El presente artículo recoge el debate, las reflexiones y las recomendaciones que fueron el resultado del trabajo llevado a cabo por el grupo anglófono número uno que participó en la 14 Sesión Internacional para Presidentes y Directores de Academias Olímpicas Nacionales, celebrada en la Sede de la Academia Olímpica Internacional en Olimpia (Grecia) entre el 6 y el 13 de Mayo del 2017. Dicho grupo estuvo integrado por los diez miembros representantes de sus respectivas Academias Olímpicas Nacionales que se detallan al inicio del mismo.El contenido del este artículo fue elaborado por al representante de Eslovenia la Sra. This research has not transeccional experimental and design, it focuses on analyzing the equity position of financial intermediation cooperatives (I.F.) against the contributions of its partners. Begins with theoretical approaches of international and local accounting standards, the ratio of total invested assets versus liabilities, Heritage and Contributions. The case study analyzed the balance sheet figures, the real differences under the uncertainty of the full standard. The results show 14.8% equity and deterioration of overall indebtedness in the same order. Case Study In the real situation, versus the full standard, and considering the irreducible minimum of Capital Contributions, as decreases in 10.2% Equity and Financial Liabilities increased 10.2%. In conclusion, it is considered solvent use some strategy that the situation of international accounting standards with national converge for the benefit of cooperatives.

The gradual change that is occurring inside organizations, from a purely functional approach to one by process, is conditioned from outside and from within organizations. World change is happening faster from decade to decade. Political, economical, social and technological conditions of the first half of the 20th century in the world, and in Latin America in particular, are far from the conditions experienced during the last 50 years of the 20th century. The amount of changes that has occurred in the first 15 years of the 21st century is also immeasurable. There is a close relationship between the speed of technological change and changes in a good measure socioeconomic.  It leads to uncertainty, which has an impact on the ways organizations plan.  Insofar as the cycles of innovation - development are shortened, there is a gap between the appearance of products with superior performance in the market and the duration of similar goods previously acquired by users. This phenomenon shows a trend in the behavior of customers. Clients tends to request service solutions, rather than requiring specific products. This essay resulting from a research carried out in this field, examines, from a matrix approach, some of the phenomena that affect the design of processes of services delivery.

To identify a potential demand for quail eggs in Guayaquil hotels, a quantitative study was conducted using the survey methodology, the sample obtained was 40 people from a database of 250 hotels. Proportion hypotheses were tested on various variables of interest such as price, and quantity demanded among others, in which it was desired to verify the suspicion that there should be a high demand for pre-processed quail eggs if the product was offered in the hotels. We obtained graphs and frequency tables, a correlation matrix, a regression model to obtain the daily amount of consumption and, finally, an evaluation of the model was carried out that allowed to determine an unsatisfied daily demand in the hotels of 3 584, equivalent to 107 520 quail eggs boiled and peeled per month, which is attractive for the cornicultor sector.
