Resumen
In this paper, we propose a sentiment analysis model for the assessment of teacher performance in the classroom by tweets written by a pilot group of college students. Naive Bayes (NB) is the technique to be applied to classify tweets based on the polar express emotion (positive, negative and neutral), to carry out this process, a dataset fits adding distinctive terms of context as possible features to support the classification process.

Resumen
Organizations often approach portfolio optimization problems. In many practical cases, the decision-maker faces uncertainty relating to future uncertain states of nature that cause variability in project benefits, in resources to be consumed by the project and resources available to support the portfolio, this often carries uncertainty, due to cognitive limitation of human beings, a great quantity of deal of the information of interest. We used an interval approach for describing and representing uncertainty associated with problems of real-life decision-making. The aim of this work is to provide an approach of handling the uncertainty found in project portfolio selection using grey numbers, which are a way of interval numbers. A fundamental step of our proposal was to generalize NSGA-II for the treatment of multi-objective grey optimization problems. Our proposal provides a better quality of solution concerning the treatment of uncertainty.

Resumen
In this paper, the problem to be solved is the visualization of undesirable contents on the Internet, both by children and young people. The average age at which a child first watches pornography on the Internet, is 11 years. Part of a solution, is the proposal to filter pornographic content on the Internet based on digital image processing, which is a software tool, designed for Internet users looking for safe navigation. For detecting nudity in digital imaging the RSOR algorithm (Recognition, Selection and Operations Regions) was implemented. When digital images recognized as nudity represent less than 40%; the filter classifies the URL website as secure, and allows the visualization of the site. However, if the percentage is greater than 40%, then, such a website is considered unsafe, and it is redirected to a secure one, which has been predefined by the administrator of the filter.

Resumen
Creating interactive Augmented Reality (AR) applications is still a rather technical matter; it requires programming skills that increase with the complexity of the application. This paper proposes a flexible and scalable node based visual editor, built on the entity system architecture; the creation a simple, yet interactive water cycle educational application is presented to demonstrate how the tool can be used. A usability test is conducted with six participants divided into two contrasting groups (developers and non-developers), a questionnaire is used to gather insight on the experiences from the users, the results that are presented, show that both groups found the tool to be appealing and useful.

Resumen
One of the concerns in public and private sectors that remains over the time is the timely identification of situations that destabilize the main objectives of organizations. Invariably, the first step in any risk assessment methodology is the identification of the risks and this should be done meticulously. In this paper, we analyze several approaches that have been addressed for the identification or risks arising from the past, the current approaches and the needs for the future. These necessities show the challenges in tools, and methodologies. This paper also presents a methodology of complex systems as an alternative to address the problems of the determination of many factors, the interdependences between them, and the operations research techniques that exist.

Resumen
Eliciting sufficient high-quality knowledge from individuals to build a robust and useful Artificial Intelligence or Intelligent System solution is a very time-consuming and expensive activity, especially in domains where the knowledge is informal, partial, incomplete, implicit, tacit and unstructured. Moreover, in order to develop a solution, a systematic way to incorporate the elicited knowledge into a specification is necessary. The goal of this thesis is to develop a strategy oriented to the transfer and transformation of knowledge with the aim of eliciting and structuring the most quantity of domain knowledge, either tacit or explicit; then incorporate it into a specification that covers the needs and expectations of domain specialists. The application of the strategy in real informally structured domain cases provides empirical insights about its usefulness and value.

Resumen
Bioinspired algorithms are a generic term used to refer to the solution of computational problems, based on the planning and implementation based on existing models in the evolutionary process-related nature. Most evolutionary algorithms proposed paradigms that occur in the biology of living things and concepts of natural selection, mutation and reproduction. However, other paradigms that can be taken in the creation of evolutionary algorithms also exist such as the forces of nature, which have been many algorithms based on water, gas and wind reactions. Many of the environments involving unstructured problems in this case a problem of accommodation of containers of humanitarian aid to a company with limited resources, which can be considered from the perspective of cultural paradigms, because the cultural paradigms offer a wide range categorized models that ignore the possible solutions to the problem-a common situation in real life. The purpose of this research is to apply evolutionary computation properties of cultural technology; in this case, to corroborate through data mining analysis of how low the support of various companies use technology for their own benefit to propose a solution to a given problem, in our case carry different types of goods deemed humanitarian aid . The mentioned above, to carry out an adaptation from the standpoint of the modeling societies. An environment for conducting tests for this type of analysis in our case a model arrangement of containers was developed in order to enable learning about not very conventional characteristics of a cultural technology. This environment was named Allaliyah in Palestinian culture means "Together we can achieve everything."

Resumen
In the present study explains the design of an intelligent system based on bio-inspired algorithm as an aid in the strategic planning to improve the disminution of reduced wastage associated with cutting parts of the seat covering, unlike current applications, is focused on an environment that goes beyond simple numerical forecasts and statistical processes to make this job shop. It is based on an advanced algorithm named “Bat Algorithm” that optimizes the strategies to be followed within the cut process, helping with the correct decision support to achieve competitive advantage in the market. This proposed model associated with Bioinspired Algorithm is flexible, adaptive, has learning ability, is robust and fault tolerant. This proposed model is based on methodology associated with Bioinspired Algorithms which provides optimal strategies to improve competitiveness in a company, the ability of the model can provide strategies that are not obvious because they can find no obvious relationships among variables can help the manager or leader of a company. This tool is an aid in the process of improving competitiveness because it supports the strategic decisions made in administrative technology levels of the companies.

Resumen
This paper presents an analysis of the special characteristics of Inventory Management for humanitarian operations. Each year, many natural and man-made disasters occur, affecting thousands of people around the globe. During these catastrophes, both, government and humanitarian organizations, face great logistics challenges in which the main objective is to satisfy the needs of people touched by such disaster, to mitigate their suffering. To achieve such objective, an adequate Inventory Management Strategy in these logistics operations plays a crucial role at each echelon of the Supply Chain. This paper also aims to identify the state-of-the-art of Inventory Management Strategies and models used for humanitarian logistics operations as well as commercial models with the special features related to it. It includes its categorization according to crucial criteria and the identification of trends, gaps and challenges in this field, in order to provide valuable insights for future research in this domain.
