Belonging to coercive persuasion groups, previously called sectarian dynamic groups or merely sects, is a serious sociopolitical and personal problem, whichaffects around 1% of the population, both Spanish and European. The difficulties in approaching this field of study are, moreover, extensive, since the complexity of the phenomenon include not only the lack of consensus on the main terms under analysis, but also the different perspective, generally biased, from which its study can be faced: psychological, sociological, religious, legal, etc. In the present work, the main concepts are delimited and a psychologicalperspective is adopted, starting from the established models, both general and specific to the study of this type of group, to enumerate and describe in detail the different techniques of thought reform that culminate in a conversion process whose goal to adopt a new social identity that prevails over their own.

In this research work, we studied some types and frequencies of cyberbullying and we analyzed how cyberbullying varies through sex, school year, type of family, number of siblings, and parents’ type of job and education level. In conclusion, we have to highlight we proved that relation. In fact, the single-parent family is the most linked to victimization. In addition, a better academic level of the parents is related to a lower percentage of cyber-victims.

This research addresses the issue of unjustified enrichment from the point of view of medieval glossators. Thus, prior considerations will be made on the scope of the aequitas principle inherent in that regulae iuris which prohibited enriching oneself at the expense of others and was referred to by Pomponius in D. 50,17,206. Positions taken by the glossators on three cases of unjustified enrichment identified in those collections with the most controversial issues coming from Roman Law and known as Dissensiones dominorum will be also analyzed. In particular, we will highlight the vision on such assumptions of the glossator Martinus Gosiae, which opted for relying on the reestablishment of the patrimonial aequitas through the admission of an actio negotiorum gestorum utilis, and this on the basis of the interpretation of the Roman legal sources concerning the legal problems taken into consideration.

The protection of the property of artists' works arises from the progressive recognition to authors of an economic control over their creation. Although the first privileges and, subsequently, the rights attributed to authors have a patrimonial sign, the gradual recovery of the personal link between creator and work gives rise to a series of faculties called “moral” by its relationship with the personality and inner self of the author. Even if the origin of intellectual property is located in the Statute of Queen Anne, moral rights appear much later and mainly through jurisprudence: fundamentally, the 19th and early 20th centuries decisions of French courts. This case law was at the time the subject of study and debate, giving strength to a trend of thought that culminated in the recognition of moral copyright in the Berne Convention and, consequently, also in its signatory countries. This paper presents a brief review of the evolution of the authors' personal interests and their progressive emergence and protection, focusing on the influence that not only French jurisprudence, but also its doctrine, had in its legal consecration

This article focuses on the dissolution of the Royal Audience of Santa Fe, heart of the judicial apparatus of the former Viceroyalty of the New Granada. Historiography has focused more on the political and social transformations of old Colombia, rather than on the collapse of Spanish institutions and their members during the transition process. This article aims to partly cover that gap.

A poco de ser conquistada la villa de Alcalá de Benzaide Alfonso XI eximió a sus encastillados pobladores de toda clase de tributos por las mercancías que aportasen al lugar, a fin de favorecer su supervivencia; durante más de siglo y medio las incursiones nazaríes en esta villa, situada a menos de 100 kilómetros de la capital granadina, justificaron sobradamente el disfrute de tales privilegios. Sin embargo, al terminar la guerra de Granada se cuestionó su continuidad, como se aprecia en el intento de cobrarles el servicio de Cortes de 1518. La ahora ciudad litigó con éxito contra dicha pretensión, obteniendo ejecutoria a su favor en 1532. El documento era largo, pero necesario para que los alcalaínos y sus dependientes del Castillo de Locubín hiciesen valer por el Reino dicha exención, es por ello por lo que en 1564 se imprimió como folleto, a costa de los escribanos públicos de la ciudad, el texto de esta ejecutoria-privilegio, del que han llegado hasta nosotros 4 ejemplares

This article analyzes how in Spanish political history the press has served as a means of criticism of power. The satire of the 19th century, more intelligent than the current (more vulgar), used irony and caricature to expose its ideas to an audience eager to know the back room of the political class. For this purpose we have reviewed all the issues published over the course of almost a year by a newspaper called La correspondencia del Diablo, which have been consulted and downloaded from the Hemeroteca Municipal de Madrid (digital). The freedom of the press at the time protected the existence of newspaper headlines that were openly Republican, although finally their control meant the disappearance of many of them.

Nineteenth-century judges played an important role in the electoral processes in Spain, first by way of facts or abusing their legal powers and, later, legally protected by their intervention in some of its phases. A participation that came to be considered unconstitutional for being outside the constitutional attribution of judging and executing what was judged in civil and criminal trials.

The Chancery of Valladolid was established in the late Middle Ages and lasted until the 19th century. It consisted of a set of three buildings: the Chancery itself, its archive and the prison. Due to their poor condition, the latter two had to be rebuilt in the 17th century.

This research delves into the well-known issue of representation in the Parliament, from the American perspective, verifiying the veracity of the arguments given by the American deputies, who, taking base on the Indias’ law, founded petitions that went beyond what had been discussed up to that moment in constitutional law.
