Resumen
Affective computing is an emerging area of research that is focused on the development of systems with the ability to recognize, process, and simulate human emotions with the purpose of improving the interaction between the user and the system. One of the potential fields in which it can be used is marketing, through the study of user perception via the use of sentiment and emotion analysis techniques on the opinions of users with respect to the products and services offered by companies. As a contribution, this article proposes the development of a study on emotion analysis based on the text containing the opinions of the attendees to a virtual entrepreneurship fair called Marketing from Home, which was developed during the pandemic lockdown and co-organized by SENA and Universidad de Cartagena. To carry out this research, four methodological phases were taken into account: exploration and selection of technologies for emotion analysis; cleaning and adapting the text of the opinions; obtaining the percentage distribution of emotions in the text with the opinions; and analyzing the perception of the fair attendees. The study allowed determining the percentage distribution of the six basic emotions (happiness, anger, sadness, euphoria, fear, and boredom) across the text containing the opinions of the attendees to the Marketing from Home virtual fair, in order to obtain the general perception of the logistics, the virtual stands, and the products offered.

Resumen
One of the key factors that contribute to improving the positioning of corporate web portals is accessibility, considering the large number of users and the volume of content available on the Web. Accessibility enables search engines to give priority to those portals that have incorporated these features. The objective of this article is to propose a set of accessibility recommendations to improve the positioning of corporate web portals, which were determined based on the guidelines and levels of conformity of the Colombian accessibility standard NTC 5854. For the methodological development of this research, the four phases of the iterative research pattern proposed by Pratt were considered: observing, identifying, developing and testing. These made it possible to define the recommendations and verify their relevance in accessibility inspections. As a main result, a set of recommendations was obtained for the accessible design of web portals, which were focused on improving the these sites’ positioning and grouped according to the four principles of the NTC 5854 standard. In addition, an automated tool was developed which allows conducting accessibility inspections of web portals using the defined recommendations. In conclusion, the inspection carried out on the JanuswWeb portal with the developed tool made it possible to verify the relevance of the recommendations, in order to enable a greater number of users to access, perceive, operate, and understand the content of the Web.

Resumen
The design of STEM units embedded in traditional schooling contexts has been extensively investigated. However, there has been no exploration on how to elaborate this type of proposal in multigrade contexts. This study aims to determine the assessment by a group of teachers on the relevance and feasibility of a framework that guides the design of integrated STEM units in multigrade contexts. Additionally, their perceptions of STEM education and its implementation in these contexts were explored. By using an evaluative research design with a participatory modality in the context of a professional development course in STEM, focus groups were implemented throughout the sessions, and a questionnaire was elaborated and applied at the end of professional development. Findings suggest that the analyzed framework is relevant and feasible, but some stages could be better integrated. Teachers are open to learn in order to implement this type of education, which they see as an opportunity to contextualize and integrate knowledge. Still, they report needing more constant and lasting support so as to apply it in their classrooms.

Resumen
This article presents a bibliographic review in multidisciplinary databases to identify central elements in the development of STEM educational experiences from various meanings such as STEM+A or STEAM, for their integration with the arts; STEM+H, for humanities or STEM+Agriculture; among others. This approach has increased its presence at various educational levels, partly due to promotion through multilateral organizations such as the OECD and the IDB, and by the definition of public policies, especially in North America. 67 research articles were analyzed, out of which 53 were selected as a sample because they account for STEM experiences developed in 19 countries on four continents. The majority (54.72%) relate experiences from North America, especially the United States, which contributes with 47.17% of the total sources in the study. The review identifies the following trends: learning purposes, which focus on the development of skills; collaboration between groups and generating good practices for lifelong learning; the use of active learning strategies; the role of ICTs, which are identified as articulators on the basis of their didactic role; and, the success factors of the approach, in which the role of a teacher that prioritizes learning is preponderant. From these experiences, it is concluded that the role of the teacher in the execution of learning experiences with a STEM approach is fundamental, given the pedagogical, didactic, and human implications of developing it.

