All through the literatura, the question about what is a logical constant has recieved many answers, from model-theoretic aproaches (Tarski; 1966), (Sher; 1991), (Bonnay; 2007) to answers that focus in the inferential practice as meaning (Dummett; 1991), (Prawitz; 1965), (Lorenzen; 1955). Detractors of the second tradition presented many ineludible incovenients, in particular, the logical constant named ‘tonk’ (Prior; 1960). Inferentialist tryed many solutions, in particular they presented the concept of ‘harmony’. The goal of this paper is to show that the different criteria of ‘harmony’ used in the proof-theoretic semantics to determine what is and what is not a logical constant fail to be necessary or sufficient.  I will show the philosophical reasons that make this concept appear and then i will describe the different ways in wich the literatura understads the concept of ‘harmony’. Then I will show that they subgenerate or overgenerate connectives with some counterexamples. Finaly, I will explain some philosophical reasons that should delimitate where to go towards a satisfactory definition of ‘harmony’.

Our article aims to show, on the one hand, the preeminence of the interactive paradigm as a determining element in the process of constitution of logical meaning and, on the other hand, to examine the contents of the linguistic expressions of pragmatic semantics. To do this, we expose three major figures of the logic of mathematical obedience in particular those of Gottfreid Leibniz, George Boole and Gottlob Frege. If this approach to mathematical logic has seen meritorious progress, it should be pointed out that it does not favor the emphasis on epistemic and interactive aspects in the notions of logical consequences and inference. Our contribution is therefore to demonstrate that these weaknesses can be solved with the revolutionary approach of Robert Brandom based on the framework that promotes the interactive game of supply and demand of reasons. This analysis leads to the idea that interactive play is the basis of contemporary logical approaches.

This paper proposes a transversal lecture of the Phenomenology of Mind from Hegel by following in the text the idea of death. To show the different figures of the death in the book, the author uses three lecture`s key: a) the death as natural end of the life, b) the fear of the death as regulative idea by the constitution the society, c) overcoming death through one kind of rational way of survival.

The present article has as purpose to present the proposal of a theoretical model of dynamic capacities, from the analysis of the internal facilitators of the absorption process. In this sense, four scenarios of the organization's location are deployed according to their ability to absorb knowledge, making it possible to adequately identify their competencies, improve their performance and efficiently take advantage of the opportunities that arise, allowing characterizing a particular organization in a determined time. The contribution of this model that establishes different levels when describing the dynamic capacity is determined by the utility it can provide in the understanding and management of the administrative and managerial processes. Although it is necessary to contrast it empirically in order to reaffirm the theoretical sustenance or make any adjustments that may result.

The present article analyzes, from a gender perspective, the spaces inhabited by women. For this reasons, this article focuses on the different female characters that appear in Capitães da Areia (1937) by Jorge Amado, who are represented with decision power over their lives as they have an economic capital. Dora, the only girl that integrates the band, stands out among the women represented in the novel. When Dora arrives to the group, children have already sought compensatory strategies to avoid being in a vulnerable position, but the cost of this forced growth is the lack of ideals greater than survival. Then Dora, who at a symbolic level reproduces some characteristics commonly associated with women, such as being the mother of some children and wife of Pedro Bala, is the one that makes possible the political formation of Capitães da Areia, because while she is with them she achieves to make them kids again and grow up. Then, her presence, rather than compensating for marginality, remedies it.

Este artículo presenta la experiencia educativa realizada en el marco del Proyecto de Innovación e Investigación para el Mejoramiento de la Enseñanza de Grado (PIIMEG): Educación ambiental para todos y prácticas socio-comunitarias cuyo origen fue la demanda que realiza la Asociación Civil de Padres con Hijos con Síndrome de Down de Río Cuarto (ASDRIC) al equipo docente de la asignatura Educación Ambiental, perteneciente al Departamento de Ciencias Naturales, Facultad de Ciencias Exactas, Físico-Químicas y Naturales de la Universidad Nacional de Río Cuarto, en las Carreras de Profesorado y Licenciatura en Ciencias Biológicas. El objetivo de la demanda se orientó a lograr el acceso al conocimiento científico de las personas en situación de discapacidad que participan de ASDRIC. El aporte a la innovación en la enseñanza de grado se orientó hacia la forma en que se propone la formación de los estudiantes de la asignatura Educación Ambiental (EA) como educadores en condiciones de promover acciones para la educación inclusiva.Palabras clave: estudiantes – universidad - educación ambiental – discapacidad – innovación. ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION IN THE PERSPECTIVE OF INCLUSIVE EDUCATION. AN INNOVATION EXPERIENCE This paper discusses the educational experience conducted under the Research and Innovation Project for the Improvement of Undergraduate Education (PIIMEG): Community socio-environmental practices and education for all its origin was the demand of the Parents Association Children with Down Syndrome Rio Cuarto city (ASDRIC) to achieve its objective of facilitating access to scientific knowledge of people with disabilities participating in this Social Organisation (ONG). The institutional proposal took place at the Environmental Education, Department of Natural Sciences, Faculty of Exact, Physical, Chemical and Natural Sciences, National University of Río Cuarto, in the Teacher and Bachelor Degree in Biology, through the Environmental Education Course, subject four months duration. The contribution to innovation targeted the way the training of students of Environmental Education (EE) course as educators in a position to promote actions for inclusive education is proposed.Key words: students – university - environmental education – disability – innovation

