Resumen
Experts claim for more studies on Theory of Multiple Intelligences in higher education classrooms. There is a lack of information on the characteristics of multiple intelligence in universities in developing countries, such as Brazil, as they can assist in the education of students in a wide variety of fields. This study aims to analyze and compare the types of multiple intelligences among bachelor students of Business Administration programs in private universities. We conducted a quantitative study based on survey with students from two private universities in the southern Brazil. The results indicated that the academic profile of both programs has similarity in the average frequency of most of the identified intelligences. The intelligences identified that showed statistically significant differences between academics are: logical-mathematical, interpersonal, musical and naturalistic. In general, the most developed multiple intelligences are: logical-mathematical, interpersonal, intrapersonal and bodily-kinesthetic. In addition, the least developed are: spatial, linguistic, musical and naturalistic.

Resumen
The oil-producing communities generate more than 80 percent of Nigeria earnings from crude oil. Unfortunately, the oil has not shown enough prosperity in the oil-producing communities as the standard of living of the people is worsening by the day with little attention to the provision of infrastructure. Besides, there is evidence of widespread and abject poverty among the inhabitants of the oil-producing communities. An inclusive policy to harness the potentials of such communities requires the knowledge of the factors influencing their poverty levels. This study estimated the factors influencing the poverty of inhabitants in the oil-producing communities of southern Nigeria. Using multistage sampling procedure, 120 representative households were chosen and information was obtained with the help of structured questionnaire. In order to find what determines poverty, an altered reversal model comprising 15 regressors was used in the analysis. The results revealed that most critical factors influencing poverty in the communities were dependency ratio, farm size, experience in farming, farm income, level of knowledge gained, the gateway to extended services, modern farming inputs, and having the opportunity a to health facility. Increasing the size of cultivable hectarage either through land consolidation or expansion of existing farmland and improving the educational level of inhabitants of the oil communities are rational policy decisions that could reduce poverty and improve their quality of life.

Resumen
In today's supply chain, information sharing and accountability for goods is critical, accordingly to the principles of fiscal, environmental and social security, which have been also concentrating on in recent years, prioritize business process openness. The economic consequences of the COVID-19 outbreak and prevention strategies incorporate factors such as supply and demand shocks as a result of COVID-19. This paper investigates the sensitivity of the supply chain to the unfolding pandemic crisis by identifying the five main barriers for Indian manufacturing industries in the new COVID-19 time by employing a hierarchical approach, based on multi-criteria analysis. A hierarchical process-based multi-criteria approach has been used to evaluate COVID-19 influence and prioritized by Entropy and TOPSIS technique. The findings shows that local law enforcement obtained the highest weights among all the supply chain barriers operations in the COVID-19 time, and among the industries, airline, hotel, and automobile sectors have been most affected by the global crisis. The obtained findings will provide the strategic outputs for decision-makers to strengthen the supply chain following COVID-19 protocols.

Resumen
This study focuses on the scenario of the economic development of Bangladesh. The major objective of the study is to examine the economic and non-economic determinants of the economic growth of the country. This study employs the Multivariate OLS regression and GLM technique to explore the influences of those variables to the economic growth and development of the country. The empirical results show that agriculture, industry, and service sector contribution to real GDP are positive where industry and service sectors are statistically significant. The results of the economic determinant model illustrate that the capital, labor forces, imports, and total reserve of the country positively influence the economic development of the country which are significant also. The OLS estimation shows that coefficients of non-economic determinants such as control of corruption and bureaucratic quality are positively significant to influence the economy. The results also present that internal conflict, democratic accountability, and rule and order situation negatively affect the economic growth in Bangladesh. The GLM estimation shows the control of corruption, rule, and order also a positive effect on economic growth. These empirical findings are consistent with the exploratory analysis and practices.