Resumen
Based on the growing trend of urban agriculture, this work aims to build an IoT system for the monitoring and analysis of climatological variables of interest in urban agriculture crops. The methodology considered for conducting this research comprises four phases: selection of tools and technologies, design of the IoT system architecture, construction of the system’s prototype, and a case study in the context of lettuce crops. As a result of this research, an IoT system based on open hardware and software tools was built, which is articulated within the conventional 4-layer IoT architecture (capture, storage, analysis, and visualization). With respect to the existing solutions, the advantage of this system is the use of portable SBC platforms, as well as the inclusion of machine learning models within the analysis layer. From the case study, conducted on a home lettuce crop, it is concluded that the selected tools allow capturing, monitoring, and analyzing climatological variables of interest in urban agriculture crops. Likewise, it is concluded that the studied analysis models can be customized by considering the agroclimatic characteristics of each crop and that they are useful for decision-making related to crop physiology.

Resumen
This paper examines the different impressions and perspectives related to the implementation of electromobility in log transportation via trucks with a load capacity of up to 45 tons in the forestry sector of the eighth and sixteenth regions of Chile. The objective of this work is to establish the critical variables identified and perceived by key stakeholders of the forestry industry the correct implementation of high tonnage electric trucks. To this effect, a qualitative methodological study with a non-experimental design is proposed, which is based on semi-structured interviews conducted with stakeholders of the forestry sector of the study area. A convenience sample is employed, which was applied to four businessmen in the sector, three executives from the main forestry companies, and two truck distributor representatives. The data show that there is currently little knowledge due to the lack of specific projects and platforms for disseminating information that consider this technology in the field, but, on the contrary, they show a willingness to implement pilot plans aiming for the perceived economic sustainability of electromobility. A concentration of critical aspects is evidenced, which must be addressed in order to implement electromobility in forest transport, and which, given handling by public-private work, would enable the sector and the country to obtain the economic and environmental benefits of this technology.

Resumen
New technologies and technological advances have contributed to a greater interaction with platforms such as crowdmapping, which allow people or organizations to have an information flow with which they can make contributions through collaborative maps. In order to understand its applications and uses, a systematic review was conducted on the application and importance of crowdmapping and its contribution to the creation of maps in different sectors or areas of society. From this review, the usefulness and efficiency of this type of mapping was determined regarding the delimitation of properties and bike routes, as well as the geolocation of tourist sites in Tunja (Boyacá), so that anyone accessing the maps could participate, appropriate the information, and contribute according to their interests. Said implementation makes its contribution people to know and be able to guide and provide relevant information to both citizens and tourists on the different routes for bicycle users or tourist sites in the city. In these cases, such information is provided by people who have lived the experience and want to share it, thus creating collaborative maps in real time. As for these maps, it is important to validate all the information in order for it to be completely real and for this type of platform to generate confidence for later implementation in other projects with a social aim.

Resumen
Medicinal use of cannabis offers great prospects for producers from an economic point of view and for users in terms of health. However, in order to exploit the full potential of the different varieties of cannabis, it is necessary to create some particular environmental conditions for each type of crop, which is very difficult to achieve by hand. Therefore, various proposals have explored the use of technologies for automating the control of these crops. These solutions are mostly black box, do not allow for customization, and can be very expensive. This article describes a prototype that allows controlling a cannabis greenhouse (through humidity and temperature sensors, among others). The prototype and its usability were evaluated among cannabis producers, with promising results for its use and the production of the designed device and mobile app.

Resumen
This article presents a process to encourage and support the adoption of DevOps in small and medium software companies. The process was designed through the identification of elements suggested and identified in the literature through systematic mapping. The identified elements were harmonized, compared and integrated, resulting in a clear, homogeneous process without terminological conflicts composed of three sub-processes, roles, activities, artifacts, tools and process flows in BPMN as support for configuration management, integration, continuous deployment and monitoring from a fundamental and complementary approach of suggested practices. The proposed process was evaluated through a focus group made up of DevOps experts, who considered that the process is pertinent, clear, complete and applicable in small and medium-sized software companies. In short, the process describes a total of 82 activities, 16 artifacts, 9 roles and recommends 13 technological tools to support the automation of each of the activities related to each thread, which will guide professionals, companies and stakeholders to reduce the ambiguity and subjectivity in the understanding and adoption of DevOps.
