Omics era has opened a new window to biology. Genomics and transcriptomics are two well-known fields by which plant selection and breeding are studied more easily and accurately. They provide useful information about the genes, transcripts, their functions those are the principal data for other subsequent approaches. Reference genomes of various plants are available and facilitate genome-based studies. The complex of genomic, transcriptomic data and the findings from variant methods like QTLs (quantitative trait loci), SNPs (single nucleotide polymorphism), CNVs (copy number variant), resequencing, GBS (genome-by-sequencing) are extremely important for plant selection in terms of price and time. The new workflows are routinely using different approaches and mixing them based on the genomic/transcriptomic information in their subsequent steps and are validated during the whole process toward screening genotypes possessing agronomically important desired trait. SNP-Seq presented hereinafter is a new approach for analyzing plants toward selection and screening by SNP sequencing in various genotypes simultaneously. It can accelerate the cycle of plant selection from genotypes to phenotypes in a reverse engineering way.

The purpose of this article is to propose a diffusion of the new concept of Business Incubator, with perspective to the future to Strengthen the economic development of the Urban communities, to socialize the concept of entrepreneurship in the city of Babahoyo.Knowing the problematic of the marginal urban sectors that currently there is no work and their economic income are low to sustain a Family, due to lack of company. And laws to create programs of social assistance to this vulnerable sectors. As a goal is to make a diagnosis and socialize of the Urban sector of Babahoyo, the type of business incubator can be applied, in order to improve the good life of the Community. Since the methodological framework we apply the qualitative and quantitative method. In order to carry out training in all areas of entrepreneurship.Universities and the provincial government of the Rivers should encourage small entrepreneurs in the Urban sectors, through institutional agreements, either private companies or the state, in order to improve the quality of life. Where they will learn knowledge of several modules directed by the students of the universities, where they will realize their project of bond and the internships of the university students. While the city and university authorities would try to hold fairs of the products or services offered by these sectors. In this way families will try to improve their economic situation to eradicate poverty and in turn improve the EAP.

  The present research work has been carried out to show the benefits of the use of the COBIT system in the auditing processes of the computer systems, the problem is related to: How does it affect the process of audits in the institutions, use of the COBIT system? The main objective is to identify the incidence of the use of the COBIT system in the auditing process used by computer systems within both public and private organizations; In order to achieve our stated objectives of the research will be developed first with the conceptualization of key terms for an easy understanding of the subject, as a conclusion: we can say the COBIT system allows to identify the methodology by using information from the IT departments, to determine the resources of the (IT) Information Technology, specified in the COBIT system, such as files, programs, computer networks, including personnel that use or manipulate the information, with the purpose of providing information that the organization or company requires to achieve its objectives.

This research work reveals the analysis of international undergraduate student mobility generated at the University of Cuenca-Ecuador between higher education institutions during the years 2015 and 2016. It should be noted that the formal processes of student exchange in favor of the academic formation of students, and the Institutions of Higher Education (IHE) has a fundamental role in its execution; and consequently, it must keep in communication, using technological tools capable of responding to current needs that require immediate answers, maintaining a proper level of quality. The project proposed to analyze the current policies of the organism responsible for student mobility, identifying the areas of knowledge of interest for exchange student, and the mobility dynamics of the countries of origin according to the academic periods of the study. Based on the obtained results, some policies were recommended for the dependency, with criteria that allowed establishing strategies to improve student’s mobility procedures that optimize programs activities and increase the cooperation among (IHE) in the Americas, Europe and Asia.    

