Resumen
Llévame a casa (2021) by Jesús Carrasco, tells the story of Juan, who comes back to home because his father had died of cancer. Although he wants to return to Edinburgh, where he lives, he has to stay with his mother in Cruces (Toledo), the place where he was born, because she is suffering from Alzheimer's disease. The aim of this paper is to analyze the theme of the care in this fiction in the character of Juan. His actions can be studied inside the research of new masculinities. For that purpose, we use theoretical approaches from nursing research, sociology and gender studies.

Resumen
This article focuses on the analysis of the female characters that appear in two novels by Dolores Medio: Nosotros, los Rivero (1953) and El pez sigue flotando (1959) and we will focus specifically on the protagonist of both novels: Lena Rivero. Spanish literature written by women during the post-war period was supposed to embody the moral values promulgated by the regime. However, a group of women writers created female characters who contravened the established canons, they are "chicas raras". In this sense, Lena Rivero is one of these heroines who fight for their freedom. Lena is configured as a revolutionary model who does not conform to the role imposed by Franco's ideology and transgresses the frontier of the domestic space, entering a world assigned to men.

Objective: To improve the nutritional status, psychomotor development and the environment in preschoolchildren with chronic malnutrition in rural areas. Materials and methods: 53 children entered theepidemiological intervention study according to the inclusion criteria. For the initial and final evaluation, the threedimensions were incorporated, on the one hand, there is the nutritional state characterized by anthropometry, clinical and laboratory, on the other hand the psychomotor development from the Denver scale and finally theenvironmental environment according to the scale of percentages. Follow-up was carried out with the CLAPSENCOMMUNITY strategy that influences the Clinical, Laboratory, Anthropometry, Psychology, Social, Educationand Nutrition areas. The process was carried out by a multidisciplinary team, through the use of educationalbrochures, talks, workshops and community fairs with diverse themes. The “nutritional backpack” monitoringinstrument was introduced. Family gardens were developed, nutritional supplements were provided, and stressmanagement and stimulation of the child's psychomotor development were carried out. Results: Nutritionaldimension: growth on admission: -2.11 ± 0.7 SD to: 0.67 ± 0.3 SD (p <0.000) at discharge; Hb: 10.4g / dl5 ± 3.3to: 12.54g / dl ± 1.2 (p> 0.001); Ferritin from: 12.81 ± 9.65mg / dl to: 19.60 ± 1011mg / l (p <0.003). Development:gross motor skills improved from 76.1 ± 14 SD to 95.1 ± 5.7 SD (p≤0.000). Coordination: entry: 74.2 ± 16DS,egress: 96.8 ± 12DS (p≤0.000); entry language: 73.7 ± 15 SD. a: 95.67 ± 5 (p≤0.000); Personal-social income from76.515 SD to: 99.07 ± 4DS (p≤0.000).

Resumen
Introduction: HIV co-infection with hepatitis B or C is the cause of chronic liver disease, with various seropre- valences in different regions of the world. Objective: To know the seroprevalence of hepatitis B and C in people with HIV who come for consultation at the Institute for Human Development, Cochabamba-Bolivia, management 2017-2018.
Materials and methods: Descriptive, prospective-cross-sectional, quantitative, non-experimental study. The serological results of the markers were analyzed: Hepatitis B virus surface antigen, Hepatitis B virus anti-core antibody, Hepatitis C virus antibody; Hepatitis B vaccine history and antiretroviral treatment scheme of 195 people with HIV at the Institute for Human Development, bivariate analysis was performed to obtain data. Results: The seroprevalence obtained for hepatitis B is 7.7% and hepatitis C 0.5%; coinfection between HIV and hepatitis B is 80% with the antiretroviral regimen tenofovir / lamivudine. The homosexual population group has a 5.5 times risk of having HIV and hepatitis B co-infection with a p value of 0.006; Regarding immunization for hepatitis B, only 9.2% of patients have the complete scheme.
Conclusion: It is imperative to offer hepatitis B and C testing to all people with HIV; emphasizing the most vulnerable groups (homosexuals); The provision of doses for complete immunization against hepatitis B in all public health services in the country is important.

Resumen
Introduction: There are various didactic strategies in the teaching-learning process; The perception of the effectiveness of the teaching method through collaborative learning, compared to traditional learning, is little known. Objective: To determine the effectiveness of the collaborative learning method compared to traditional learning in research training. Methodology: Analytical and cross-sectional study, developed between 2018 and 2019; the sample population consisted of 46 medical students. The effectiveness of collaborative learning and traditional learning was determined through academic performance through a test and the perception of the effectiveness of both methods through a questionnaire. For the inferential statistical analysis, the X² test and Student's T were used, considering p < 0.05. Results: Of the average age of the students was 25 years (range: 22-39), 29 (63%) were women. The "very good" academic learning level was higher with the collaborative learning method compared to the traditional learning method (47.83% vs. 4.35%; p = 0.000). Likewise, with traditional learning, a significant percentage of "regular" academic learning was achieved compared to the collaborative learning method. The level of knowledge learning about the scientific research process according to academic performance was higher with the application of collaborative learning compared to the group with traditional learning. Conclusion: The satisfactory perception of the effectiveness of the collaborative learning method was higher compared to traditional learning for research training.

Oxygen (an essential molecule for aerobic organisms) is widely studied for its role in thephysiology and pathophysiology of different diseases, constituting a fundamental part of medical knowledge. The objective of this work is based on describing the role of reactive oxygen species, their importance, regulation and consequences in the organism. Information was obtained through the databases of Google academics, Frontiers, Research gate, Karger, ScienceDirect, PubMed, including those with level II scientific evidence, comparing the functionality in a pathological environment of reactive species and organic response in the human organism. Reactive oxygen species are products of the daily metabolism of our body, they play an important role in many physiological processes necessary for survival
