Resumen
The platformization is the penetration of digital platforms' infrastructures, processes, and governance frameworks in the economy and social life. This article aims to build a general vision of platformization in Mexico through reports and statistical data to envision current and relevant research problems. The platformization processes include three dimensions. The first considers the role of platforms as operators of multilateral markets and the consequences for their workers. The second delves into datafication: transforming digital practices into data to make them accessible to third parties. The third addresses the governance dimension, focusing on how platforms shape practices through regulatory guidelines, moderation processes, and algorithmic visibility. It is concluded that the platformization approach highlights the socio-cultural dimension of platform capitalism. This approach makes it possible to deepen and efficiently approach the study of the relationships between platforms and society.

Resumen
The article reveals the transformations that Colombian sports journalists experience in the coverage and retransmission of mega-events sports. From a qualitative methodology, supported by documentary research, interviews and analytical triangulation, the results show that audiovisual production and interaction with the audience is a strong reality, while the irruption of streaming is decisive. It can be concluded that direct coverage on the spot strengthens the quality of information, although the big media are clearly betting on the contrary.

Resumen
Between 2019 and 2020 Netflix ventured into the street food genre through two documentary series, dedicated respectively to Asia and Latin America. Both productions joined the catalog that the platform distributes in more than 180 countries, in addition to venturing into a genre present in traditional and digital media. Unlike these contents, Netflix gave its productions a cosmopolitan trait, a product of the transnational character that has characterized the company's activities. This article presents the results of an analysis of the multimodal discourse carried out on the six documentaries on street food in Latin America, exploring their contribution to the construction of the transnational and cosmopolitan imaginaries characteristic of these gastronomic adventures. The work consists of four parts. In the first, the construction of transnationalization is presented, which gives rise to the construction of imaginaries; the second offers a characterization of the documentary in the framework of the construction of symbolic representations. The third part characterizes the Multimodal Discourse Analysis and its application to the object of study. The last part presents the conclusions of the analysis, accompanied by a reflection on the role of Netflix in the construction of transnational and cosmopolitan imaginaries.

Resumen
This study consists of a quantitative analysis, using the Google application called Twitter Archiver, by analyzing the content of 5,000 tweets that used the hashtag #NosotrasTenemosOtrosDatos in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic on the Twitter social network. The main objective of this article is to analyze the issues and debates raised on Twitter because of the use of this hashtag. The main findings show a renewed repertoire of collective action in the digital space and demands through the feminist hashtag. The results show a diversity of topics in the digital conversation generated through diverse Twitter accounts by feminist collectives, actresses, influencers, journalists, political actors, ONGs, etc. focusing particularly on the visibility of the increase of violence against women in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic in Mexico, in the face of the denial of the presidential discourse on the increase of 911 calls for gender violence, which stigmatized feminist demands for a life free of violence against Mexican women, as well as a growing political polarization due to the presence of various political actors intertwined in the feminist digital protest.

Resumen
Technological advances, hyperconnectivity and the proliferation of smart devices are three features that characterize the current media environment. In this context, 62% of people use social networks for an average of two hours a day. Among them, TikTok is one of those that has grown the most in users in the last year, ranking as the sixth most used social network in the world. TikTok is a platform mostly used by a young audience, which is attracted mainly by the emotional bond with the content, interaction, and usability. Also, the consumption of short videos is on the rise and content in vertical format, short, creative, and adapted to mobile consumption predominates in every way. The present research arises in a scarcely studied area such as the use of this platform in the field of sport, specifically, by soccer clubs competing in the Spanish First Division, thus setting the main objective. The secondary objectives are to study the type of content published by the clubs and to establish the content and narratives that generate the most engagement with followers. The methodology used is content analysis with quantitative indicators such as the number of publications of each team, followers and ‘likes’.

Resumen
This study aims to identify central issues of debate on Facebook, as well as the criteria for the moral evaluation of these issues. It looks at the links between the socio-cognitive mechanisms of moral evaluation and five philosophical types moral reasoning. This approach has not been directly addressed in the associated research. The study applies a qualitative phenomenological method. Group interviews were carried out for the data collection with a total of 32 Costa Rican university students (18-24 years old, 43% women). The results yielded four central issues around which the debate takes place within this social network. Within the lines of Facebook exchanges, there is a rigid cognitive scheme whose content relates to two of the five philosophical types of moral reasoning, namely, theologism and deontologism. The study alludes to the scope, limitations, and implications for the understanding of communicative exchanges in social networks that sheds light on the formation of a digital citizenship.

Resumen
The high content of added sugar in a large part of commercial beverages has represented a health problem worldwide for many years, due to the high consumption of this type of beverages by the average population, and where the Costa Rican context does not presents a different picture. Objective. The research reflected in this article proposed to carry out a scrutiny of the main beverages with added sugar content that are acquired in the commerce of the western zone of Costa Rica, as well as the investigation of the consumption habits of this type of beverages in the student population of the Greece Campus at the University of Costa Rica (UCR). Materials and methods. Face-to-face and virtual visits were carried out to businesses in the area of influence of the Campus, with a view to achieving the inventory of available drinks and the classification according to their sugar content reported on nutritional labels, in addition to the preparation and application of a survey to students of the different careers taught at the Greece Campus - UCR. Results. They highlight an exhaustive inventory of more than 191 different beverages between brands and presentations with added sugar content, including soft drinks, moisturizers, juices (not carbonated) and energy. Likewise, 147 students surveyed, most of whom do not consume excessive amounts of the type of beverages under study, but important elements are obtained that demand special attention regarding health. Conclusions. It is necessary that, in many of the beverages contemplated in the study, the sugar content reported on the label already exceeds the maximum recommended daily intake of sucrose, if a complete drink with a volume of personal use (600 mL or less) is ingested; and that there is a small, but not negligible, percentage that requires attention in the respondents, due to the high intake of sugary drinks and the lack of habit with respect to the practice of physical exercise.