     

The article talks about the resources of sub category of the final report called Psychosocial and Sports conditions for Athletes in Combat Leagues in the Department of Nariño. Above mentioned article aimed to characterize the sport conditions as the training environment of these athletes in relation of the Infrastructure and Equipment. The study board under the qualitative paradigm, used focus group interviews and observation of participant showing results and discussion of combat sports that require an exchange of efforts and explosiveness in the training area. Therefore it is needed high level of comfort in infrastructure, typology, technical conditions of sport, hygiene, accessibility to quality materials.  Otherwise, it would place the athletes at risk when they participate in national or international competitions because they do not have a real workout and it will negatively impacting their performance. Likewise the equipment and clothing that is used for training is not the same as used in competitions, which can causing them risks and injuries that threaten their health and integrity. Moreover, it is seen from their expressions that there is a need for greater concern and planning into the management and organization and investments to quality of sports services of the organizations, city halls and the Government of Nariño. That fact should be improved to ensure quality conditions that require athletes of high level competition.

The development of explosive strength is one of the determining factors of the sport performance for the athletes of Boxing. The power and explosiveness of the blows executed during the combat, has been one of the problems that have been valued in the analyzes of the preparation of the boxers that make up the national preselection. The work aims to develop a battery of exercises to improve specific explosive strength in the boxers of the Cuban National Team participating in the 6th World Series of Boxing. The sample was formed by the 21 boxers who were prepared for this event. From the bibliographic search and previous practical experience, a system of exercises was developed for the development of explosive force during the preparation of this equipment. At the conclusion of the investigation, a significant increase in explosive strength was observed, reaching the necessary levels to improve the explosiveness in the execution of the blows, besides the improvement in the corporal composition.

Resumen: El artículo examina el desafío epistemológico de integrar diversas formas de saber en proyectos transdisciplinarios que responden a los complejos problemas de nuestros tiempos. La primera sección revisa el desarrollo de la transdisciplinariedad y como ha abordado el desafío de integrar el conocimiento entre diversos campos de saber. La segunda sección explora el desarrollo del pensamiento de Bernard Lonergan y su método empírico generalizado para apropiar la estructura dinámica de la propia conciencia intencional, que él afirma es la base de todas las formas auténticas del saber. La tercera revisa la apreciación crítica de Lonergan sobre el pensamiento de Edmund Husserl y lo que propone para superar las limitaciones de la fenomenología para la integración de las ciencias modernas. La última sección presenta un modelo transdisciplinario basado en el método de Lonergan para apropiarse de la conciencia intencional. Sobre esta base la transdisciplinariedad puede refutar las limitaciones e integrar las contribuciones diferenciadas del sentido común, las teorías científicas, los significados culturales, las convicciones religiosas, los derechos políticos y el razonamiento filosófico.Palabras claves: ciencia transdisciplinaria, conciencia intencional, método empírico generalizado. 

Resumen/AbstractEl gran problema cuando se presentan alternativas  en la ESS, está muy relacionado con el rol que debe jugar el  mercado y con la superación del capitalismo. El autor concluye en cuanto al rol del mercado, que el problema no está en el mercado como mecanismo, sino en su extensión a toda la sociedad al poner precio a todo. El desafío consistirá en superar esa sociedad de mercado sin renegar del mercado, mediante las políticas públicas que pongan límites al mercado en qué tipo de bienes y ámbitos de la sociedad no debería entrar y en el incentivo de prácticas solidarias a nivel microeconómico. En lo que se refiere a la superación del capitalismo en la ESS, el autor sostiene que la forma de producción capitalista dominante coexiste con las formas no  capitalistas (comunitaria, cooperativa, familiar), que si bien no son formas de propiedad social constituyen las bases para la conformación del área social solidaria y su promoción mediante la priorización de políticas públicas.  Palabras clave: Economía Social Solidaria (ESS), estructuras del mercado, acumulación capitalista, formas no capitalistas de producción.

En el marco de algunos de los nuevos rasgos que presenta la prosa de ideas en las primeras décadas del siglo XX, el artículo se detiene en parte de la obra del filósofo chileno Enrique Molina. Se examina su interés por la “herencia moral” de la filosofía griega, por el post-socratismo especialmente, y por las relaciones entre la filosofía y el “arte de vivir”.