Resumen
This publication analyzes the situation of businesses in the context of global pandemics. Business is an integral part of everyday life, facing risks and challenges daily, and in rare cases, such as pandemics and quarantine. Therefore, it is necessary for companies to have a contingency plan in place to deal with unexpected or expected challenges, i.e. what activities it would be possible to reorient to, how to perform activities by working remotely etc. Both the public sector and the private sector are closely interlinked. And every new environmental factor, be it state regulation, technological development, or the changing needs of humanity, and in this case, pandemic and quarantine, affects business in one way or another and leads to the success of some, the failure of others. At present, the coronavirus Covid-19, which is spreading all over the world, and the quarantine introduced in many countries are of great importance to business.
This paper also presents a small-scale qualitative research data showing the impact on different types of businesses in Lithuania. The main scope of this paper is measuring the level of impact of the pandemic COVID-19 for businesses in Lithuania. Methods were used as follows: i) analysis, comparison and interpretation of scientific literature and documents; ii) qualitative approach applying structured interview with selected leaders/managers of the companies in Lithuania.

Resumen
Equipment inspection arose from the need to maintain industrial facilities in satisfactory physical condition, providing the minimum level of safety and reliability in operation and maintenance. Machines and equipment cannot stop operating without planning and managing the supply chain, maintaining large quantities of spare parts stocks. The objective of this work is to analyze the possibility of predictive and / or prescriptive monitoring to contribute to the preventive maintenance of the real condition of the equipment, that is, only in real need, avoiding preventive maintenance for pre-established intervals, consequently reducing the stock of spare parts. To this end, a Systematic Literature Review (RSL) was carried out using the keywords Maintenance 4.0 and Supply Chain Management and Industrial Logistics, identifying the main authors and most relevant journals.

The article analyzes the concepts of guerrilla marketing, guerrilla marketing advantages and disadvantages, the guerrilla marketing tools, and marketing in financial institutions. The purpose of the article is to evaluate the tools of guerrilla marketing in financial institutions. Guerrilla marketing is a powerful tool to influence consumer behavior, stimulate sales, do non-traditional advertising, promote competition, meet consumer needs, raise awareness of a product or service, and creative advertising for which a certain budget is required. Guerrilla marketing is based on creativity. Guerrilla marketing is a quick way to promote a brand. Guerrilla marketing doesn't require a lot of investment in an effective marketing campaign when imagination, energy, creativity, time and information suffice. Guerrilla marketing benefits small businesses. Guerrilla marketing requires a small investment to reach the target audience. During guerrilla marketing, people are involved in, or become participants in, guerrilla marketing. Information will be available in a short time. Guerrilla marketing builds strong customer relationships. It is shown that the benefit comes to the consumer, not the business. Guerrilla marketing usually promotes an unusual way of remembering a company’s brand, product, or service deep in customers ’minds. Guerrilla marketing is one of the most innovative practices that can be used to effectively educate consumers about a brand and its benefits. It uses the least amount of money to reach customers, emphasizes creativity and a long-term vision to make a lasting impact on consumers. The article examines guerrilla marketing, which has several key tools for market exposure: a one-on-one offer, which is one of the oldest ways to increase sales - just a casual person trying to sell a product, this method is effective and beneficial in that you can interact with potential customers about their needs and approach to the product; another tool used is a business card, which we can use as a promotional tool, because on the second side of the business card you can briefly describe the services provided, product benefits and other useful information, the next step is to write personal letters to offer and provide your services, and letters or calls should be as individual as possible; the last step could be simply advertising, as there are many online advertising portals where you can place ads for free, so you should take advantage of that. It is emphasized that such tools can be effective because people who read such ads are usually already looking for a similar product. The aim of the research is to investigate the methods and practice of using guerrilla marketing tools in financial services organizations. The paper is based on analysis of scientific literature and case studies. The study includes an analysis of the theoretical literature as well as a case study and comparative analysis. Therefore the key to guerrilla marketing is to become an effective tool in a highly competitive environment where consumer behavior is rapidly changing as a by-product of technological advances and the contemporary internet media. Moreover guerrilla marketing in the financial sector is a marketing technique that creates enthusiasm and engagement with the target audience. Financial guerrilla marketing really sets it apart from traditional forms of marketing - it focuses on a smaller market segment and the smaller budgets needed to run a successful campaign. In addition, advertisements for guerrilla financial services are acceptable. Random outdoor marketing is non-standard outdoor advertising. Ambient advertising is placed on street manhole covers, cranes, pizza boxes, free postcards in bars and elsewhere. All of this is somewhat unusual.

