Resumen
Because they are efficient instruments for implementing territorial development policies, development and innovation agencies have attracted the attention of governments and multilateral organizations, which study, create and promote them, hence the diversity of research aimed at systematizing their characteristics and management models. There are more than 15,000 organizations of this type in the world, characterized by their diversity in terms of objectives, size and instruments; by their excellent human resources and, fundamentally, by their encouragement of territorial governance processes and promotion of innovation. This article is a partial synthesis of a broader research that is part of the interest in understanding the characteristics of development and innovation agencies and, particularly, in identifying the key dimensions or aspects addressed by studies to describe them as a basis for future research.

Resumen
The following document presents the economic and stock market trajectory of an important Spanish company in the retail sector: International Food Distributor(Dia), during the period that was administrated by Ana María Llopis (2011-2018), the first woman to preside over a non-banking corporation of the select Ibex-35 index; making explicit in this article, through an analysis of the number of female workers and the digital news content (El País, El Mundo, ABC, Expansión, El Economista, Cinco Días…) the divergence between the positive defense of the supossed feminist leadership of this entrepreneur by the Spanish general and economic media and the catastrophic results achieved during his mandate.

Resumen
In the 20th century, more changes took place in the life of the human being than during the thousand years of the Roman Empire or the long period of the Stone Age. These mutations were due more to the discoveries of science and the inventions of technology than to the two world wars, totalitarianism, genocide and ethnocide that shocked humanity in that century or to the Cold War that divided the world. between two incompatible and opposed military-industrial blocs, which threatened each other with the triumph of one over the destruction of the other. The greatest techno-scientific changes were brought by the so-called information technologies (IT), in which Venezuela was a pioneer in Latin America with the installation of computers and the creation of university degrees decades before the rest of the continent. The Lisandro Alvarado Centroccidental University has played a very important role with the creation of cutting-edge careers and IT research centers, long before other universities in the country and in Latin America. But the socioeconomic and political crisis that the country has been suffering and the Venezuelan university in particular, has stopped our development, to the point that it even threatens the disappearance of the national university, and its future is grim and ominous. More changes are coming and this is prefigured by the opinions of the best qualified experts in the world. Are we prepared to face them? This article analyzes some of the most relevant aspects of the possible and complex scenarios that await us so that we can reinvent our universities before: the future catches up with us!

Resumen
The educational institution as a factor of secondary socialization is currently going through one of the most difficult and complex moments, due, among other reasons, to the growing difficulty in facing the challenges associated with managing the social and cultural conflicts that come together in the classroom;violence as a multifactorial phenomenon, as well as the configuration of identities and power relations, constitute aspects that permeate socio-educational processes,to which the imbalance of the school climate is attributed, for entailing the emergence of confrontations, physical-symbolic territorial struggles, discrimination, subordination and psychological and social impositionsthat exacerbate hostility and deterioration of coexistence. This research as a result of a documentary review, seeks to account for life within educational institutions, specifying as part of the reflection the conflicts, violence(s), identity(ies) and power relations, which manage to reproduce themselves very easily in this scenario due to their difficulty in integrating efforts around the use of mechanismsassociated with the peaceful resolution of daily controversies and the management of intercultural education as an alternative to achieve the consolidation of bonds based on respect for dignity and mutual recognition. It is concluded that life within educational institutions is interwoven by a network of relationships in which both groups and individuals seek to impose cultural and behavioral patterns from the social scene, seeking to gain recognition by appealing to the violence and power.

Resumen
Today's organizations consider economic, social and cultural aspects for their performance, so the concept of corporate social responsibility has been evolving and serves as a strategy for solving problems arising from any activity. A socially responsible company is one where its products or services are aligned to contribute to the welfare of society. This behavior goes beyond a strict vision for compliance with regulations, it is rather linked to ethical behavior and considering the needs of all those involved in the process. This corporate philosophy adopted by senior management goes beyond ensuring the economic benefit and well-being of workers. In the case of agricultural companies, it seeks to reduce the impact that this activity has on the environment and carry out sustainable agriculture. There are initiatives that seek to institutionalize this practice within organizations regardless of the size or the sector in which they work, in order to develop competitive advantages, meet economic objectives and encourage sustainable development. In addition, these practices improve the company's reputation and profitability.

Resumen
The objective of this research work, of a theoretical-descriptive nature, is to carry out a review of the literature on virtual education, management and the applications of the Resource Dependency Theory. The analysis was carried out based on previous works. Some considerations on the relationship of virtual education with the resource dependency theory (TDR) are also presented, in addition, a synthesis is included that shows the importance of its theoretical postulates in the organizational field. The findings of the work allow us to affirm that the management of virtual education requires the support of the environment, since they are not self-sufficient to generate all the resources and services they require, which leads them to participate in exchanges and transactions with other organizations. The research provides elements that facilitate the understanding of the application of the resource dependency theory in the field of virtual education management, which are relevant to the development of virtual education as it is to take advantage of the resources offered by the setting.

Resumen
Pregnancy discrimination is a complex phenomenon that affects labor relations. When a worker becomes pregnant, it generates a lot of tension within the organizational dynamics, due to the consequences for the worker and the obligations contracted by the entity. By virtue of this, the purpose of this study is to learn about the experiences through stories of women who suffered employment discrimination due to pregnancy in Venezuelan organizations. In the methodological aspect, the interpretive paradigm and a qualitative, descriptive approach are assumed, where six key informants who suffered discriminatory acts due to pregnancy participated, in organizations located geographically in Caracas and Miranda State, Venezuela. After applying the interviews, results will be obtained that indicate the existence of psychological, professional and economic affectation in the workers. As well as a systematization of management actions. These results contributed to make this reality visible and open spaces for reflection. In this sense, it is recommended that the people who lead the organizations become aware of the impact of this phenomenon on the victims.
