Resumen
After a brief assessment of the evolution of the Spanish educational system, this article tries to analyze how the academic training of the jurist in the mid-21st century could be adapted to meet the demands of modern society. Likewise, an approximation is made to the public examination system for access to the public service, which is positively evaluated, notwithstanding the possibility of its improvement and adaptation.

Resumen
This paper analyzes the changes in the way lawyers practice in recent years. The training offered by universities to law students must also be adapted to these new circumstances, which are characterized, above all, by a predominance of the criminal sphere in the employment preferences of young lawyers, new forms of conciliation and negotiation between the Public Prosecutor’s Office and the defence lawyers and, also, the increasing use of technological devices both in the daily work of the lawyer and in the development of the criminal process itself.

Resumen
Influencers are increasingly relevant in the communication of organizations. Their growing participation in promotion campaigns has boosted their image, while their visibility among the general public has grown. But, given that they are new actors who bring different elements and work methods to the communication arena, their fit in the traditional agencies may require some adjustments. This article addresses, specifically, the collaboration between influencers and public relations firms, and the consideration of their managers about the professionalism of this figure. In order to do that, studies carried out in recent years on these new players in the corporate communication processes, are reviewed first. Second, the results of two surveys, administered to public relations agencies in Spain and the United States, are analyzed in order to understand the current situation regarding their professionalization, opinions and future prospects in both countries. With the results of both methods, this paper intends to reveal the real repercussion of these new brand prescribers in the current communicative activity, presenting conclusions that could be useful, both for public relations professionals and for future research.

Resumen
This article analyses the relationship between union revitalization processes and inter-union disputes in chemical sector, as part of union renewal that took place in Argentina after the crisis of 2001. We study how inter-union disputes impacted on sectorial trade union structure, collective bargaining, and labour conflict. The results achieved highlight the particularities assumed by a situation of inter-trade union competition within the framework of Argentine’s trade union model, offering tools to evaluate thesis on the greatest weakness of workers in situations of trade union competition (or their opposite: the absence of trade union competition as the source of greater bargaining power), and the positive link between trade union competition and labour conflict.

Resumen
This paper analyzes the interrelationship and synergies between the different resources of union power in the countries of the European Union. We study the relationship between the associative and institutional power of trade unions, on the one hand, and the levels of social equality in the EU, on the other hand. Likewise, we analyze the dynamic link between union power resources and the state / business strategies implemented to face the crisis that began in 2008. For this, we carry out different multivariate analysis techniques (multiple correspondences and generalized linear models). We conclude that the trade union organizations that base their strategy on indirectly reinforcing their institutional power are those that have been most affected by the labor reform and flexibilization strategies promoted by the states. In this regard, strengthening the associative power of trade unions seems to be the most effective strategy to face the crisis that began in 2008.
