This article analyzes the occupational conditions and professional performance of economists from the University of Nariño, Colombia in accordance with the university policy of self-evaluation and permanent improvement of academic quality. This study employs a mixed observational prospective, cross-sectional and descriptive approach, which considers primary information collected through surveys and interviews with a representative number of alumni who graduated between 1979-I and 2020-II. The use of statistical and econometric methods, as well as the rigorous analysis of qualitative data, demonstrate the professional success of economists in their labor insertion, reduced search period before obtaining their first job, a moderate unemployment rate, the advances in postgraduate training and non-discrimination in employment. In addition, the research shows gender wage balance and the equitable distribution of income between women and men.

Resumen
There is no doubt that the disclosure on sustainability issues is a contribution to the global environmental problem. In this sense, this work presents an analysis of the disclosure of information related to the SDGs on the websites of 107 Chilean companies using different variables using different variables dichotomously from corporate websites from a checklist to determine an index to determine the disclosure of information related to the environment under a framework of sustainability, based on five indices proposed. In some results, we observe that companies disclose more about corporate governance and less about workers. Likewise, we observe that the mining sector presents a better average disclosure, however, the agricultural and forestry industry still has much to improve in this matter and the larger companies and better EBIT are directly related to the greater disclosure of information on the internet evaluated.

Consequently, semi-structured interviews were applied and using the network approach, a method widely used in the social sciences, the degree of articulation and hierarchy between them was identified. Finally, the main results include the disbandment between the authorities responsible for the development of culture and tourism, the lack of a Tourism Information and Measurement System, the loss of recognition of the inhabitants of Pasto for their cultural heritage and the absence of a public policy to bring together these actors and enhance the initiatives they carry out around tourism and culture.

Resumen
Entrepreneurship is recognized as an activity capable of generating employment, innovation and economic growth. There are multiple and diverse factors that affect it, among which both formal and informal institutions stand out. Its study is particularly relevant in Latin America, given the strong presence of micro, small and medium enterprises; however, the territorial breadth and heterogeneity of the region makes it difficult to make representative generalizations. For this reason, the effect of institutions on entrepreneurship (by opportunity and necessity) was analyzed in a group of countries of the Southern Common Market (Mercosur), one of the most important integration processes in Latin America, through the estimation of a random effects panel data model. It was found that, during the period 2002-2017, informal institutions had a greater effect on entrepreneurship than formal ones. This situation poses an additional challenge for the region, since the promotion of entrepreneurship as a means of economic growth requires structural changes in cultural and social aspects, the achievement of which is neither simple nor immediate.

Resumen
Environmental impacts generated through the linear economy model highlight the need for transcending a circulatory model. However, beyond the transformation of the productive sector that implies the circular economy, it is necessary to change the consumer's behaviour. Consumer’s decision to participate or not in the circular economy initiatives can represent success or an absolute failure. This key point proves a worrying fact that if we take into account the gap between the consumer’s attitude and behaviour which entails a lack of alignment between a positive environmental attitude and unsustainable behaviour. Thereby, this work searches for the main variables that take part in the gaps within the framework of the circular economy, applying the review literature methodology. The results indicate that there are many factors that converge around the gaps. The individual part intervenes in the attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavioural control, and awareness. From the situational perspective converges the price, cost, knowledge, and information. From the contextual perspective converges the socio-demographic factors, culture, and incentives. The identification of these factors constitutes the key to reducing the gap and facilitating the circulatory model.

Resumen
The crisis of the development model in Colombia has been reflected in the crisis of civilization and the impact has been particularly in the rural sector. This article seeks to analyze rural development alternatives in order to generate proposals for the post-pandemic in the rural sector in Colombia through a qualitative methodology based on a literature review method. Initially, some theoretical elements about the rural development models implemented in Colombia are presented. Finally, alternatives are proposed around the solidarity economy and particularly for the cooperative sector, which is gaining strength in the current debate as a potential development model for new civilizational horizons in the post-pandemic framework. Four strategies that solidarity organizations could develop are presented: the formation of second-tier organizations that will have weight in the participatory governance of their territories, be leaders in the provision of technical assistance services, generate autonomy of their associates by strengthening the identity and offer distribution and marketing options based on the recovery of the local.

Resumen
The research carried out in the Business Administration program of the University of the Amazonia had the objective of analyzing student perspectives from the narrative construction aimed at diagnosing and proposing the skills that would improve the work of the administration teacher. The qualitative research and sociocultural paradigm proposed the elaboration of texts that recreate the formative experience of one hundred students and their validation through focus groups. The results bet on the need to train in administration from the real experience of businessmen rather than in theories marked by contexts different from those of the regional economic sphere, in addition to training in didactics by teachers as a student proposal to modify the schemes of master classes, and, finally, the curricular articulation with the social projection, in order to strengthen the practical component of the training exercise, moving learning beyond traditional teaching methods in classrooms.
