How the people continually create and recreate the six dimensional inter inter subcultural relationships from strategic point of view? Can they engeene and direct it toward creating a set of peacefull subcultures? This paper answers to these questions. Our mental images shape the quantity and quality of our relationships. The six dimensions of mental images are: my mental image about me, your mental image about you, my  mental image you, your mental image about me, my imagination about your image about me and your imagination about my mental image about you. Strategic engineering is dynamic shaping this images and imaginations. This survey based on object and the relation between variables is explanatory, correlation and quantitative. The target community members are 90 educated people from universities. The data hes been collected through questionnaire and interviewand has been analysed by descriptive statistical techniques and qualitative method. our finding shows that engineering and deliberatly managing the process of inter subcultural transactions in the national and global level can able us to reform continually a peacfull set of learner subculturals towaaard recreat a peacfull unit global Home.

The aim of this study was to determine the impact of change dimensions in the legal environment on the quality of each stage of the decision-making process of the senior managers of public institutions. The interest population of this study included all general managers, directors, administrative, financial and support assistants, financial controllers and managers and other executive directors and deputies of Zanjan province that were studied by census method. The data collection toll was a researcher-made questionnaire that its reliability and validity were confirmed (Cronbach's alpha coefficient: 0.87). Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics techniques (Chi-square test and Friedman test) by SPSS software. The results show that the dimensions of changes in the legal environment factors affect on the two first and third stages of the decision making process of managers (stages of data collection, decision-making and its implementation). However, it has no effect of the data and information analysis stage.

This research aimed to identify the relationship among teachers’ mental health and emotional intelligence and their burnout. The population consisted of Zanjan high school teachers (n=450). A sample of 208 teachers was selected using random sampling method. Data was collected using Goldberg’s mental health questionnaire, Maslach & Jackson’s burnout questionnaire and Bar-On’s emotional intelligence questionnaire. Researcher used structural equation modeling and regression analysis methods for data analysis. The results showed that there is a relationship among teachers’ mental health and emotional intelligence and dimensions of burnout (emotional exhaustion, inefficiency and depersonalization and pessimism).

The investigative work consisted in the analytical investigation of a photometric proposal for the determination of calcium in five different parenteral solutions, in a laboratory (A) in the field of health in Costa Rica. First, the concentration of calcium present in the five parenteral solutions was determined by a volumetric method with EDTA in Laboratory A, the results of which were taken as reference since the method was validated by a body accredited for this purpose. Subsequently, the photometric method recommended by the photometer supplier was tested in the same Laboratory A, presenting problems of precision and accuracy; So we went to the tests in a laboratory B with an identical instrument, which did not give precision problems. The results from both laboratories were statistically compared with a t-Student test and it was stated that there is enough statistical evidence to say that the difference between the results of both laboratories is significant. However, irreversible interferences were maintained photometrically in the study matrices, determining that sodium causes an interference that generates greater intensity in the emission, producing a positive error in the expected calcium concentration. Finally, the suitability of the methodology to quantify calcium by flame photometry in another free sodium matrix was confirmed, obtaining satisfactory results for the calcium content.

This study pretends to help Industrial Engineering to build analysis tools and simulation of scenarios to learn by programming spreadsheets for projects when using Microsoft Excel program (2013). In particular, it will serve for those who registered “Logistics of the Value Chain I”. Thus, they learned to determine basic and essential knowledgeto handle, and later to be useful in other disciplines. Then, when a student design a business project model This tool will allow him to study all components from the program and use a simulator that lets to simulate/analyze logistic variables such as: forecast of the demand, material requirements, replenishment models, distribution resource planning (or DRP), determination of purchase plans, calculation of operating expenses, investment calculations, estimation of a profit and loss statement that permits to the project a net present value (NPV), among others. The Microsoft Excel project program simulates scenarios and, at the same time, perform sensitivity analyzes that indicates differences between the design options of the business model, draw conclusions and provide recommendations. Basedon this particular application, a student will become familiar with the use of Microsoft Excel and other tools that must be programmed throughout the career, to generate knowledge. This study is based on six semesters work in the course.

This work starts from the premise of considering public opinion beyond the well-known published opinion crystallized in studies of political culture. Instead, it considers the speeches undertaken by the so-called opinion makers as they can channel the interpretations of an electoral process. The article proposes an analysis of the public interventions, in the written press and social networks, of the “opinion makers” during the Municipal Elections in Costa Rica 2016. It describes the formal mechanisms used for the political analysis and diluted both tendencies and subjects of approach. Finally it realizes a comparative analysis of the interventions, evidencing agreements and disagreements inthe interpretation of the electoral results. It is concluded that the discourse of opinion formers is disseminated under a prospective and a retrospective opinion.

Facing a new musical work demands a deep reflection about technique, ear training, and musical style. Also, as music teachers, it is important to have the tools to explain the concept of tone quality to our students. This paper proposes a case study of articulation, voicing, and listening considerations in the Prelude and Fugue BWV 875 by Johann Sebastian Bach. A literature review, as well as actual playing, was conducted, and documented to establish practical guidelines. Also, some practice tools are suggested. This work can be used by both teachers and students as an illustration of howa musical work can be explored.

The rise of population in the coastal ecosystems leads to pollute and damage the environment. This study analyzes ‘Las Marites’ Lagoon neighborhood in Margarita Island, Venezuela, its implications on water quality. The data is taken out of official census population. An increase population in the area is observed from 1989, specifically an upsurge of inhabitants in García Municipality area. Therefore, a demand of urban services becomes a need, as a result, it creates an increase of nutrients and coliforms from the urban necessities that produce to diminish salinity, as well as a surge of dissolved inorganic phosphorus (PID) and coliforms bacterial and fecal.

The effect of three planting densities (1,9, 3,2 and 3,9 plants/m2) and three pruning methods (one secondary shoot; two secondary shoots; and no pruning) on the yield and quality of Honey Dew cantaloupe JMX-701 F-1 (Cucumis melo L. var. inodorus), there were evaluated. The harvest started late with a highest planting density, compared with otherdensities. There were not significant differences statistically among treatments for yield (total and marketable). There were significant differences statistically among treatments for the number of fruit per plant (total and marketable): 0,66 and 0,64 fruit/plant (respectively) were harvested the highest planting density (3,9 plants/m2), whereas 1,17 and 1,08 fruit/plant (respectively) were gathered with 1,9 plants/m2. The best treatment was no pruning at 1,9 plants/m2, as it entails low production cost.
