Resumen
Recently the Brazilian Mathematical Education was published with the insertion of the term "Creative Insubordination", or also, "Responsible Subversion", by researchers Beatriz Silva D'Ambrosio and Celi Espasandin Lopes. Surprised by the liberating effect (Garnica) of the concept. In this study, the purpose of the study and the use of the term "Creative Insubordination or Responsible Subversion" in the Brazilian texts, so as to index how a contextual hermeneutics of this theme in the field of Mathematics Education is presented. We perform exploratory and bibliographical, from a mapping of the productions that express multiple readings on the essence of the subject, in diverse contexts and tendencies. The survey carried out on annals of national and international events held in Brazil, as well as periodicals, books and the CAPES portal. The analysis material consisted of 35 articles, 4 books and 1 thesis, from 2014 to the middle of 2017. The partial results indicate a plurality of contexts with which creatives who dialogue with insubordinate attitudes. There has been a constant growth of the movement, in a short period, which releases our looks and concepts, bringing to light an assumed position of creative insubordination in our professional context.

Resumen
Our pedagogical and investigative practice has demonstrated the need to break the fragmentation of knowledge towards the dialogue and the interface between sciences. As a way for this rupture, in this paper, we aim to reflect about our being/making teacher in the search to guide the pedagogical proposal of the discipline of Descriptive Statistics in the interface of this with the Course of Librarianship. Encouraged by Beatriz D'Ambrosio and Celi Lopes , we venture into the waves of creative insubordination to become aware of this being/making teacher. Therefore, we are based on the Theory of Biology of Knowing, which highlights the importance of promoting a space of coexistence where students' knowledge and contexts are legitimized. From the manifestations of these subjects on the pedagogical proposal of the discipline, we perceive an articulation between the statistical concepts and others that integrate the other disciplines of the Course. This articulation provided the creation of a learning environment that promoted an understanding of the importance of Statistics in the Course of Librarianship, future profession and life itself. Thus, we invite other teachers to navigate the waves of creative insubordination in order to promote the interface between statistical knowledge and the academic context of the student.

Resumen
The purpose of this article is to demonstrate situations in school everyday by assigning relevance of the work in the group and the mediation of the teacher from the narratives of the children. They are activities that are related with mathematics and illustration of the text. The value of social interactions in the group are relevant to elicit evidence of creative insubordination when some of the students argue in favor of their interests. These interactions have meaning when the teacher legitimizes what the child talks about himself, about the other, about the school to perform a reading of the world is constructed collectively. In this perspective characterizes the search (auto)biographical with children. The attitude of the teacher when it places the student at the center of the educational process, challenging him to solve problems and to create proposals for the solution, also evidence indicative of insubordination creative teacher. For the analysis of these arguments, it is considered as inferences theory that the human being transforms the environment to meet their basic needs, and transforms himself. The findings show that there are actions feasible insubordination creative.

Resumen
In this paper we will present an activity developed within the Institutional Program of the Teaching Initiation (PIBID) with second year high school students. In the activity we discuss aspects of mathematical content functions, more specifically graphs of trigonometric functions. The objective was the analysis of the behavior of such functions from the study of its graph. We choose the GeoGebra software and we emphasize the functions f (x) = sin (x) and g (x) = cos (x) questioning students about their variation in terms of amplitude and period. The emphasis given to this activity is that it enables students to explore the graphic expression or the visual aspect through software, placing the students in a learning environment different from the expositive one. We realized that, despite the difficulties related to the use of the laboratory and the emphasis on aspects not explored in the classroom, the students were able to deduce mathematical properties and to discuss mathematical contents. We discuss, in this text, how students explore the behavior of graphs and the meaning they attribute to perceived variations. The students stated that the experience was relevant to understand mathematical ideas treated in theoretical classes.

Resumen
Creative insubordination are political acts which occur when it breaks with pre-established rules, aiming to make progress and changes in society with a focus on social justice. This paper focus to report a research project that sought new approaches to teaching Statistics, through inquiry activities, exploration, data treatment and data analysis. Students were stimulated to produce information by acting politically on problems encountered by them in the school context. The question that led this research was: how to prepare students to understand statistical concepts and produce information, rather than just consuming it? The research involved two high school students (Pibic-Jr) and data was videotaped from the material produced by the students during meetings. The results show that teaching statistics from political action could help students develop skills that goes beyond literacy.
