This work generally presents a sample of the configuration models used in the production of goods and services specific to the cultural market and commercial markets with possibilities of using them in this sector. The Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) recognizes cultural and creative activities as value-generating tools that help the economic development of a region, so it is important to push the market with effective strategies and stop focusing on obtaining subsidies that Keep reproducing culture as mentioned by Galindo "very expensive and exalted, superior to the common life, or ... very cheap, and jeopardizing the survival of popular social life ..." (Vargas Reynoso, 2011),, and to make productive and self-managing the work of production, promotion, distribution and dissemination Of cultural activities. What is mentioned, requires formulating increasingly complex strategies, in some cases proven in areas of lucrative nature; But to bring these mechanisms closer, adapt them and create their own, implies having sufficient clarity about the being and what to do of the cultural market (that is, their identity), to establish the differences that exist with their peers and to think about the alternatives that have been Gestation in the past, those that are presented today and the possibilities that could be generated from an intervention strategy. This information is located in the store of genetic instructions that the Social Engineering denominates narrative program, which allows to make visible the development and operation that the cultural market has managed to transmit from generation to generation since its genesis. As a first step we will explain the concept of cultural market within the configuration of the economic system, then the working models that operate not only in the cultural market, but in other markets, to finally show in a synthetic way a sketch of what That Social Engineering could contribute.

By comics, a paraliterary gender, societies, at the beginning of XXI century, raise issues that are in the imagination, as the role of women in society. Comics, being a form of neo-oral narrative, have great educational potential and can address issues ranging from the social to the political. In addition, American comics, forties, fifties and sixties, raised sexuality in a concrete way and although this representation was not particularly significant in itself, if I was reinforced by literature, music and film, which contributed to help the audience to interpret reality. From primitive societies, patriarchal power was always concerned about the image of women, and their constant reversibility, which made the power of female beauty, something mythical and unattainable. Centuries later, with the establishment of the consumer society, the emergence of the “pin-up girls”, the “flappers” and then the superheroine in the media would resume this character of seduction and reversibility of the female image. Thus three characters of superheroes, Wonder Woman, Catwoman and Black Widow, which emerged from the comic books, and now are famous in other media, confirm this fact.

Nowadays the Internet is part of our daily lives. Expressions such as "like" "share," and "post" perpetuate the part of the usual vocabulary, increasingly insinuating a certain need for acceptance to expose one's own image/body in media/social networks. This practice has been questioned due to certain risks of expositions of young people and adolescents that may sometimes be shared in the media without their consent. The purpose of this study is to discuss the behavior of sexting through a random sampling of academics from the Federal University of Paraná (Brazil) and to understand how this practice can affect the lives of young people and adolescents. The research found that both men and women note that using the image/body as a form of seduction/acceptance and attracting attention to themselves. However, both of them agreed that there are risks and that they are concerned with the possible consequences of sexting. So it is necessary to discuss this issue with young people to guide them about the hidden dangers that a simple act of sending images, whether photos or videos, to another person, can trigger.

The brand of a product or service is considered one of the most important elements of the company's acceptance to the public, as it defines the characteristics of the company and how consumers see it in the market. For accounting services firms (accounting offices) the brand identifies the professional "accountant" responsible for accounting services. The present research aimed to verify with the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) the situation of trademark registrations related to accounting (accounting firms), noting also the characteristics of the presentation of the brand, among others. The results show that, for the analyzed period (2012 to 2016), there were 984 trademark registrations made by accounting professionals, of which 77.13% is owned by a legal entity, and, of the total number of records analyzed, 816, Corresponding to 82.93% of the applications are listed as the Mixed Mark type and that the term "accounting" prevails in the name of the Trademarks.

A question frequently asked when we talk about social engineering is if it applies only in what is considered a communication problem and how determined it fields of action. Based on a wide conception of science of the communications and its practical aspect that is engineering, we can say you must accommodate any social phenomenon that involves the articulation of information systems and in which it is required to manage the system to perpetuate them, or make adjustments to adapt to the changes and trends that affect it. Preserve a way of life is shielded in with rituals and customs that are disseminated through narrative programs. The intervention of a social group with the purpose of generating a change in their way of life is not simple and requires a prepared and committed to service to society engineer, who does not respond to interests or agendas of his own. It is necessary and desirable to have an option to channel the inconsistencies between the reality and the desire of some model of life towards a credited actor who can become a communication therapist for counseling or an auditor of the situation: a social engineer.

The purpose of this study is to reconstruct educational frames in texts and images of official, online climate change news’ articles in Latin America, which have remained largely unexplored. Qualitative content analysis of regional news in 2014 was applied to reconstruct educational frames found in texts (14) and images (35). Findings showed mainly educational frames aimed at cognitive processes such as knowledge acquisition and comprehension. Articles presented in a hypertextual environment may have implications for readers’ learning. Further study is required for comparative purposes.
