Resumen
Based on the bibliographic research and the documental analysis, this text discusses the understanding and effectiveness in organize the municipal education councils in Paraná. For that present discussions about democracy end the possibility of effective it educational and works (or not) in the municipal educational councils for help the base of constitutional and how it occurs in one of the municipalities surveyed. In the end, shows that the compose and performance of collegiate bodies are contradictory, because in the sometime enables the different social segments participates and they suffer intervention in political, act that limit the collective performance.

Resumen
We are hostages of a social organization rooted in a long list of order devices, that generate a serious pedagogical and educational crisis. Given this context and the rational logic of knowledge, and considering the etymology of complexus (what is built together), this work indicates the transdisciplinarity as an opportunity to articulate the contradictory elements of this "built together" also in the pedagogical and formative aspect. Result of theoretical reflections, we suggest the complexity to recognize the emergence of different levels of reality, considering things from the world, life and/or human organizations, and as a possibility to expand the understanding of the real by opening and acceptance of the self-organizing presence in each human being. We conclude: this approach creates sensibility to the responsibility in its own transformation as well as in the transformation of the others and the world.

Resumen
In this paper it was discussed the role of Didactics for the professor´s academic career in health undergraduation courses. It aims to fill an observed gap in the specific literature relating difficulties and the needed adaptations experienced by teachers who act in higher education health courses, taking into consideration the common absence of technique-specific knowledge for teaching. By discussing preparation of these professionals for teaching, here we approach the technicism of their formation, the recommendations of the Ministry of Education regarding curriculum of those courses, and the methodological-teaching support in the preparation of disciplines in its theoretical and practical approaches.

Resumen
In this current study, worked out from the perspective of comparative studies, we aimed to discuss about the principles and guiding criteria of external evaluation processes that focus on the organization of Higher Education Institutions in Brazil and Cape Verde. We analyzed how each country has regulated the relationship between Higher Education and society and how each of them have committed itself with the public policies. We concluded that the creation of external evaluation systems in Brazil and Cape Verde is linked to the need to set up regulation by both States and to the induction of the quality of the educational systems, in a scenario of diversification of institutional models, taking into account the expansion of the access to Higher Education, the integration and international recognition.

Resumen
This study aimed to investigate the influences of the teacher’s knowledge specific areas of a public Higher Education Institution (HEI) in movements of the university teaching, and to discuss potential indicators that characterize a University Pedagogy of the licentiate degrees in the areas of Human Sciences (HS) and Linguistics, Letters and Arts (LLA). The work was performed from the narratives of 13 teachers. The research was qualitative, of narrative type (CONNELLY; CLANDININ, 1995; MCEVAN, 1998), and the findings passed through a discursive textual analysis (MORAES; GALIAZZI, 2007). It was concluded that the licenciate courses have convergent and divergent aspects showing that specific pedagogies can be configured with formative strategies specific for teaching.

Resumen
This paper shows some results from a research focused on exploring the senses about knowledge and its transmission in university professors’ accounts recognized by students as a referent in its training at the Universidad Nacional de Rosario, Argentina. The main transformations and challenges of university teaching in the last decades are tackled from a biographical - narrative approach, trying to answer a series of transversal questions to the teaching profession: Which is the specific knowledge of a university professor?, where is the above mentioned knowledge acquired?, which operations are brought into play in knowledge and experience transmission ? Professors` academic career are retrieved, which leads to expand the perspective on the social construction of the educational process.

Resumen
This article is the result of an investigation of History of Education that aimed to analyze the civism published in the newspaper O Estudante Orleanense owned by Grupo Escolar Costa Carneiro (Orleans, SC) between the years 1949 to 1973. The objectives demonstrate how civism was released before and during the Military Dictatorship. The results demonstrated that the newspaper resisted several political reforms, reproducing the actions and intentions that collaborated to form patriotic citizens. The newspaper was an important tool for the construction of school culture Grupo Escolar Costa Carneiro.

Resumen
The text is a reflection on the teacher as a profesional who travels in Research; dissemination and generation of culture and knowledge. For that, we have heard voices of some teachers who belong to the National System of Researchers from Mexico, attached at the Autonomous University of Mexico state. Some of the findings: predominance of research positivist approach; lack of preparation and training for research; studies developed individually within their solitudes; little support to material resources; without the right to discharge of time; lack of space, as well as equity for the dissemination of their research; lack of economic incentive; mechanistic production; feeling of pressure and little recognition; few opportunities to continue their training in institutions within the standards of educational quality.

Resumen
In this article we discuss about teacher training in higher education from the understanding of the training processes which provide its dynamics. The study was developed from a narrative qualitative approach, as a sociocultural initiative performed by teachers and students of graduation courses from a public university and a community higher education institution in the country area of Rio Grande do Sul. Our objective was to understand the conceptions about teacher learning of teachers in their initial education and also teacher trainers, and how these conceptions imply in training processes of teachers. We understood that the formative paths can represent the way a professional profile is built and how formative experiences emerge in the light of the challenge of recontextualise the profession.

Resumen
In this text it was discussed the knowledge-doings, or knowledge, of a rural education school and some dilemmas of the current context in the development of the educational process. The ideas are from participant research, including theoretical and empirical interventions. We are relying on interviews recorded and conversations directed to teachers, technical staff and students, and documentary analysis of the school PPP. We emphasize that the training of professionals working in the institution deserves to be considered in the context of schools in the countryside, including with regard to access and quality of such training. There is personal effort on the part of professionals regarding the practice, however, there are issues beyond its scope, including with respect to the output of the rural youth by lack of social policies such as access to land.
