Resumen
La homofobia y la lesbofobia hacen referencia a actitudes de hostilidad dirigidas hacia las personas que disciernes del modelo heteronormativo. Las cuales pueden manifestarse de diversas formas y producen diversos efectos en la calidad de vida de las víctimas, afectando a las dimensiones: psicosocial, cultural y económica de los/as homosexuales (Herek, 2004; Barrientos y Cárdenas, 2013). A través de la aplicación de las escalas de Raja y Stokes (1998) de homofobia hacia gays (MHS-G) y homofobia hacia lesbianas (MHS-L) a 150 alumnos/as de Trabajo Social de la UANL se plantea analizar en nivel de homo/lesbofobia y que variables son determinantes. Los resultados evidencian un nivel de rechazo medio-bajo mayor respecto a lesbianas que hacia gays. Especialmente es estudiantes con ideologías conservadoras, mujeres y que no profesan religión. Así mismo se constata que el nivel de instrucción no resulta ser determinante. En base a estos resultados se considera necesario realizar una revisión de los planes docentes de la titulación e incluir contenidos referentes a la diversidad sexual y los posibles efectos negativos en las intervenciones profesionales en las que actitudes homo/lesbofóbicas tienes lugar.

Resumen
En este trabajo se presentan algunas de las conclusiones extraídas de un estudio realizado en 2014 y actualizado en 2015 sobre los recursos de acogimiento residencial existentes en Galicia. En nuestra investigación se han analizado el número de menores acogidos y el tipo de centros de atención residencial en los que se encuentran. De igual modo, se ha identificado el perfil del menor, el tipo de profesional y los programas que se implementan en estos centros. Si bien las intervenciones y atenciones prestadas en dispositivos de acogimiento residencial implican una importante especialización, estas tareas han de ser necesariamente más específicas en el caso de menores que presentan una discapacidad o una situación de dependencia. En base a esta hipótesis, se recogen las atenciones específicas que la normativa vigente en España contempla para los menores con discapacidad en medidas de acogimiento. Las conclusiones apuntan a un alto número de acogimientos residenciales en Galicia en contraste con los de España, así como la necesidad de una mayor coordinación y especialización en los programas de atención específicos para personas con diversidad funcional y/o necesidades educativas especiales en los centros de acogimiento residencial de Galicia.

Resumen
A partir del conflicto generacional entre trabajadores/as de las empresas recuperadas en la Argentina a raíz de la crisis económica de 2001, este trabajo investiga los límites y posibilidades de la movilización obrera en el contexto de la precariedad laboral. Para ello analiza la precarización laboral atendiendo a tres niveles - programático, institucional y subjetivo –y a las interrelaciones entre ellos. Concluye que de este entramado resultan tecnologías de (auto)gobierno que naturalizan y legitiman la precarización progresiva de las relaciones laborales, actuando como herramientas de control social subjetivo y objetivo de los/as trabajadores/as que son vitales para la reproducción del actual modelo de acumulación capitalista. Tales instrumentos de poder limitan por tanto la capacidad de articular luchas opositorias por parte de los/as trabajadores/as, pero sin anularla completamente; el análisis crítico de estas estrategias de (auto)gobierno supone un primer paso fundamental para su oposición y la organización de formas alternativas de relaciones laborales y sociales emancipadoras que respondan al complejo panorama laboral de nuestros días.

This study seeks to develop new horizons, diversifying national production model, this research seeks and aims to process one of the natural resources that the country possesses, such as sugar cane, through its process you can get the juice from the cane so I pack it n glass and obtain greater prof tability and improve the living conditions of the population of the nhabitants of this cantan delineating this study demographically and specifically within the province of Guayas especially the Cantan Salitre, which is projected ncome generation to 2016, which in theory will begin to profit from the nvestment. The goal is to "assess the feasibility of production of cane juice sugar glass packaging to boost socio-economic development of the inhabitants of Canton Salitre in the period 2009-2013".

Resumen
The different theories of emotional ntelligence have produced great benefit and interest both in the academic and therapeutic world. Therapists, educators and parents want to know how they can help children develop their emotional intelligence. This study analyzes research literature n the area of children's emotional ntelligence, n turn, the way n which parenting styles or parenting practices predict the emotional ntelligence of children n different or similar ways.Based on the theoretical analysis, tour main areas of parenting are established, which are relevant for the work of emotional intelligence, as it is: the response capacity of parents, the positive demand of parents, the negative demand of parents and parental advice, which are related to emotions. The objective of the study is to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence and parental style, while determining the relevant sub-items far relational analysis. This work deals with aninstrumental-correlational study with qualitative approach since t describes in its entirety the characteristics of the phenomenon raised in the study. The responsiveness of the parents, the training related to the emotion of the parents and the positive demand of the parents are related to the emotional intelligence of the children and their development, while the negative demand of the parents s related to the deficiencies in emotional intelligence of children. t s concluded that the research on parental or parenting styles and emotional ntelligence s still very imited. There is an urgent need to address the relationship between parenting styles and emotional intelligence. lt is necessary to study other parental practices that haveproven to be important in the development of children.

Resumen
Emotional educat on as an objection to social needs that are not addressed in formal education in a sufficíent manner, the use of this type of emotional development strategy based on dramatization favors intellectual and emotional development. In the present study, t shows a methodological design with a qualítative approach, since it denotes the uniqueness of educational phenomena, which is related and frequently related to values, which t considers to be the approach best adapted tothe subjectivity of the educational fact, and to the objectives, thematic and particularíties of this study. t s characterízed by having a descriptive scope, which an achieve real knowledge, although the sea is limited with the dramatic game and the child's emotional development skills. The objective of the study is to establish a methodological plan for the development of emotions through dramatic play. this concluded that the development of emotional skills and communications in school should not overlook any element belonging to the methodological plan, because they are all essential n the acquisition of communicative skills, where the child achieves fully develops, without depriving anyone.

The present research presents a work methodology far the application of symbolicgames as a learning tool n the so-called symbolic-mathematical corner, in order to enhance logical-mathematical earning. The research s developed taking intoaccount the ack of innovative methodologies far the strengthening of mathematics in infants of nitial Education. The RSM Methodology stipulates new stages (Registe,, Simulation and Memoriza) and guidelines that enhance the learning of mathematics under ts strict application, but without forgetting the free choice of the educator to choose the mechanics, space and materials that will be used in said processes teaching-learning.

The present article addresses one of the basic problems that arise in the process of scientific research, namely, the identification of the research problem and its subsequent formulation. On the basis of the epistemological characterization of this object, the idea of its categorical nature and, consequently, its guiding nature in the orientation of the research process is defended. Likewise, we consider the contradiction as the first content of research problems and their typology, as well as their application in the psychological and medical contexts.

Resumen
Higher education has the social responsibility of satisfying the technical, economic and social needs of a country. At the nternational level, the technical sciences contribute to identify and understand the barriers that impede the achievement of certain goals, that is why the professional training of these students s an aspect of interest. Global trends today, promote education focused on learning and not teaching, making the student the axis of the process. The economic formation is considered a necessity, in the way to reach, in the graduated ones, high levels of quality in the labor performance of the same ones. The objective of this article is to carry out an analysis on the professional training of the students technical sciences, emphasizing their economic formation. The research done, addresses the issue from the point of view expressed by sorne international organizations and the governing documents governing vocational training in Cuba.