Resumen
Since organizational identification is an important phenomenon for efficiency and productivity of the organization, its relationship with many variables has been examined. However, there is no study in the literature examining the relationship between organizational identification and social intelligence. Grounded in the Strong Ties Approach the object of study is to explore the relationship between social intelligence and organizational identification. Besides, the study aimed to determine whether the level of social intelligence and organizational identification vary or not according to the sector type. The study was designed with a quantitative research pattern and correlational research design. The sample is consisting of 306 public and private sector employees. The survey technique with a convenience sampling method was used to collect the data. The obtained data were investigated through statistical analysis software. Social intelligence has been studied both as a whole and with its dimensions named as social information processing, social skills, and social awareness. According to the regression analysis results; social intelligence as a whole and social skills have a significant and positive contribution to predicting organizational identification. However, the effect of social information processing and social awareness on organizational identification is not significant. Moreover, independent samples t-test suggests that the social intelligence and social skills levels of private-sector employees are higher than the same factor levels of the public sector. However, the level of employees' social information processing, social awareness, and organizational identification does not differ according to the sector type. The research also offers several theoretical and practical implications.

Resumen
The Purpose of this paper is to understand the heterosexist harassment faced by Lesbian and Gay employees at the workplace in an Indian context where gender stereotypes are rooted throughout society. It also aims at exploring the coping mechanisms used by these gay/lesbian employees to deal with this harassment. In-depth interviews of six lesbian/gay employees from the NCR region of India were conducted for collecting data and information through open-ended questionnaire. The samples were selected through purposive non-probability sampling technique. Each interview has been explained through a case study by identifying themes and patterns based on cross-case synthesis, pattern matching and explanation building among them. The results revealed that the Lesbian/gay employees frequently experienced bullying, unwanted jokes, discrimination based on sexual orientation, sexual assault, dismissal from the job, social ostracism and isolation. Several coping strategies were identified which help the lesbian/gay employees to deal with these heterosexist harassments at workplace. Four broad categories of coping strategies were identified as support seeking, confrontation, inaction, and quitting. It was also revealed that participants resorted to secrecy and withdrawal as a way of managing labeling and stigma and to further avoid the subsequent heterosexual abuse. The findings of the study will advance the knowledge in the heterosexist harassments and coping mechanism used by lesbian/gay employees at workplace. The results contribute to meaningful social change to build safe work environments for Lesbian and gay employees.

Resumen
Life on Earth was born at least 3.7 billion years ago, but since then the number of living things has grown exponentially. Surprisingly, some of the earliest life forms on our planet still exist and not just in fossilized form - stromatolites - a life form that has witnessed the entire evolution of our planet can still be discovered in certain areas of the globe. Stromatolites are living fossils, the oldest life forms on Earth. Their existence spans an incredible period - stromatolites have existed for 75% of the period since the formation of the Solar System. They are defined simply as rock structures built by colonies of microscopic organisms that do photosynthesis. These organisms are known as cyanobacteria. As the soil settled in shallow water, bacteria began to grow on it, joining the sedimentary particles and building additional layers until mounds formed. These constructions of microorganisms in the earth are perhaps the essential element in the emergence of more complex life on earth - through their respiration, they produced and developed oxygen on Earth until it came to form 20% of the Earth's atmosphere. Using the Sun as an energy reservoir, stromatolites have transformed the planet into a place capable of supporting all life forms, simple or complex.
