Resumen
The work will be structured in three stages, at the same time that each topic will be studied unfolded according to Spinoza and Han. In this way, we will proceed to analyze, firstly, the topic –anachronistic– of depression in Dutch and Korean, and later, in a second stage, to investigate the concept of death in these two authors and, finally, to sketch in the same two philosophers the political productivity that negativity could entail.

Resumen
The appearance of some alternative theories to standard quantum mechanics, plus the different proposals for solving the problem of “quantum gravity”, have given rise to the development of technology which allows to put their novel predictions to test. In this work we study the relationship between said technologies and their respective theories: GRW and semiclassical gravity. The conclusion is that the relationship between them is neither linear nor unidirectional, but rather multidimensional and certainly bidirectional.

Resumen
This paper aims to provide a general phenomenological framework for the study of digital experiences as technological praxis. This approach is built through a synthesis of the categories proper to different currents of thought such as Merleau-Ponty's bodily phenomenology, the postphenomenology of Don Ihde and his school, hermeneutics and information theories. These notes develop a progressive analysis of the phenomenal dimensions that take place in the user- device interaction, from the stimulus base to virtual recreations. Through the intersubjective relationship with the machine, integrated to the user, the user produces and consumes the informative material that will become successive digital representations of himself and of reality as a whole.

Resumen
The approach that is detailed below is the disposition, from the philosophical criticism, for the establishment of the ontological debate in the digital age, attending to the human situation immersed in a new reality where the original questions about being and being emerge recursively, its temporality. The discussion is based on the expansion and use of the term ontology in the face of Heidegger's response about language as the house of being and the questioning of the question of who generates it, making it the center of the ontology where the digital is presented as a being at hand to lighten the question of being affected by the COVID-19 pandemic as an extreme situation that humans are going through.

Resumen
In October of 2021 Meta announced that the corporation was going to create a metaverse with the objective of moving life into digital world. In this paper, are presented the sociological and technological bases of its project. The proposal of the company could be understood as a consequence of at least two issues. In the first place, as a result of a process of personalization of consumption: since the quantitative way in the XIX and XX centuries to qualitative and emotional consumption in the XXI century. In the second place, as an outcome of the technological development that has generated a new human condition, the anthrobological one. These two matters have shaped the sociological and technological context from which, and towards which, the corporation has announced its new commercial proposal.

Resumen
We analyze the book Los hongos alucinantes (1964), by Fernando Benítez (1912-2000), through three main approaches: first, as a successor and reformer of the Mexican Indigenista Literature of the 1950s; second, as a border text between literature, journalism and ethnography, in which Benítez "authorizes" himself through specific strategies; third, as a critical text of the anthropological discipline. Strongly influenced by the counterculture of the time and by Literary Indigenismo, Los hongos alucinantes imitates an ethnographic study and creates a border text. His ethnographic immersion and the scriptural strategies used (Clifford Geertz’s “being there”) reveal the “authorization” Benítez employs to legitimize his position.

Resumen
The study of crime has been of great interest to many disciplines, but very few lines of research have been devoted to the study of gender differences. This lack of research highlights the lack of interest in women offenders. This study aims to obtain a differential profile of men and women in prison, analysing the individual, relational and criminal opportunity factors that influence criminal behaviour. For this purpose, a quantitative and transversal nonexperimentalstudy is carried out. A sample of 60 people was analyzed (30 women and 30 men). Fisher’s test and Student’s t-test were calculated to analyse the differencesbetween men and women. The results allowed us to construct a profile of both men and women in which differences were observed in relation to the type ofvictimisation suffered, the type of current social support network and the greater exposure to criminal opportunities on the part of women. In conclusion, there are gender differences in some of the factors analysed. It is these variables that the research considers to precipitate offending, with the caveat that there is currently little research that differentiates between males and femalesand females.

Resumen
According to the “Situational Action Theory” (SAT) for a violent act to take place, the perpetrator must first perceive violence as an action alternative. The likelihood of contemplating violence as an option in response to a provocation will depend on the “moral filter”, that is, on the interaction between the morality of the perpetrator and the moral context of the setting in which this person acts. Although some studies have analyzed the role of the moral filter in the perception-choice process, there has not yet been extensive research on (1) gender differences in the process of contemplation (perception) of physical violence as an option in intimate partner conflict situation and (2) the explanatory and predictive generality of the SAT with respect to the functioning of the moral filter as a function of gender. Based on a sample of college students, this study uses a factorial survey with vignettes to explore these two aspects. Our results indicate that there are no differences between males and females in mean levels of contemplation of intimate violence. In addition, we found a lot of similarities between men and women in the correlates and predictors involved in the moral filtering of violence. However, the few gender differences found question the full explanatory effectiveness of the SAT, which somewhat compromises its generality.

Resumen
The anthropic pressures that the planet supports have reached a point that some studies describe as one of no return, endangering planetary health. Faced with this situation, it is necessary to analyze how the ecological damage generated by the human species is increasing injustices at a global level and how it impacts potential victims. The advancement of technology and activities generate new risks linked to a capitalist model that fosters inequality while propitiating an increase in pressure on nature itself. This generates risk situations that can represent threats to the planet and all the species that reside on it, which is why they have been included in National Security strategies. With this perspective, it is necessary to analyze these damages generated through the limits that the Earth system, Gaia, can withstand from ecocriminology to delve into those threats that can be quantified and pose a problem.Likewise, within this perspective, the direct and indirect impact that the different species that reside in Gaia and even ecosystems may suffer is considered. Within these threats, one of them is analyzed specifically since we focus on climate change as one of the planetary limits that have been exceeded and that has had to be incorporated into the National Security Strategy. National Security Strategy.

Resumen
The theory of public policy decision-making shows that the incrementalism is the main tactic to face some phenomena that provokes social alarm processes. This approach could conceal some potential perverse effects of the legislation and its application. This work continues to explore some of the possible consequences of Decreto-Ley 1/2019, February 5th., of urgent measures to promote responsible gambling in the Autonomous Community of Extremaduraapplication. In this work we try to verify if: a) the normative changes regarding the police response are in a good direction; b) if the gambling establishments are located in neighborhoods or towns with certain socioeconomic characteristics; c) the apparent concentration of gambling establishments in Extremadura towns near the border with Portugal. Portugal.
