Resumen
This is a brief essay that aims to condense the most relevant aspects of the concept of «constitutional judge». Starting from highlighting the importance of studying these issues, which are directly connected with the very notion of legitimacy of the Constitutional Court as a body that closes the system and of counter-majority logic, its legal status will be analyzed in a broad sense. In other words, issues related to the constitutional composition scheme, the temporal aspects of the regulation of the mandate, as well as the set of prerogatives and restrictions that accompany the stay in office will be addressed. All this studied from the dichotomy physiology –the «should be» that imposes the normative frame of reference–/ pathology –the «be» often pernicious of its practical application.

Resumen
In this paper I provide a synthesis of the central issues concerning legal disciplines as objects of knowledge. First, I will point out the lack of semantic and conceptual precision in the uses of the term ‹‹discipline›› when it is equated with an area or speciality of law. I will then move on to place the discipline in historical perspective, which implies examining law as an intellectual tradition that changes over time and develops in relation to accumulated knowledge. Finally, I will present some possible theorisations of legal disciplines, the sources for their study and the dynamics that can be found in their development and formation.

Resumen
The objective of this article is to identify and briefly characterize the ways in which jurists understand the prima facie character of a norm. For this, I will reconstruct the two meanings that the specialized literature usually attributes to it: i) as a way of presenting a problem of lack of information about the scope of a norm (prima facie in an epistemic sense); and ii) as a way of presenting a problem of indeterminacy generated because of the lack of hierarchy between norms (prima facie in the normative sense).

Resumen
Se analizan las necesidades de reforma en la selección y formación de los altos cuerpos de las Administraciones Públicas, relacionados con las profesiones jurídicas. Se destacan una serie de problemas relacionados con la selección, que sigue unos métodos tradicionales y memorísticos, señalando algunas soluciones que permitirían mejorar de manera notable la selección y hacer que la misma se adaptara a las exigencias constitucionales y cumpliera fielmente los requisitos establecidos en el EBEP. Por lo que hace a la formación se destaca su importancia y la necesidad de adaptar la misma a la nueva sociedad del conocimiento y a las tecnologías de la información y las comunicaciones. Se señalan finalmente las necesidades a que hay que hacer frente en la Administración General del Estado, a la que van destinadas los funcionarios de profesiones jurídicas, de cuya selección y formación se trata.

Resumen
The aim of this paper is to critically analyze the interpersonal approach to responsibility that Figueroa presents in Chaps. II, III and IV of Adscripción y reacción, but which he defends throughout his work. Whereas this approach might be identified as an exemplar of descriptive analytic philosophy, the argument here will be that it would have much more to gain if it decidedly assumes a normative purpose.

Resumen
In the first section of Adscripción y reacción, Sebastián Figueroa attempts to disambiguate the uses of the idea of responsibility, the relations among these uses and the problems that arise from those relations. In this comment I first offer observations and questions to this proposed organization. Then I offer a general comment about the distinction between legal and moral responsibility proposed by the author, where the first is presented as being impersonal, while the second would be personal. Against what I take to be his view, I argue that all forms of responsibility entail an experience of simplification and submission to a human but external framework of meaning. Every kind of responsibility is shaped and expressed through language and language is generally not a means of self-expression for individuals but rather a space they must inhabit despite themselves. Every interaction where there is a normative interpretation through language is therefore impersonal, and the idea that there would be some more impersonal than others remain mysterious.

El sector legal, que tradicionalmente ha sido conservador, ha experimentado importantes cambios en los últimos años y está atravesando un proceso de transformación tecnológica.
