This paper exposes a theoretical model centered on organizatio-nal restructuration and based on reengineering process, but attending a partial execution who differs considerably from traditional system. The study and recollection data was applied in the city of Puer-to Vallarta, sampling restau-rants and food & drink retailer business, seeking to contrast customer’s perspective, result of a marketing study, against market status, based on a sec-torial analysis. The main finding of this work it’s pointed to de-sign a proposal with five levels of application that makes easier to implement and control struc-tural changes on industry that is intensive in services, to offer quality products to their custo-mers and, in long term, genera-te competitive environments. A very important perspective is the systematic and focalized application of holistic methods that particularize on specific situations as occur with partial reengineering. We depart with the hypothesis that exist a positive relations-hip between marketing and cus-tomers satisfaction on this kind of business —restaurants and si-milar industry—, mainly due to strategic implications that re-sult of this interactions. We con-clude that partial reengineering application on marketing areas contribute to attain positive impacts on customer’s satisfac-tion as an inherent result of a model centered on food & drink business and not just on restaurants.

A bibliometric analysis of the existing literature with the most impact on the subject creation of technology based enterpri-ses originated in universities is elaborated, in such a way that this selection can help build a theoretical framework based on a systematic and thorough lite-rature review. Following a des-criptive/transverse design, it is pretended to contribute with information to the community of researchers related to the evolution and impact of the published articles on this matter. In order to complete the data collection, two sets of words were used, these were entered in the search engine of the data bases: Science Direct, Emerald Insight, Springer Link, Redalyc and Scopus, since those are important sources of investiga-tions and articles trustworthy on the subject. The main fin-dings are that; the areas where ithe subject is mostly developed are Business, Administration and Accounting. The coun-try with the most publications about the subject is Italy, the journal that publishes the most about it is Research Policy and one of the most representative universities is Gent (Belgium). Three collaboration networ-ks were also identified, one of them led by Mike Wright, who individually is the most produc-tive author and the one with the most impact on the subject of university spin-offs.

Faced with the rapid change of the times, the new information and communication technolo-gies have generated modern motivation strategies for wor-ker productivity, it is in this sce-nario, where the topic of gami-fication appears, as a successful practice in obtaining results ex-pected by employees, by having them constantly motivated. Gamification, is the implemen-tation of practices, mechanics and rules extracted from video games to apply them in non-play environments, one of the-se spaces is within the organi-zations, more and more, it is more common to find that com-panies decide to use systems or software of Gamification to train and update its collabora-tors. However, up to now, the importance of having a compre-hensive legal strategy, which includes the creation of a legal portfolio that sets out the rights and obligations established in the different laws and regula-tions applicable in the matter Mexico. Since it does not find a legal strategy derived from a gamification project in the or-ganization, it is frequent to dis-cover violations of workers’ ri-ghts, which are not perceptible under the new social dynamics of the penetration of techno-logy in current labor practices. The objective of this research is the creation and generation of administrative tools to identi-fy the legal needs and conflicts that arise from the implemen-tation of a system that is widely used in organizations to project such training and professional development projects for the benefit of the employee and the employer.

This work is the result of a-qualita-tive exploratory research with 286 residents of the city of Celaya and (Kerlinger, 2002), the objective was to contribute to the planning of public areas, specific case, pe-destrian mobility of citizens in the Jardin in Celaya Guanajuato, deto-nating four factors: accessibility, safety, comfort and attraction. The structure of the research in its inception is based on the impor-tance and rapid growth of urbani-zation in the city of Celaya. As one of the most productive municipa-lities in the state of Guanajuato and Commercial Laja-Bajio region, because in the last 10 years, indus-trial composition, its agricultural resources and communication infrastructures have attracted area industries metal-mechanics, appliances, steel, chemical, and food processing. After the theo-retical contributions are described regarding the New Cultural Geo-graphy (Cuadrado-Roura, 2010), the Geo-Marketing and Mobility Environments (Talavera-Garcia, et al., 2014). As a result, it was found that the lack of a territorial tou-rism image in the Central Area Gar-den -by a zone purely commercia-lly causes in the inhabitants a lack of branding-pride-city, not to have areas or shops recreation-sociali-zation, as currently cataloged the Main Garden, like a dense shop-ping and pedestrian mobility, low accessibility, unsecured, without comfort and without appeal.
