Resumen
Conciliation and mediation, as alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, incorporate the idea of interdisciplinarity as the new national and international trend in the search for non-violent solutions that are peace builders, for the solution of socio-legal conflicts. In particular for matters of family law because in these cases, especially, the feelings and emotions of the parties involved are implicated, which have deep psychological roots. Therefore, the current need for lawyers to be ethical, mediators, conciliators, and apable of integrating knowledge from different disciplines, to provide an integral solution to conflicts, especially those of family, given the important current relevance of this as a fundamental cell of society.

Resumen
Can the political philosophy proposed by Michel Foucault contribute to the understanding, explanation and transformation of the current water crisis in northern Chile? Reviewing the Foucaultian concept of governmentality, the article intends to contribute to the enrichment of a critical theoretical framework in order to notice how, in the context of neoliberal capitalism, large corporations and mega-projects are intervening in the destruction of specific and microterritorial ecosystems of Chile, taking as a specific case the Atacama desert and the water issue. The main interest is to examine how the concept of governmentality helps to understand the modalities assumed by the exercise of power, one of them being political governments that normalize situations of deterioration of nature. The case of water in the Atacama region, Chile will be specifically discussed.

Resumen
The main purpose of this paper is to present an analytical approach of the selfproclaimed “new socialism of the XXI Century” in the context of the transformations undertaken by the so-called “Bolivarian revolution”.The reforms undertaken by referring to the ideology of XXI century socialism in these countries were characterized by an intensification of the process of transformation of the state structure and the relations between the state and society, continuing with the nationalization of sectors of the economy, the centralizing of the political apparatus of State administration. However, in the last four years, in some countries where the socialism of the XXI Century has been implemented, the civilian population has been demonstrating against this type of regime.

Resumen
This paper develops a study of the concept of reparation of damage from the point of view of the doctrine through the method of documentary analysis. In this order of ideas, from the various meanings of this notion, it is sought to demonstrate that it is necessary to know in what sense the term reparation has been used to understand its scope in the specific context. At the same time, a definition that approximates the current requirements is proposed. It is concluded that the form and scope of application in which it has been used will determine its scope, especially for the judicial operator to whom the right applies who applies law.

Resumen
This document is based on a non-cooperative model, in which if a woman works and the household presents other income, physical aggressions against women are reduced. Variables are used that influence violence by the head of the household and cause damage to the cooperative bond between the father and the woman and the family. The results show that if women have more education, are married, have more time with their partner, are older and their social stratum is higher, physical violence to women is reduced. In cases of women victims of physical aggression by the head of the household, the majority are women who are married and work.

Resumen
The École Polytechnique was an academic, revolutionary and scientific institution founded at the end of the 18th century in France. The school brought together the leading scientists of the time and used revolutionary principles to establish the profession of engineer, the current concept of the scientific community and the modern link between knowledge and the state apparatus. Within the educational institution sociology emerged as a science, under a positivist conception. In this article we analyze the close links between the creation of the École Polytechnique and its importance in the birth of sociology.

Resumen
Through this work we intend to identify aspects of the institutionalization of environmental commitment in a group of Colombian universities from five established areas: government, teaching, research, extension and management. To this end, a survey of 25 questions was applied, based on the RISU project: "Definition of indicators for the evaluation of sustainability policies in Latin American universities". The analysis, of descriptive statistical nature, was elaborated based on a scale between 1 and 25 points, with five intervals of equal magnitude to measure and classify the environmental commitment level of the universities. The survey was answered by 36 universities in the country. The average level found in the commitment of the Colombian IES is high, with a value of 18 points. The areas in which the commitment is highest, are those of research and teaching, with an average value of 4.0 out of 5.0 possible. They are followed by extension (3.6), management (3.5) and government (3, 3).

Resumen
The commercial agency contract has specific characteristics that differentiate it from other distribution contracts, which are condensed into essential, natural and accidental elements. Although such elements seem to have some acceptance in legal sources, with the entry into force of the Trade Promotion Agreement between the Republic of Colombia and the United States of America (also called the Free Trade Agreement, FTA) a possible case of implicit repeal is presented. To test this hypothesis, the role of international treaties in the system of sources of commercial law is analyzed, so that through the theory of impure monism it is possible to formulate a new scope of the commercial agency contract.

Resumen
With his theory of Complex Systems, Rolando García establishes a theoreticalmethodological approach for the interdisciplinary investigation of complex systems, based on the constructivist epistemology of Jean Piaget. The objective of this article is to analyze three concepts that underlie this theory: complexity, interdiscipline and politics. The plot strategy is organized in two stages: the first examines the relationship between complexity and interdisciplinarity, and the three conceptions of complexity that this link throws (as a methodological concept, as an organizational concept and as an evolutionary concept). In the second story stage, the political dimension is particularly explored; also, the practical purposes of the approach proposed by García and the implications of the concept of epistemic framework.

Resumen
This article proposes to evaluate the idea of the philosopher Emmanuel Levinas according to which he proposes that alterity is similar to skepticism, as well as to determine if, in fact, Levinasian alterity is compromised with skepticism or if, on the contrary, it is a possibility to glimpse a renewed rationality in the discussion about the human. For this the analogy between alterity and skepticism is exposed; later, some answers given by scholars of the author are reviewed; finally, it is concluded by indicating some ways of reading the Levinasian alterity through the lens of a renewed rationality in the context of human Sciences.
