Resumen
The knowledge is associated with medical science which determine that exists a great dichotomy in appetizers and entrees. Usually these terminologies are used by professionals to identify the same thing, when actually two services or offerswell demarcated from each other. According to criteria of medicine the gastric secretion (very important in digestion) which is produced in three phases named mental or cephalic, gastric and intestinal. The psychic or cephalic begins when the brain is activated through stimuli which produce the sense of small and sight, evoking a determined food and even drink some soft drinks and receive an order to operate the digestive system. In gastric phase the crucial thing is to eat small food portion which should facilitate secretion of gastric juices. Taking into consideration the physiological functioning of the body, everything what is ingested firstly should guarantees thepossibility to create a brain stimuli, appetizers, and afterwards prepares a stomach to carry out with an efficient digestion with the arrival of bolus (entrees). Consecrating the products which are included in the restaurant’s menu respond on various factors whichshould not be a barrier and rigid, cause this study proposes reflections and we should be aware the time of confection.

Resumen
Microsurgery is a very common and important technique in plastic surgery. Enables the implementation of free flaps and replantation. Clamping is essential because it stops the blood flow without damaging the vessel. This instrument is delicate, difficult and expensive to manufacture. Trying to find an useful alternative, Authors developed a wire nylon 5.0. clamp made. Background: Evaluating a new small caliper artery clamping method with mononylon 5.0. Method: 20 male wistar rats, weighing 220 to 250 g. were operated on by femoral artery anasthomosis using mononylon 5.0. clamping. Patency assessment was made by the milking maneuver after surgery and 72 hours. Results: Patency was registered 30 minutes after surgery in all cases. Only 4 animals showed patency after 72 hours and the remaining 16 developed artery thrombosis. Conclusions: This study proved that artery anasthomosis of small arms using wire mononylon 5.0. clamping, could be possible using described technique. (Huaraca Technique)

Resumen
Chest trauma is responsible for 25% of annual trauma deaths in Latin America and they could be closed, opened and by penetrating objects. Its treatment could be complex and changeble depending of trauma, severity of lesion and complication with colateral and mixed injuries. Goals of this study were: 1. To Identify most common thoracic trauma types registered in Hospital Luís Vernaza Emergency Service; 2. To identify most common emergency treatments; 3. To identify most common affected intrathoracic organs; 4. To determine trans and postsurgical mortality rate; 5. To register most frequent post surgery complications..Retroprospective, analytical and unidirectional methodology was applied. Penetrating gun trauma was the most common clinical injury, 81%. Left anterolateral thoracotomy was performed in 72%. Heart was the most affected organ followed by the left lung; trans surgical mortality is 2% and postoperative 20%, associated with abdominal visceral lesions. Main shock postoperative complications was 52% and respiratory distress syndrome 76%.

Resumen
Several grains commonly used in animal and human feeding as corn, rice, wheat, soja and others, could be contaminated by Aspergillis flavus yeast toxic metabolites which usually develop human sicknesses. This contamination is developed during post crop period, carrying and transportation, by unadequated conservation procedures as humidity and high temperature storage.Several reports link direct Aflatoxines relation with hepatic cáncer, however only few meal industries perform quality control techniques to discharge Aflatoxine presence, since there are not legal restrictions or current punish procedures , by this reason, human users follow purchasing and consuming these hazard contaminated grains.

This investigation revealed that according to the age indicator / weight / height / head circumference and Body Mass Index 333 (42.31%) of the infanto - youth sector, presented some degree of malnutrition, 358 (45.49%) normal weight and 96 (12.19%) overweight and obesity. It becomes visible that the child population - youth accused a high prevalence of mild chronic malnutrition in relation to severe chronic malnutrition, which shows animprovement in the nutritional status of the sector. In addition it was found that overweight and obesity increased compared with previous studies.

Resumen
The preschool age represents one of the most significant stages in the psychological development of the infant. In this age new psychological formations emerge as psychological skills of preparation of the child for their subsequent entry into school, which induce the infant to undergo substantial changes in their cognitive development and personality. The symbolic function, in this age, refers to the capacity of the infant to represent absent objects through the use of symbols and signs, according to their psychological age and sociocultural environment in which they develop. Seen in another way, the development of the symbolic function contributes, in turn, to the development of other psychological functions that are fundamental to school activity. In this context, the aim of the present study is to present a complete review of literature focusing on studies and theories about the importance of the symbolic function in the development of language in children of initial education, sub-level II; for this, the methodology used is qualitative, descriptive given that the review and description of topics focused on these research variables was carried out

Resumen
The objective of this research is to adapt the research-action methodology to the learning of mathematics through the use of role play, that is, everyday situations in the child's life to transform them into a simulation in class with their classmates. Children tend to learn much better if they play while learning, it is easier to assimilate mathematics if they take roles within a "dramatization" that uses mathematics as the main object of their assigned role. This work focuses onmaking it easier to learn mathematics, demonstrating that mathematics can also be learned in another context, such as role play and not just in a notebook that shapes logical mathematical operations typical of their age. In addition, the present research leaves an applicable and fun precedent for future research to apply this methodology as a creative basis for new teaching-learning models in other areas of study.

The generation of inclusive companies grows. This is due to the vision of the conception of benefits that can be generated when developing businesses focused on the base of the pyramid. Not only the economic and fiscal benefits for entrepreneurs and their organizations, but also the social and economic benefits generated by this socio-economic sector. This makes the organizationalapproach of these companies more explicit and more detailed, given the human capital that is available in the organization, and must generate visionary managers, leaders and cooperatives.
