Resumen
The article seeks to justify the linkage of the protocol with the legal sciences and how within the official protocol there are different legal regulations that set the guidelines for action in their field. It will be analyzed how the countries closest to Spain, namely Germany, France, Italy and Portugal, legally regulate the official protocol and specifically in relation to the use of official symbols: shield, flag and anthem. In this way we will analyze if it is possible to establish some kind of general guideline on the existence or not of this type of regulations between them and what concrete aspects regarding the use of these symbols are established in each one of the cases. Finally we will show the degree of concreteness that exists in this legislation in Spain in relation to the one we have found in the other countries analyzed.

Likewise, you can see what kind of professions who hold processed by the Court of the Inquisition as military, doctors, teachers etc. To sum up, based on the documentation submitted in the inquisitorial courts where you can find out the name of some lodges, initiation rituals or initiation ceremonies.

Resumen
In the specialised literature, fear of crime is a set of subjective emotional experiences before a situation of danger, which may or may not be real, together with feelings of personal vulnerability and insecurity with respect to society. This process is based on physiological and cognitive factors activating cerebral mechanisms depending on the person and their personal circumstances. Faced with such a situation, the person perceives, evaluates and generates reactions and responses of care, alarm and general protection. The neural networks participate in this speciic situation and cognitive neuroscience studies, explains and provides data contributing to full comprehension of the fear of crime, which not only lies in having been a victim but also in the possibility of being one or continuing to be one repeatedly. Such an understanding makes it easier for people to adapt to the situation of fear or danger and assimilate their fear of crime.

The legalization of proceeds of crime and the dificulty of identiication once they are integrated into the heritage of the active subject and become part of the legal trafic, has caused rules that impede the realization of the criminal conduct rules, Preventive standards. In this context, and as a consequence of the transposition of a European Directive, the irst Law on the prevention of money laundering was approved, aimed at those subjects who, through their professional activity, could facilitate money laundering. The following lines are framed in the study of the obligations imposed by the spanish legislation on the prevention of money laundering to the lawyer (Law 10/10, april 28), and their compatibility with the advocacy. Basically, we will analyze the respect of the law to one of the basic principles of the practice of the advocacy in Spanish law, professional secrecy, lawyer-client trust and, in what may also affect, respect for the right of defense (art. 24 CE).

The United Kingdom has decided to separate from the European Union after 43 years of common coexistence. Since then different studies have analyzed the consequences of this disconnection for both, the United Kingdom and the other countries of the Union. In this context, it is important to analyze the consequences of this disconnection for judicial cooperation in civil matters, in particular on the effectiveness of the recognition and enforcement of crossborder mediation agreements.

At the dawn of the sixteenth century, the city of Florence underwent several changes of government, in which the influence of the foreign powers, especially Spain and France, was decisive. Throughout this process, a family of peasant origin, the Medici, took advantage of the situation to seize the power of one of the most important cities in Italy. Throughout this work will be analyzed the influence that, first Ferdinand the Catholic and, later, Charles V, had in the fall and later return of the Medici to the government of the city of Florence.
