Resumen
Introduction: the scientific literature highlights the need to manage the processes, results and subjects involved in one of the key activities that guarantees the persistence of scientific knowledge: scientific publication; particularly in scientific journals. However, the analysis of the references consulted showed the lack of a deep and sufficient study of the essentials of the management of scientific journals from the organizational point of view. Objective: to analyze from the organizational approach, the main references on the management of scientific journals, in order to help reveal the specificities that distinguish it, to reach higher levels of performance of its essence and its approach.Method: a systematization of previous research experiences was carried out in the period between October 2020 to March 2021, at the Universidad de Ciencias Médicas de Santiago de Cuba, through the use of empirical methods (document review, analysis of social networks), theoretical (analysis and synthesis, historical-logical, induction-deduction, hermeneutic-dialectical, holistic-dialectical), and methodological procedures (content analysis). Results: those relevant aspects that, in the opinion of the authors, contribute to developing a theoretical perspective of the management of scientific journals were identified. Conclusions: the management of scientific journals is assumed as a particular case of organizational management, whose purpose is to guarantee scientific publication, integrating processes of a different nature: management, editorial, evaluation and certification of the relevance and originality of the contributions, and evaluation and positioning of magazines; supported on Information and Communication Technologies, to increase their levels of efficiency and effectiveness.

Resumen
Introduction: surgery is as old as the history of humanity. It goes back to the most distant times when man made his appearance, as a result of physical, mental and social individuality. Objective: to approach important aspects of the history of General Surgery from ancient times to the present and its development in Cuba. Method: a bibliographic review was carried out in the database of the National Library of Medicine, PubMed, Google Scholar, Web of Science, ClinicalKey, Elsevier, ResearchGate and web pages of different specialties that recommended articles of interest in relation to the topic for research, to reconstruct the emergence of surgery from antiquity to the present day. Results: chronological notes were compiled, divided into the next categories: Surgery in antiquity, pre-Columbian Americas, The Middle Ages and the Renaissance, Development of general surgery in Cuba (brief journey from 1354 to the present). Final considerations: the development of surgery begins from antiquity as a necessity; the specialization of general surgeons in Cuba begins in the eighteenth century, when it is separated from the Anatomy chair to perform as the surgical discipline, which has had a sustained progress throughout history. Its magnitude is consistent with the degree of development of society and society´s external and internal limitations. The development of this specialty in Cuba is considered a milestone, exhibiting high standards of scientific, technical and surgical-anesthetic advances today.

The origin of lyrical compositions in Classical Greek Literature is often explained by using as initial testimony passages from the Iliad, which refer to a paian (I.472), to a hymenaios (XVI.182) or to danced songs (XVIII.560-570 and 590-605). The aim of the present article is to analyse three passages in which it is possible to explore, within the Odyssey, the play of a performance of choral lyric discourses flowing under the coercion of the epic format. We address Penelope's lament in book 4.722-734, the presence of a parthéneion setting in book 6.99-109 and the version of thrênos singed by the Muses at the funeral for Achilles in book 24.58-62.

The objective of this article is to focus on the references to Iphigenia’s sacrifice in the extradramatic past, which is referred to on numerous occasions in Iphigenia in Tauris. This occurs not only in the prologue, which would perhaps be expected, but such references traverse the whole tragedy. This treatment, on the other hand, will be analyzed in the context of a constant feature of the tragic genre that is exacerbated in the case of Euripides: ritual perversion and conflation. For this, we will develop four axes: the improper nature of the sacrifice in Aulis, the confusion between the sacrificial and the nuptial registers, the references to Helen as the human cause of the sacrifice and the part of goddess Artemis in this matter.

Resumen
Through this work we explain a method to provide electrical power to a group of people living in the district of San Borja - Lima, through a PV system, which is not common in the area. This would help to reduce emission levels of carbon dioxide (CO2) to the atmosphere. It has been determined by the Solar Atlas of Peru that the coast region solar power reaches 6 to 6,5 kW.h/m2 per day, average in the month of March, if we convert this data to energy is equivalent to 21,6 to 23,4 MJ/m2, which is of great advantage for the proyect.
