For more than a century the society, the women’s movement and the feminist organizations are crossed by a debate which is still latent and unresolved: the prostitution, is or is not a job? And in the case of being so, how should it be implemented, regulated and exercised? From this discussion, we analyze the film Elles from the director Malgorzata Szumowska. In this film, Anne, a journalist from the magazine Elle, should make interviews to students who choose the sex work as financial support. To do this, we try to make a crossover between the definitions of biopolitics and sex that offers Michel Foucault, linking it to the position that society and the state currently assumed to sex work. This film will allow us to uncover some tension and discourses that cross our societies combining religious, moral prejudices and hygienists have the sole effect of discrimination, stigmatization and persecution of those who exercise the sex trade.

Los primeros fríos de mayo llegaron con la XII Edición del Ciclo de Cine y Psicoanálisis de la Universidad Nacional de Córdoba. Esta vez la propuesta nos llevó a interrogarnos sobre el sintagma Solo Sexo. ¿Solo sexo, sin amor ¿Solamente sexo? ¿Sexo en soledad? Su equivocidad no tardó en resonar. Y sobre estas posibilidades y algunas más, se trabajó, se pensó, se cuestionó. Durante los cuatro martes de mayo, mes de revoluciones y revueltas, si las hay, alrededor de 500 personas se encontraron en el Pabellón Argentina para escuchar a psicoanalistas y representantes de la cultura cordobesa, hablar de sexo. De lo que siempre fracasa, como lo dijera Jacques Lacan en aquella oportunidad en la Universidad de Yale.

Resumen
Desire, the main and constituent issue of psychoanalysis, is the protagonist of the film “The Danish Girl”, in spite of the fact that it is a “biopic”. And here, the desire, is sometimes seen inhibited, sometimes subtle,sometimes excessive. The virtue of the film is not to aim to explain it, understand or clarify it. It keeps the desire in its right place, its opaque place which causes permanent misunderstanding and gives place to Lacan ’s observation, which says there is no sexual relationship.

Resumen
This trail proposes a reinterpretation, through a oblique read, of the Spanish movie ‘Bad Education’ from Pedro Almodóvar, released in 2004. The film stages not only an anticlerical story but also a regulation of bodies crossed by the mechanism of the clerical power. From there, the film builds a universe that thematized a subsequent violence address to a particular Trans body. To circumscribe these questions, we will say that Bad Education establishes an economy of violence through a economy of desiere in the context of a cinematography registry that re-enroll in the necropolitic representation of Trans bodies.
