Resumen
The research provides an overview of the environmental noise pollution in the surroundings of a university and its impact on the teaching-learning process, this is approached from the pedagogical perspective, environmental noise pollution and social marketing. The WHO in its standards indicates the permissible decibels for each area such as: residences, industries and educational centers. Method: A study was conducted in order to know the degree of understanding or perception of students about this problem. The method used was non-probabilistic convenience sampling of 449 young people from generation Z, with a survey of 18 questions. Results: As a solution, we propose the development of a social marketing plan for a campaign to mitigate environmental noise in the surroundings of an education center. This plan must fulfill 12 points, in which social marketing, guerrilla marketing and digital marketing strategies will be developed, as well as the collaboration of Influencers. Conclusions: Noise is a problem that affects everyone, and in this case its impact on the learning process is presented. We propose the use of strategies such as guerrilla, viral and digital marketing; to publicize the proposals, such as a training and awareness campaign, with the collaboration of Influencers. Strategies are defined for public transportation, cabs, such as carrying advertising referring to not honking the horn if it is not necessary

Resumen
Context: The organizational climate (OC) constitutes a determining aspect of the perceptions that the collaborators of private or public companies have of the structures, processes, environments and situations thatoccur in their work environment. Method: From these perspectives, the main purpose of this research was to carry out an assessment of OC and analyze its link with the work performance of the employees of the Cotopaxi Sports Federation, located in the Latacunga canton from the application of two questionnaires: used a questionnaire to study the perception of the organizational climate and another todetermine the level of job performance. Both were applied to all the collaborators of the institution, who are 60. Thenresearch is descriptive type that is enriched in the search for information on each variable, in order to characterize theproblem, under the basic modality of investigation and based inthe quantitative paradigm. Results: Undoubtedly, the OC in the Cotopaxi Sports Federation, according to the perception of the collaborators, is moderately favorable in the dimensions studied taking into account the evaluation carried out. Conclusions: Alternatives for improvement and action plans are requiredthat can counteract this situation, considering that OC is a determining factor in job performance. The perception ofthe managers is very different from the perception that the collaborators have of the work carried out, evidently the managers do not recognize shortcomings in their leadership and direction in the organization, while the collaborators maintain different criteria. It was possible to analyze that the Spearman Rho value is 0.930, which is why they present a significant correlation between both variables: OC significantly affects the work performance of employees.

Resumen
Context: Hygiene and social distancing were recommended as strategies to mitigate the proliferation of COVID-19 early in the pandemic. Despite their importance, many people resisted implementing such strategies. In this sense, it is important to understand social and psychological processes underlying people's prevention behaviors regarding COVID-19. Method: This research aimed to assess the influence of fake news (FN) and belief in a just world (BJW) on prevention behaviors for the COVID-19. 198 participants indicated the extent to which they believed in FN about COVID-19, answered questions about their hygienic behavior and social distancing, completed the personal BJW scale, and answered a sociodemographic questionnaire. The results indicated that believing in FN was associated with fewer hygienic behaviors [β=-0,17, t(195)=-2,44, p=0,016] and less social distancing [β=-0,16, t(195)=-2,28, p=0,024]. Personal BJW moderated the effects of FN on social distancing [β=0,16, t(194)=2,21, p=0,028]. Results: These results show the impact of FN on prevention behaviors during the pandemic and illustrate the role of BJW on this relationship. Conclusions: It was concluded that it is essential to inform the population by trustworthy sources of knowledge and that public figures only disseminate scientifically accurate information. Although BJW may mitigate the negative impact of misinformation, the reduction of fake news and its impact is of utmost importance for public health during a pandemic.

Resumen
Context: Technological progress facilitates the recording and collection of GPS trajectory information. Nowadays it is possible to visualize in geographic information systems maps of road networks and analyze GPS trajectories of vehicles circulating in a city. The intelligent analysis of these data leads to the identification of patterns useful for making decisions in situations related to urban planning, transportation planning, traffic circulation and congestion, among others. Method: This work proposes a method for extracting georeferential locations from a road network that allows performing different analyses with data sets of vehicular GPS trajectories. For this purpose, QGIS, an open source Geographic Information System, and POSTGIS, which allows converting the PostgreSQL database management system into a spatial database, were used as tools. The method allows automating the process of extracting the georeferential locations of a road network that are loaded into a spatial database for further analysis with a set of GPS trajectories. Results: To validate this work, measurements were made of the number of records obtained by the method of extraction of georeferential locations and those obtained from the analysis, eight different queries were defined using the data sets of vehicular GPS trajectories of the cities of Guayaquil-Ecuador, Aracaju-Brazil and Beijing-China. Conclusions: The results obtained are favorable and show that the extraction method is efficient and allows different analyses of vehicular traffic in a city.

Resumen
Context: The indiscriminate use of agrochemicals, from its origin to the present, has produced a large number of effects on the environment, such as air pollution, both surface and underground water, the soil’s structure affectation, and the different organisms of the flora and fauna that live in it. Method: The aim of this research was to gauge the environmental effect of agrochemicals management used in the cultivation of hard corn, in the localities of La Felicidad, Montenegro, El Recuerdo and Nuevo Amanecer of the Abras de Mantequilla wetland in the coastal region of Ecuador; in order to get what was proposed, surveys of farmers in the study area were applied, soil samples were taken to assess their biological properties, both in the cultivation area and in the biological corridors, and ultimately, the weeds were identified in the study areas. Results: It can be evidenced that agrochemicals cause very high environmental impacts on the flora and fauna, and therefore on the wetland ecosystems, which are of overriding importance for the maintenance of biodiversity. Conclusions: Whether mitigation measures are not taken, loss of weed species in the reserve and progressive environmental deterioration.

Resumen
Context: Canned tuna is one of the Non-Traditional products with the greatest participation in the exportable supply of Ecuador, thus being the coastal zone the region with the largest settlement of industrial plants. Manta considered the "capital of canned tuna" is home to a large majority oftuna industries. The companies that export canned tuna benefit from the Temporary Admission for Active Processing (regime 21) to acquire certain merchandise with the suspension of the payment of import taxes. Method: In order to analyze the incidence of the acquisition of vegetable oils under regime 21 in the tuna companies of the city of Manta, a type of descriptive investigation was used with a qualitative-quantitative approach, by collecting information through interviews and surveys. Results: After the application of the information collection tools, it was possible to verify that this regime is actually being applied for the acquisition of vegetable oils, being directly for olive oil (refined), while indirectly for olive oils. of soybean and sunflower (supplied mostly "raw") because initially they would be imported by national suppliers to neighboring countries such as Bolivia and Argentina, to later be refined and offered under a Transfer of Ownership contract to a majority of the companies subject to study. Conclusions: The study reflects that it is more profitable for tuna companies (costs) to acquire soybean and sunflower oils from third parties (through a title transfer contract) and for olive oil, direct acquisition is more feasible since the "savings ” will be more meaningful.