En la década de los ´90 la mayoría de los países latinoamericanos inauguraron sus sistemas nacionales de evaluación. La República Argentina instituyó el Sistema Nacional de la Evaluación de la Calidad en el año 1993, a partir de la sanción de la Ley Federal de Educación.Con el transcurrir de los años, la política de evaluación vigente en la segunda década del Siglo XXI fue adquiriendo ciertos rasgos que le otorgan una impronta particular, en este sentido, el sistema nacional de evaluación en la Argentina transcurrió por diferentes momentos.El propósito de este trabajo es identificar y caracterizar esas fases, procurando develar la existencia de continuidades. Teniendo en cuenta que estas políticas evaluativas de alcance nacional se concretan en contextos específicos, el escrito aborda la ejecución de las mismas en el escenario particular de una provincia argentina: San Luis. Enuncia ciertas líneas de tensión que emergen en ese contexto situado, a la vez que se interroga sobre la articulación de las políticas evaluativas nacionales y provinciales. Avanza en algunas conclusiones provisorias.Palabras Clave: Evaluación - Sistema Nacional – Políticas – Concepciones – Impactos.  THE NATIONAL EVALUATION SYSTEM IN ARGENTINA. Policies and IdeasAbstractMost Latin American countries inaugurated their national evaluation systems in the 1990s. The Argentine Republic established the National System of Quality Evaluation in 1993 after the passing of the Federal Law of Education.As time passed, the current evaluation policy in the second decade of the 20th Century gradually acquired some characteristics which make it special. In this sense, the national Argentine system experienced different stages.The purpose of this work is to identify and characterize these stages, with a special focus on revealing the existence of continuities. Considering the fact that these national-scope evaluation policies are conducted in specific contexts, this paper addresses the implementation of said policies in the particular scenario of an Argentine province: San Luis. It also makes reference to some lines of tension emerging from this situated context, and it explores the articulation of national and provincial evaluation policies. To conclude, it draws some preliminary conclusions. Key words: Evaluation - National System - Policies - Ideas – Impact.

Los museos constituyen poderosos contextos educativos, lugares para conocer, ámbitos potenciales para desarrollar el gusto e interés por distintas ramas del conocimiento y por qué no para despertar la chispa creativa. En el artículo compartimos las percepciones y valoraciones de un grupo de estudiantes de la Universidad Nacional de Río Cuarto, sobre una propuesta educativa innovadora que implicó la visita a museos como parte de la formación profesional. De los resultados destacamos la valoración positiva de las dimensiones académicas, afectivas y socioculturales de la experiencia desarrollada. Planteamos la necesidad de promover desde la educación superior propuestas que habiliten la participación de los estudiantes en nuevos escenarios educativos, fuera del aula universitaria y que puedan contribuir en su formación profesional, cultural y creativa.Palabras clave: museos – Universidad – creatividad – experiencia – aprendizajeMUSEUMS, PROFESSIONAL TRAINING AND EDUCATIONAL INNOVATION AT UNIVERSITYMuseums are powerful educational contexts: places to learn, to develop interest in various branches of knowledge and why not to awaken the creative spark areas. Este trabajo indaga en el desarrollo de la función de investigación como parte del sistema formador en los institutos de formación docente de la provincia de San Luis. Los espacios institucionales de los institutos formadores de la provincia de San Luis evidencian que la investigación aparece tenuemente en la formación de los estudiantes y que el espacio de indagación es insuficientemente explorado. Los institutos de Formación Docente dependen del Programa Educación Superior de la Provincia de San Luis, y tienen entre ellos escasas relaciones e interacciones institucionales. La provincia de San Luis cuenta con un abanico de variadas ofertas en la formación docente, teniendo dos institutos de gestión estatal y al menos seis de gestión privada. En este universo de instituciones formadoras, las dinámicas de organización y el rol y gestión de la investigación son diferentes.Palabras clave: Investigación – redes – cultura – internacionalizaciónRESEARCH CULTURES IN THE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTES OF SAN LUISThis paper explores the development of the research function as part of the training system in teacher training institutes in the province of San Luis. Institutional spaces of training institutions in the province of San Luis state that the research appears faintly in the training of students and that the inquiry under-explored space. Teacher training institutes depend on the Higher Education Program of the Province of San Luis, and have poor relations between them and institutional interactions. The province of San Luis has a varied range of offers in teacher training, taking two institutes of state management and at least six privately run. In this universe of training institutions, organizational dynamics and the role and management of research they are different.Key words: Research – networking – culture – internationalization
