Resumen
This work presents two discarding principles to solve the problem of the minimization of a supermodular function over a relatively complemented finite lattice. This result generalizes the one presented in [1] for the case of a supermodular function defined in the class of subsets of a given finite set.

Resumen
In this paper, we study Cauchy’s problem to the Korteweg-De Vries equation in Hs with s > -3/4 . For this purpose we use the Bourgain spaces, Xs;b; and we get good local formulation to the Cauchy problem.

Resumen
In the present work, a Basic Model SI with Vital Dynamics Structured by Gender developed by the Ordinary Differential Equations (Transmission of contagion is instantaneous), and also developed in the DelayDifferential Equations (Transmission of contagion occurs after a certain period of time), where the Local and Asymptotic Stability Theorem is proposed The Free of Infection point for both models, respectively.

Resumen
In the present work, we study a non-homogeneous second-order partial hyperbolic differential equation, its canonical form, its resolution using D’Alembert’s formula and Green’s theorem. Only mixed initial conditions that are not homogeneous are required to solve this problem. There are several physical problems that lead to this type of mathematical model, so this technique of resolution contributes to the knowledge of finding explicit solutions of problems such as two-dimensional wave type. Within the results the explicit solution of three cases is generated:regarding the homogeneity and non-homogeneity of the initial conditions and the term source, from the point of view of analytical solution for continuous functions.

Resumen
In this article, we formulate a physiological process through a two-dimensional fluid-structure interaction problem between the airflow and the pulmonary alveolus in the Eulerian-Lagrangian Arbitrary (ALE) frame. This problem arises by coupling the equations of the fluid and the structure, described by the Navier-Stokes equations of evolution for incompressible flows, and an equilibrium equation, respectively.

Resumen
We simulated the dynamics of CO2 transport in the alveolar sacs of the human lung. Using Arbitrary Lagrangian Eulerian (ALE) framework, we control the movement domain for a normal and fast maneuver. The fluid of room air inspired and CO2 concentrations were approximated by Navier-Stokes and convection diffusion equations; the stress-stretch in the wall for different volumes were quantified in equal time of respiration. The expansion for a normal and forced maneuver were represented as 9 and 90% to the initial geometry. The difference of the CO2 was 73x10

Resumen
This communication will show a view of scenarios to promote mathematical competences: general, referred to the mathematical content and the scope of demand, in students of the first cycle of General Studies of Letters that includes careers in the Social Sciences (Anthropology, Sociology) and Humanities ( Literature, Psychology, History, Geography, Linguistics, Philosophy) of a Peruvian university, from teaching experiments framed in the Realistic Mathematical Education (EMR) of Freudenthal (1991), planned, experimented and redesigned from the methodology of teaching design (Kelly, 2000; Rubio, 2012), considering the didactic suitability of EOS (Godino, Batanero and Font, 2009; Rubio, 2012). That is, we will show the routes that mathematical content must follow to reach future non-mathematical professionals (Gaita et al., 2009).

Resumen
This article is dedicated to give an historical critique vision about the contribution of the great mathematician Alberto P. Calderon on potential classical theory and on the singular integrals. In general, Calderon’s work was central in harmonic analysis in the second half of 20th Century because of it’s deepness, high originality andbeauty of his Works.
