The environment provides welfare to society through different functions that are necessary for the performance of the economy and for the support of life on the planet. But environmental goods are treated as if they were endless. For this reason, the economic valuation of environmental goods and services emerged as a viable technique for the conservation and management of these goods and services. Considering the before exposed, the research research determined the economic value that visitors give to the Piedras Encimadas valley, a place belonging to Camotepec Village in the municipality of Zacatlán in the state of Puebla. The main objective of the investigation was the economic valuation of the recreational environmental service provided on the place already mentioned using the contingent valuation method; The results show that there were 37 protest responses and more than 80% of visitors to the site are willing to pay an entrance fee, the parametric estimation of the willingness to pay was $ 55.50, but it was adopted as a strategy to charge one entrance fee of $ 14 per person. It is concluded   that   the   economic   value   of   the   valley   for   the   recreational environmental services that provides is $ 6, 719,757.30 million pesos per year. Visitors tend to value environmental goods and services in a very low way, even though it was mentioned that these goods and services will be improved.

Currently, one of the public health problems facing Peru is the high prevalence of chronic child malnutrition; Which affects the psychomotor and emotional development of the child, limiting access to opportunities, equity and socioeconomic development; the national average rate of chronic malnutrition to 2014 reached 14.6%. The study aims to "Determine the factors that influence chronic malnutrition in Peruvian Children. The study is non-experimental and cross-sectional; for which the ordered probit methodology is applied. The results of the correlational analysis, estimation of the econometric model and the obtaining of marginal effects, conclude that the variables that determine the most important chronic child malnutrition are: housing material type in -7.68%, access to drainage network inside the dwelling in -5.35%, the mother's educational level at -8.33% and the type of residence located in the rural sector at +5.97%, results that are supported by results found by other authors. Therefore, the model shows that children from households with access to health services, better health conditions and higher level of education of the mother are less likely to be malnourished.

The objective of the study is to estimate the impact of the project "Capacity development and employment generation in the Northeast region of Puno, period 2010-2012" in the income of beneficiary families. The scope of the study corresponds to alaskan households of the districts of Cojata, Ananea and Patambuco whose total beneficiary population was 582 families; The analysis methodology used was based on the Propénsity Score Matching method and the Nearest Neighbor Matching variant. Social, economic, productive and reproductive indicators were used for this. The results indicate that the average effect on the income of the families involved in the project compared to the control group was S/. 580.00. Variables: district, sex, marital status, hectares and skin of young alpacas contribute significantly to the balance and pairing of the data in 7 blocks, while the variables age, number of children and alpacas reduce the probability of pairing. The non-significance of the alpaca variable would explain the nature of the project as an intervention not only with results in the short term but rather that the quality improvement in alpacas occurs in the medium and long term.

The objective of the present study is to estimate the impact of the social program Pension 65 on the per capita expenditure on food, as a source of information, the data base of the National Household Survey ENAHO- 2015-2016 is used, the methodology is the Double Difference and the estimation with Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) and fixed effects (EF) with panel data. The unit of analysis is the Peruvian households at the national level that participate 2 consecutive years in the program: 2015 and 2016, in this social program, has been taken as the baseline year 2015. The results suggest that the program Pension 65 if it has a positive impact on per capita expenditure on food, i.e. for those beneficiaries of the Pension 65 program, per capita expenditure has increased by 3.2% (b2 = 0.032) but this result is not statistically significant at a level of significance of 5%.

Global business is developed based on the attitudes and aptitudes of the people who promote it and represents one of the drivers of the economy through the generation of employment. It can be assured that a country that does not do business, is a country that tends to fail; the relationship between business and economic development leads to a specific analysis that allows one to understand it. According to several authors, many small and medium-sized SMEs - which contribute greatly to the economies of the countries - appear as enterprises that are forming and growing over time. The action of undertaking includes certain qualities for the generation of new ideas, products and services that inspire an endless number of projects through two drivers: need and opportunity, always seeking sustainability over time through innovation linked to the satisfaction of the clients. With the aforementioned, a high percentage of opportunities for entrepreneurship is generated in Quito thanks to the support of institutions such as CONQUITO, AEI, SENESCYT Bank of Ideas, universities, among others; this stimulates the entrepreneurs to carry forward their ideas and enter the market to compete. One can not forget the significance of knowledge for entrepreneurship and how higher education generates a competitive advantage over other entrepreneurs. The present research seeks to arrive at quantitative diagnostic conclusions about the number of entrepreneurs in the city of Quito who have had their higher education in national or foreign higher education institutions, both public and private. This becomes the second part of an investigation whose final objective is to diagnose the variables that have led the ventures to continue over time, identifying similarities that can serve as a basis for new entrepreneurs.

The world air quality is affected by emissions from the vehicles where the main fuel for its operation continues being   derived from oil, gasoline and diesel, according to the Instituto Nacional de Estadísticas y Censos (INEC) until 2015, 1 925 368 vehicles were registered in Ecuador and the emissions are deteriorating the quality of populations life. Among the damages caused by the gases from the combustion residues are the global warming, damage to the ozone layer and damage to the health of living beings.   In the last hundred years, self-propelled vehicles propelled by internal combustion engine (ICE) have dominated the transportation industry, today efforts to reduce pollution levels have led vehicle manufacturers to research a new transportation alternative and alternative fuels that are efficient and reduce the emission of polluting gases. Alternative fuels do not pollute the environment when they are made, or used, as fossil fuels do, other hydrogen-based fuels that use electrochemical cells as a source of energy and have no carbon emissions. Electricity also happens to be a source of energy for vehicles which comes from batteries that convert chemical energy into electricity.   Currently, electric vehicles have been given special attention to the called Hybrid electric vehicles HEV which   main source of energy for its displacement is an electric motor which complements an ICE, the hybrid vehicles are identified as a temporary solution, for the moment is being the most viable, fundamentally to solve the problems associated with vehicles powered by an ICE. The ICE of a hybrid vehicle produces low emissions of polluting gases compared to a conventional vehicle of similar characteristics because the engine is smaller and is not used directly for vehicle propulsion.
