This document is intended to determine the model application Multiattribute (M.A.U.) in processes of decision making educational department heads of the Technical University of Babahoyo Extension Quevedo, describe the main features and structure of alternative solutions that reflect the needs of the institution as such. Within higher education institutions the evaluative processes require the department head specific solutions for presentation of evidence, forcing the leader or boss to take immediate decisions in context, this by requiring higher hierarchical approval for decision making spends time and allows state loss for the institution. It is essential to consolidate this quantitative tool gives the possibility to analyze their real needs (OUTPUT) the weight required to address the problem vs. the realities of the candidates or tenders for them (INPUT), the same that will be contrasted to its logical selection and application. The methodology describes the presentation of hypothetical methods deductive with deductive logic and cuantitavos analysis of data generated in recruitment for academic programs each semester process should justify hiring his staff at the university and socialized to the university community Council.

Resumen
This paper presents a study of the noise levels to which the personnel performing activities in the technical training area of the PMIASA Talleres company in the city of Guayaquil are exposed. The purpose of this research was to determine the nature and extent of the noise problem presented in this area for which the line and base was established. It was identified that, despite being a training area, there are problems related to Noises that are outside Ecuadorian law (Instituto Ecuatoriano de Seguridad Social, 2010) And that involves risks of hearing loss for the exposed people (The Instructor mainly) and also noise levels that affect the activities of concentration in areas dedicated to study (the people in the classrooms). Noise measurements were made by sonometry simulating activities under usual working conditions and the results showed high levels of continuous noise (100 dBA) in areas where the Instructor and students perform the activities of the courses they receive. In the final part of this research, alternatives to noise mitigation are proposed from the administrative point of view (distribute daily practice hours so that they do not exceed 2 continuous hours, staff awareness courses)) and from the point of view (Use of hearing protectors, improve the isolation of the compressor room, improve the isolation of the room "Héctor Andrade") among other mitigation alternatives.

Resumen
In attempting to explain the reasons why socio-natural disasters bring with them a chain of disastrous consequences, it is imperative to analyze the conception of risk and its associated elements: threat and vulnerability, given the discordances, confusions, gaps and inaccuracies about it. This requires a thorough analysis and the study of the multiplicity of factors capable of intervening in its compression, and that may somehow affect the lack of a Preventive Culture. From this emerges the present essay, whose purpose is to reflect on different conceptions of risk in different historical moments, impregnating of the type of society from which they originate, and in which theoretical models originate as abstractions of a reality constructed in the social imaginary, which attempts to explain and understand them. These are then schemes that merit a transformation through education, since this is the most appropriate tool, and at the same time able to influence and modify the way of perceiving, valuing and acting against adverse natural phenomena, and those factors that determine their conversion into calamitous events; All with the aim of being interpreted globally and systemically, redundating in affective and effective preparation, which will enable the understanding and correct action in a situation of risk or danger.

Resumen
Domestic violence is a social phenomenon that has been deteriorating emotional relationships around the family system and its impact on academic performance and interpersonal relationships. A current and growing problem among students, being of such intensity that has caused negative incidents observed across this problem in different cultural and social contexts; aims to assess how domestic violence among schoolchildren is given, the factors that are involved in these events, as well as identify some interventions that have been carried out to prevent and treat these behaviors, and the results obtained. Among the factors that relate to domestic violence are the individual, family, school type and the environment. In interventions they have involved parents, teachers and / or students (as), yielding positive results with a comprehensive approach

Resumen
In this study, genetic diversity in 19 citrus cultivars was analyzed using Simple Sequence Repeat (SSR), Inter-simple Sequence Repeat (ISSR) and cleaved amplified polymorphic sequence (CAPS) markers. Nine primers for SSR, nine ISSR primers and two primers for CAPS were used for allele scoring. One chloroplast DNA region (rbcL-ORF106) and one mitochondrial DNA region (18S-5S) were analyzed using cleaved amplified polymorphic sequence (CAPS) marker in 19 citrus accessions grown in Iran. In total, 45 SSR and 131 ISSR polymorphic alleles and tree organelle genome types were detected. Cluster analysis of SSR and ISSR data was performed using UPGMA method and based on Jaccard's coefficient. The result of this investigation showed that the SSR and ISSR primers were highly informative and efficient in detecting genetic variability and relationships of the citrus accessions. And CAPS marker analysis Results showed that Bakraee and one of off type Mexican lime had banding pattern similar to Clementine Mandarin, while Pummelo regarded as maternal parent of other studied genotypes Citron regarded as father parent showed definite banding pattern among 19 studied genotypes which it confirmed Cytoplasmic inheritance from mother cellular organelles.

Resumen
The effect of the use of organic amendments on soil microbial respiration and agronomic variables in banana plants was studied, evaluating 22 treatments consisting of three amendments and four organic products, each in three doses and control treatmet (no amendment). The results showed significant increases in soil microbial respiration, with high doses of vinasse and mycorrhizae at 90 days after transplantation. In the agronomic variables were found significant differences of increase of height, diameter of pseudotallo and dry matter, with the amendments: vinaza, shrimp fluor, humus and biostimulant. Therefore, from the results obtained it can be concluded that the organic amendments increased the microbial respiration activity and stimulated the agronomic development of the banana plant.

This paper briefly discusses the design and implementation of a prototype that monitors temperature, humidity and ultraviolet solar radiation levels in a greenhouse set for the cultivation of garden tomato. The Scrum agile methodology was applied through the deployment of the prototype. The monitoring system is composed by low cost, commercially available sensors, a database and a computer program developed in JAVA. It provides charts, audible and visual alerts, as well as daily, monthly and yearly statistical reports of sensed data. Implementation in the greenhouse aids farmers in the decision- making process regarding crop exposure to the sun, water and ambient temperature, thus enhancing quality of the cultivation process.
