaign, within this subsector in this millennium, and especially in the last four campaigns, have been the market crises generated by overproduction and oversupply, consumption behavior (peach, nectarine, paraguayan), saturation of the market, difficulties in materializing certain palliative measures (withdrawals of product, product distributed for food banks, product transformation, etc.) and models to Financing those measures, with the relevant impact on market prices, and finally, the introduction of environmental measures.

In this context, the latter have gradually appeared on the scene and many of them are currently seated and regulation about reality. However, in addition to the globalization factor, which has been under discussion for several decades, it has added a new element: the digital economy, and has jeopardized both classical corporate structures as new formulas based on parameters social economy, bringing new definitional elements for these entities. Thus, as a result of the digital phenomenon in Latin America has been talking with focus digital cooperatives, as a product booming and especially beneficial in situations of global economic recession like the current one, and which have both advantages and disadvantages that deserve our attention, especially as pilot experiences for future extrapolation of the results to the Spanish legislative dynamics.
