Resumen
The objective of this study is to analyze the social function of the subjects called sojquem i jol in the ch'ol community of Frontera Corozal, Chiapas. Using a mixed methodology based on quantitative discourse analysis, semantic network theory and sentiment analysis, a significant influence of ecclesiastical institutions on narratives about abnormal behaviors and their social reintegration was identified. The results show a prevalence of negative feelings such as fear, anger and sadness, which shape collective perceptions. This study contributes to the literature on emotions, madness, ethnopsychiatry, and Maya-ch'ol studies.

Resumen
In 1912, a commission of forestry experts led by Miguel Ángel de Quevedo visited the Federal Territory of Quintana Roo to assess the state of the forests. In our analysis, we aim to examine proposals for forest preservation that took into account both the colonization of the area and social justice during a period of transition between the porfiriato and the Madero revolution. The methodology draws on environmental history and political ecology in terms of state intervention and social change influenced by ecology. The conclusions highlight the causes of the failure of conservationist plans.

Resumen
For students with disabilities, the culture of peace and inclusive culture in the educational context will make a difference, it can mean learning opportunities or limitations that prevent them from developing with autonomy. The qualitative study of analytical scope addresses the discussion and contemplates various points of view, for the construction of knowledge. In the results, there are legal frameworks in favor of inclusion, however, the construction of an educational environment in which the culture of peace and inclusive culture are elements of everyday life must be assumed by the teacher and every actor who is part of the educational process.

Resumen
An approach to cultural policies on archaeological heritage in Bolivia is presented, based on an analysis of regulatory instruments, state reports and publications. It is compared with the case of Mexico, to discuss the effects on the protection and valuation of Pre-Hispanic heritage. The essay begins with the presentation of the regulatory and institutional context and the types of heritage found in the World Heritage List and declarations of Bolivia. The institutional pillars and strategies of the central level of the State and the investment destined for the culture and archaeological heritage sector are also reviewed. It is concluded that in the cultural policies of Bolivia, the Pre-Hispanic heritage has a marginal space, due to the low investment allocated to the protection, research and conservation of the archaeological heritage in Bolivia, as well as its reduced institutional presence in the government structure, which is due to internal and external factors.

Resumen
The paper explores the representations of children among the Mayans of the classic period from the perspective of visual culture. Infants appear in two sets of mural paintings, in a group of reliefs and in some codex-style ceramic vessels. Each of these representations is analyzed and it is established that the infants appear in ceremonial – political and religious – contexts or in mythological scenes privileging the male gender; It is also highlighted that the handful of representations only present children of the elite, playing a mythical role or underlining their character as relays in the perpetuation of dynastic power.

Resumen
The article analyzes how schizoanalysis, through a deconstructive and critical philosophical approach, dismantles the structures of power, repression, and language that shape desire in contemporary society. It presents schizoanalysis as an alternative to traditional psychoanalysis, aiming to liberate desires from social control. It examines language as both a tool of control and creative liberation, and how social dynamics repress human desires. The article concludes that schizoanalysis is crucial for transforming social dynamics in Southern Mexico and Central America, promoting critical reflection that challenges dominant narratives and fosters cultural and linguistic emancipation for local communities.

Resumen
This paper delves into the relationship between the unconscious and the work of creation. To achieve the goal, some explanatory moments follow: first of all, the life of the creator is embedded in the work. Secondly, the unconscious and its mechanisms are in every creation. Thirdly, psychic work and the tribulations of the self reveal the meanderings that afflict the literary and artistic creator in general.

This article outlines a human rights promotion initiative targeting migrant women from agricultural laborer families in southern Mexico's sugarcane region. It begins by detailing their challenging living and working conditions, framed by social marginalization and human rights violations. The study then draws on Human Rights Education and experiences with families in this sector to inform the development of a flexible strategy, tailored to the participants' interests, which included introspective, recreational, and artistic activities. The paper concludes by examining the impact of the initiative, acknowledging its successes, challenges, and limitations.

Resumen
This paper is a reflection on “La Loa para el Divino Narciso” by Sor Juana Inés de la Cruz, in the light of two guidelines of analysis and interpretation: a traditional and a postcolonialist approach. The first reads in Sorjuan's work an echo of peninsular baroque literature; the other observes in this text the response of an intellectual social class to the hegemony of the Spanish Crown, claiming certain elements of the autochthonous. The aim of this paper is to mediate between these two readings of the Loa, taking as the thematic axis the theological notion of prefiguration that would lead, in the end, to a differentiated consciousness with respect to the European vision.
