Resumen
This article analyzes the experience of deploying the National Humanization Policy at a public hospital in Belo Horizonte, state of Minas Gerais, Brazil. The focus is on the progress made and on the limitations of the participatory management proposed by the humanization policy in the hospital setting. It is a qualitative approach based on a case study that uses documentary research, interviews, and observation. Data were treated by means of thematic content analyses, building theme categories from the perspective of the history of the process of deploying the National Humanization Policy. Neither the efforts made during the deployment phase or the support provided by the Ministry of Health were sustained over the medium term at the hospital. The National Humanization Policy represents an innovation in relation to private sector practices by overcoming a humanization model focused on 'customer satisfaction,' associating care and management practices. However, the biggest challenge is implementing this logic and introducing a new way to relate to and act on health. Action is needed on the institutional panorama as a whole in order for this to occur.

Resumen
The study aimed to get to know the views of professors, students, and professionals at basic health units on the teaching-work integration at theCollege of Medical Sciences and Health at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo. The study sample consisted of 14 professors, 36 sixth year students, and 38 professionals from six partner units, who answered a semi-structured questionnaire on the teaching-work integration and its evolution. The discursive replies were analyzed using the collective subject discourse technique, while the answers to closed questions were analyzed based on frequency distribution. It was found that 73.9 percent of the respondents (most of whom young adults and women) noted progress in the teaching-work integration in recent years, 'with comings and goings,' because 'it is a process,' 'learning that takes time.' The topics that appeared with most emphasis were the distinct interests among the players, the involvement of the university, the student's participation at the health unit, communications, the structure of the basic unit, and knowledge of reality.

Resumen
In this article, we defend the argument that the research topic proposed by Freire, when narrowing the content-everyday life relationship, fosters knowledge reconstruction based on social and cultural memories. These memories, turned into emotionally competent stimuli, provide a teaching action that favors the expansion of knowledge and engrams and, thus, enables learners to transform reality. Therefore, we present Freirian ideas about the ontological needhumans have to develop critical awareness about their existential situations, based on thematic research. In this process, the aim is the existential awareness of the subjects, so that, distancing themselves from the situation they are in, they can develop it as an image, picture or slide on which to discuss, argue and challenge to transform. Following this educational attitude, we discuss the neurobiological bases, i.e. how the brain interprets, understands and grasps the information from the investigated contexts and present a few insights on emotionally appropriate stimuli and the learning process.

Resumen
The article discusses the educational policies and the supervised curricular internship in the undergraduate nursing course, in addition to the influence of productive restructuring and of the reform of the capitalist State on Brazilian higher education. Because it is a reflective study, the literature on the area and the guidance introduced by the laws concerning the supervised curricular internship and nursing education were used as references. In the historical process of the nursing profession, the care with the professional practice and the possible modes of appropriation of this professional identity are under thelimelight. Thus, the internship is seen as an essential part of the training process; the skills required of the nurse can be learned through it. The supervisedcurricular internship should not be seen merely as a requirement of the capitalist world, as it is possible to train a nurse who can reflect on his or her material conditions of existence using the reflective practice in linking teaching and work.

Resumen
This qualitative study aimed to get to know the conception and experience of 27 Family Health Strategy workers on health education. The development of problematizing, as thought by Paulo Freire, facilitated participatory group work. Two of the categories were discussed in this survey: Educational practices and their enigmas; and (re)signifying educational practices. The subjects that were brought up were encoded, decoded and critically unveiled, and the difficulties, possibilities and expectations of the educational action expressed. The results revealed the subjects' difficulties in different aspects of the educational act in their practices and how strong the remnants of a bank, preventive, and medicalized practice are. The reflection coming from this touched them, showing potential for the development of transformative educational practices and the need for continuing education in order to expand their dia-logical skills.

Resumen
This article discusses the importance of music and body workshops in the training of health professionals. It presents and analyzes two workshops: "Clinic at the heart of music: Do you listen to what you hear?" and "The body and the clinic at the heart of music." Faculty, staff, and students of different undergraduate courses at the university took part in the workshops. Data produced from the mapping approach include the pulsating, powerful, creative and living body concepts; the fruitful relations between music, body work and clinical listening; the discussions on health and body integrality; reflections on scenarios that enable experimentation with listening and body in the training of health professionals, and the workshop as a training instrument focused on experience.

Resumen
The article presents a mapping of the formal insertion of people with disabilities in the Brazilian labor market. Data provided in the 2010 Census by the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics with respect to the functionality and disability variables were used. Additionally, also used was information contained in the Ministry of Labor's Annual Social Information Report, which, from 2007 went on to publish the number and profile of jobs held by people with disabilities. Such mapping is preceded by a section on general lines of the historical context of the social inclusion of people with disabilities, as well as by an overview of the laws in the field of 'affirmative action'. A review of the data shows a very low level of participation of people with disabilities in the Brazilian formal labor market, one that concentrates mostly on poor, discontinuous and informal activities (or inactive, without holding occupations).

Resumen
This article presents an analysis of published scientific articles and of trends in scientific production on nursing, addressing the subjectivity in the work of nursing and the theoretical and methodological framework of ergology. The ergological perspective sees work as an essentially human activity that involves the worker's use of himself, mediated by the dynamic three-pole device. Articles, dissertations and theses were searched for in the Virtual Health Library, PubMed, and in the thesis database of the Ministry of Education's Coordination of Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (Capes) from April to July 2011 and from February to April 2012. Sixty-nine published articles, 14 dissertations and eight theses were reviewed. The findings lead one to realize the importance of nurses using themselves in overcoming the gaps between prescribed and actual work. We conclude that further investments in studies on the nurses' relationship with their work, associated with the ergology referential, may explore how decision-making takes place, the meaning given to the experience and the singularities arising from the work practice.
