Resumen
Emotional intelligence (EI) and resilience play an important role in the lives of adolescents, and this has been especially so during the coronavirus pandemic, which has affected the mental health of young people. The study objectives were: (i) to analyse the correlations between the EI variables and resilience; (ii) to analyse the differences between the resilience variable and the EI variables according to the sex variable; and (iii) to analyse the predictive relationship between the EI variables and the resilience variable according to sex. A cross-sectional, observational, and descriptive design study was carried out with a convenience sample consisting of 150 students (78 girls; 72 boys) between the ages of 12 and 18 years (M=14.83; SD=1.72). The scales administered were: The Emotional Quotient Inventory and the Resilience Scale. The descriptive statistics were calculated - Student's T test was used to check for differences based on the sex variable, and linear regression analysis was performed to check the prediction ratio of the EI subscales on resilience. The results demonstrated positive and significant relationships between the EI variables and resilience, with EI and resilience being higher in boys than in girls - this differs from previous data, perhaps influenced by the Covid-19 pandemic. The results also reflect that EI positively predicts resilience to a greater extent in boys than in girls.

Resumen
Background: the development of emotional education programs reduces conflict and violence among teenagers, improving their motivation, social and emotional competencies, school climate and coexistence. A low level of emotional competencies can generate disruptive behaviors that aggravate the development of teenagers, as well as their personal, familiar, academic and social relationships. Objective: to offer the educational community an innovative and practical Program, based on a mixed methodology between the pentagonal model of emotional competencies of the Research Group on Psychopedagogical Orientation (GROP) and the Service-Learning methodology (ApS). This will allow the development of emotional competencies in Secundary Education. Method: a pretest/postest quasi-experimental design of two groups that made up a total sample of 30 students in the 2nd year of secondary school (15 students in the experimental group and 15 students in the control). Results: the experimental group, which received the implementation of the Program, improved significantly in four of the six emotional competencies analysed: emotional awareness, emotional regulation, social competence and total emotional competence, except emotional autonomy. Conclusions: the Program is valid to improve the level of emotional competencies in students.

Resumen
Today, there is still a debate in schools about who should be the teacher responsible for teaching music in Early Childhood Education: some believe that it should be the Early Childhood teacher and others believe that it should be the specialist music teacher who takes on this task. The objective of this work is to know the opinion of future teachers of Early Childhood Education on some aspects of their training and teaching of music, with special attention to whether they consider that this discipline should be taught by them or, on the contrary, by the music teacher. The group of participants of the study was formed by the students of the last year of the Degree in Early Childhood Education of the University of Murcia (Spain). For the collection of information an ad hoc questionnaire was elaborated structured in two sections: (1) personal data and musical training and (2) Musical Education in Early Childhood Education. The results reveal a lack of consensus on the specialist who should teach music in this stage. Likewise, the following are indicated as factors that influence this conception: university training, the importance that future teachers attach to music, as well as its potential to be related to other areas.

Resumen
The study of pausological behavior in L2 writing has been a matter of interest in recent years (see Lindgren & Sullivan, 2019), leading to a number of empirical studies which have explored pausing behavior from different angles. Among the many elements of pausological behavior, the pause threshold has aroused controversy in recent years (Alves et al., 2008) given its role in helping to discern lower-level and higher-level cognitive processes associated with L2 writing. While the research intent has focused recently on observing how pausological behavior varies according to the pause thresholds in adult L2 writers (Medimorec & Risko, 2017), this element of writing has not been examined in children L2 writers. For that purpose, this study analyzes pausological behavior and transcription fluency based on a picture-based story task by children L2 writers. Results indicate that pauses at word boundaries were more frequent than at sentence or paragraph boundaries. Likewise, the text boundary effect was not fully replicated, contrary to what studies in adult L2 writers have shown (see Wengelin, 2007).

Resumen
Designing a clear and structured research question facilitates the research process and increases the chances of success. The characteristics of the PICO format (P: Study population or participants; I: Intervention; C: Comparison; and O: the expected Outcome or effect of the intervention) and other alternatives that have been proposed are discussed. later: PECO (Population, Exposure, Comparison, O-result), SPIDER (Sample-sample, PI-Phenomenon of Interest- phenomenon of interest, Design-design, Evaluation- evaluation and Research type or type of investigation) and FINER (Feasible -feasible, Interesting-interesting, Novel-novel, Ethical-ethical and Relevant-relevant). The teaching of these formats and their practice in teaching settings will facilitate their introduction among young researchers.

Resumen
Descriptive statistical analysis is the first step that every researcher must take when preparing to analyse the data collected during the fieldwork of their research. It is essential to know, in a descriptive way, the characteristics of the sample participating in the study and the initial results obtained, as a preliminary step to carrying out inferential analyses or adjusting statistical models that explain the data obtained in greater depth. This work presents an introduction to the different variables that can be found and the implementation of their descriptive analysis using the free statistical software jamovi. It shows, therefore, a tool at no cost, which offers powerful results without the need to know a statistical programming language.

Resumen
From a social history perspective of mentalité, this article will explore one of the most widespread forms of funeral celebration in the kingdom of Galicia during the Middle Ages: funeral banquets. It will do so following a long-term perspective, considering space, time and form while examining the development that took place between two sources that record them for the whole period: the Capitula Martini, of the Second Council of Braga, from the year 572; and the Catholic Monarchs’ 1495 pragmatic sanction for Galicia that regulated the celebration of the so-called mortuorios. From these two documents, we will record the celebration of the prandia ad defunctorum in the northwest of the Iberian Peninsula as a Christianized ritual derived from imperial tradition, and the survival of these commemorative forms found in the actions documented at the end of the fifteenth century. We will also highlight the change that such celebrations experienced from an early medieval rite linked to the spiritual and the liturgical, to a practice that ended up having to do more with the social differentiation of family groups in the late Middle Ages.

Resumen
Through the use of diplomatics, this work analyzes the notarial documentary collection of one of the most significant monasteries of the lands of Segovia to understand the role and actions of the scribes responsible for the written testimony. They produced written documents of various legal acts, between the thirteenth and fifteenth centuries, related to the formation and protection of the monastery’s economic property and ecclesiastical jurisdiction within the feudal structures of the seignorial regime. To this end, the different notaries are studied according to the power relations between the civil and the ecclesiastical world of which these notaries were both a representative and an essential part.

Resumen
This article analyses the clergy’s behaviour in the kingdom of Granada and their relationships with moriscos. Following the forced conversion of the mudejares, the Crown tried to develope a religious policy which did not achieve the intended goals. Therefore, the monarchy enacted a series of edicts between 1511 and 1514 to deal with the conduct of the clergy and the assimilation of moriscos. The aim of this work is to determine, through unpublished sources held at the General Archive of Simancas, if these orders improved clergy’s situation in terms of residence, simony, and attitudes towards New Christians.
