Resumen
This research consists of an introductory and comparative analysis of fertility in three different geographical areas, to observe patterns that characterize each. Underlying the selection of these areas, an idea has to do with getting a good striking contrast in the resulting socio-economic indicators and see, among other things, whether these differences raised, have an impact or effect on fertility. Was then split, well different populations from many aspects. Selected for this analysis, spatial units are the province of Misiones, the Federal Capital and Total Country.Revista Población y Desarrollo: Argonautas y Caminantes Vol.12, 2016: 133-143

Resumen
The university radio is the ideal space for the democratization of knowledge, the development of informal education, the socialization of university activities, and the promotion of praxis in communication. Web 2.0 has been the perfect tool for its expansion. Avoiding the bureaucratic difficulties to obtain a hereditary frequency. The present research uses quantitative and qualitative methodologies to establish the different types of programs of the radios studied, the human talent that forms part of these stations and the different formats of transmission; In order to determine its structure and content. In the same way, interviews are conducted with the managers of the radio stations to know the role played by university radio. Finally, it is stated that the radios prioritize the dissemination of cultural contents and the development of informal education, leaving aside the dissemination of the science that is generated in academia. In turn, the human talent is made up mostly of students and teachers of Social Communication careers. On the other hand, web 2.0 has been the ideal platform for the expansion of new university stations. However, the development and experimentation of new multimedia formats is still scarce.

Resumen
The representation or decoding of an audiovisual text is a combination of the formal production of audiovisual material (sounds, images and text). In the processing of audiovisual information different roles are involved according to the people involved in the processes of production and television consumption. The present society imposes new challenges for the professionals of the information, communicators and the audience in the work with the audiovisual. The study presented is classified as descriptive research with theoretical contribution. Methods are used at the theoretical and empirical level for the collection of information. Current trends in the processing of audiovisual documents from the roles of the information professional, communication and audiences / users are described. It is concluded that participatory dynamics in the practice of television make it possible for access to audiovisual documents to be democratized.

Resumen
The purpose of this work was to identify the attitudinal factors and their relationship with the virtual education that UPEL-IMPM-IPSM post-graduate students use. It is a quantitative study of non-experimental character and transversal design with correlational reach. The population was composed of 21 postgraduate students selected by non-probabilistic procedure. The information was collected via e-mail and through the adaptation of the survey designed and implemented in 2012 by Mehra and Omidian in India and Iran. The information given by the students was analyzed through cross tables, association and correlation between variables; evidences the analysis that the majority has a favorable attitude toward virtual education although there is a significant percentage that expressed indecision regarding the intention to adopt virtual education as well as ease of use.

Resumen
This paper aims to demonstrate, theoretically and conceptually, that communication in organizations, from the study of chaos theory, is a sort of dissipative structure that influences and determines organizational behavior. The possibility of structuring a new paradigm in which the second principle of thermodynamics, known as entropy and the concept of dissipative structures, are interrelated and allow us to understand the role of communication in organizations as a regulator of chaos and order. This work leads us to the study of predictability without resorting to complex mathematical equations. The formulation of a combination of variables in which cause-effect relationships are exposed. In this way, it is tried to demonstrate that from the dynamic systems, a same communicative phenomenon with two enormously close or near conditions; Sooner or later, it will follow completely different, independent and divergent trajectories, beyond its temporal horizon of predictability.

Resumen
This article is divided in three parts: first, a description of the environmental crisis, its causes and effects; It is affirmed that at present we are facing an environmental, economic and cultural crisis, which affects the logics of interrelations with others and with the environment, with it, sustainability is at risk. Next, a research study on the analysis of social ecology (human-environmental relations and their impact on sustainability) of the municipality of Comondú, Baja California Sur, Mexico, is presented as a case study. The model of economic rationality that was shaped by the Green Revolution has configured relations of the second level system in such a way as to make it difficult to build sustainability based on community participation. Finally, options for the construction of sustainability are addressed through a Social Engineering program, based on the findings on the valuations and perspectives of the inhabitants of the Municipality on their social ecology.

Resumen
Comunitlán is a collective that emerges in Puebla as a project of intervention in Engineering in Social Communication for the articulation of Social Collectives, starting from a diagnosis that showed that until that moment the groups were dispersed. It arises in the middle of diverse collective manifestations in the Mexican republic starting from the social and political conjuncture of 2012. As a project of Engineering in Social Communication, it sought to establish an Interaction-collaboration Communication System that would allow the empowerment of a network of diverse groups that are would link from various social technologies like the party. This paper explains how the situation of articulation motivated by Comunitlán is given and how this influences the social dynamics of some groups in Puebla, as part of an ongoing research project. It also reflects on the role of these forms of organization of civil society and on the importance of local and global context in their possibilities of sustainability and articulation with their peers and other social sectors.

Resumen
The phenomenon of Volunteering, as a space that creates social structure, varies according to the space where it develops. Therefore, this research focuses on the volunteering of Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) in Puebla, Mexico. While this activity is an expression of a solidarity society, it is necessary to recognize the components of articulation necessary to consolidate it as a way of participation. In this sense, the research is carried out under the lens of Engineering in Social Communication, complemented with theories that expose the value of this activity and the scope that can have as using the new technologies of communication (NICT) as a tool that generates a new exchange of views for further collaboration. Through in-depth interviews with the volunteer coordinators in Puebla, the operation model will be identified and which are the elements that deteriorate, strengthen or articulate it. This diagnostic is directed to the first stage of the engineering in social communication, and later will be possible to propose forms of intervention that reinforce it.
