Resumen
The analysis of the use of graphical user interfaces (GUI) applied to the optical-electronic systems for telecommunications and instrumentation allows observing the existing possibilities in the integration of engineering systems with computer equipment to facilitate access to information and optimize human/machine interaction in the different scenarios of the industries that are currently being developed. Through the use of academic databases, indexed and accepted by the scientific community, a total of sixty bibliographic references oriented to the design and implementation of graphical user interfaces developed at an international level in Colombia, and the region of Norte de Santander were consulted, analyzing the different programming environments and the expected usability in the control and monitoring of optoelectronic systems. It is observed that there is a boom in the use of open license programming environments and that researchers tend to integrate multiple development platforms to take advantage of the characteristics of each one of them.

Resumen
The ISO 9001:2015 standard promotes the adoption of a process-based approach, guaranteeing the continuous improvement of organizations. The objective of the research was to improve satisfaction of the services provided in a Peruvian automotive company using a Quality Management System based on ISO 9001: 2015. A quantitative pre-experimental type design was applied, with a sample of 30 clients, to whom an instrument with Likert-type responses was applied to evaluate the quality of service and satisfaction of the applied process model. The results showed improvements concerning the customer satisfaction index, as well as the redesign and standardization of the company's processes. It is concluded that the system significantly influenced satisfaction of the services provided by the automotive company.

Resumen
The OEE is a mathematical calculation that allows measuring and evaluating a productive process of a manufacturing company, this article presents the results of the research project “Design and development of a functional prototype aimed at improving the productive process of Mypimes manufacturing and his foray into the dynamics of Industry 4.0, endorsed by MinCiencias. In this, a bibliographic review is developed around the OEE and Industry 4.0, on the other hand, the results of the survey carried out to manufacturing Mypimes companies in Risaralda are shown, evidencing the lack of measurement of productivity indices in these. Finally, a development of technological innovation is proposed, for the measurement and evaluation of the OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), in the production process, where the behavior of production can be observed in real time, in such a way that it serves to make timely and early decisions.

Resumen
This article presents the characterization of variables related to the precise fertilization of soils and dairy cattle pastures, for the construction of an intelligent system for the recommendation of fertilization plans. The characterization was carried out through a field study that considered soil analysis and determination of optimum levels of macronutrients in five farms in the north of Antioquia-Colombia. The main result was the establishment of the input and output fuzzy sets, together with the production rules, which were later taken to a functional prototype. From the above, it is concluded that the use of artificial intelligence techniques has great potential for integration with software to support fertilization-related tasks.

Resumen
This article aims to propose a model for quality assurance of functional and non-functional requirements in Software Projects that may be appropriate for the MSME industry and find a propitious scenario to improve its competitiveness in the national and international order based on the products it manufactures. The metamodel was validated from its conceptualization, development, implementation, and evaluation with experts from academia and industry to reduce the gap between them. As a result, the development of an information system adjusted to the needs of regional software producers is achieved, which has the ability to accompany software projects in the management of quality requirements from the first stages, in accordance with the quality characteristics established by international organizations with experience in the discipline.

Resumen
Computational geometry is a discipline focused on solving problems in the geometric domain. In this context, the algorithm for computing the convex polygon called Convex Hull (CH) is important, because it is the basis for many other algorithms. The objective of the research was to implement algorithms that compute the CH incorporating modifications to reduce the execution time. The research started with a bibliographic review of computational geometry and the algorithms highlighted in the calculation of CH. Subsequently, the QuickHull, Gift Wrapping, and Graham Scan algorithms were implemented in JAVA in their original versions; some versions with modifications were also implemented. Upon completion of implementation, tests were run to verify the execution times. Finally, the QuickHull algorithm was found to be the fastest among the implementations performed in this research. It is also noted a reduction in execution times in the modified implementations in relation to the original ones of the Gift Wrapping and Graham Scan algorithms.

Si bien las metodologías de desarrollo de software livianas son anteriores a 2001, su difusión y su adopción se dispararon desde la redacción del Manifiesto Ágil en aquel año. El primer ámbito de aplicación fueron las áreas de tecnologías de la información (TI) pero, poco a poco, el pensamiento ágil se fue trasladando a diferentes áreas de las organizaciones, hasta abarcarlas por completo. Sin embargo, las organizaciones todavía no están lo suficientemente preparadas para obtener los mejores frutos de ese enfoque, lo que se puede observar en los resultados del “15th State of Agile Report” [1] y sus ediciones previas, que presenta las estadísticas obtenidas de más de 4000 organizaciones pertenecientes a más de 100 países.

Resumen
This paper addresses the evolution of the Republic of France’s integration policy, from the end of the 19th century to date, and the new bill entitled «law reinforcing the respect of republican principles». Providing historical and legal perspectives, it clarifies the basis and aims of the French practice. The analysis shows that assimilation is the extension of the republican project of French nation unification and that it is now partially reappearing after a liberal interlude enabling minority advocacy. It opens with an overview of the ideological in which assimilation emerged and delves into the way this political model rose and the declined in the sixties. Finally, it discusses whether and to what extent the new law signals the return of assimilation.

Resumen
This paper considers the relevance of David Graeber's work, in particular Debt, for the Philosophy of Law. It analyzes his perspective on the legal phenomenon and the implications of his notions of debt and subject of interest. It focuses in particular on the effect that austerity approaches have had on them. Secondly, it attends to the axiological conflicts that emerge within our legal systems on the primacy of the obligation to pay debts and the distribution of responsibility and guilt among the subjects involved. To this end, it also considers the treatment of the question by the Spanish Constitutional Court. Finally, it introduces some possible lines of research for the transformation of Law.

Resumen
From the premises of democratic constitutionalism, a constitutional order is legitimate not only when the mechanisms that favor inclusion, participation and deliberation are reinforced in the constituent process, but also when mechanisms are provided so that citizens can effectively participate in its development and update. The paper reviews from this perspective the debate about the diverse ways, formal and informal, in which constitutions can change. Focusing especially on the informal changes that take place through institutional interpretative practices generated from social demands, it is considered which context is more favorable to informal or formal changes of the constitution, how informal changes can be identified and whether they can have a democratic value.
