Resumen
Este artículo analiza el modo en que la crisis social, política, económica e institucional en Argentina de fines de 2001 impactó en la esfera teatral, específicamente en el campo de la dramaturgia. En un contexto de crisisi e inestabilidad el teatro asume y plantea un debate acerca de nuestra identidad, la necesidad de la memoria y la función social del arte. Analiamos algunos aspectos de la obra de dos dramaturgos fundamentales durante los años de crisis: Griselda Gambaro, vinculada con la poética del realismo crítico, y Daniel Veronese, asociado con un modelo más experimental e innovador. Ambos dramaturgos apelaron a diversas estrategias estilísticas, recursos poéticos y comunicativos para simbolizar y dar visibilidad a lo conflictos sociales.

Resumen
This article studies how the painting-versus-poetry debate and tradition of ut pictura poesis may enhance our understanding of affect in arts and culture. Through a close reading of a brief theoretical text by John Oldfield, included in an eighteenth-century British edition of Cervantes’s Don Quijote, it demonstrates that trans-generic crossings such as that of book illustration offer insights beyond the limitations of Lessing’s more famous Laocoön. At the same time, Oldfield’s text and the edition’s illustrations collectively produce an innovative reading of Cervantes’s novel through the lens of affect.

Vou Rifar Meu Coração (2011), by Ana Rieper, uses classic examples of brega music to discuss the construction of a romantic and erotic imaginary strongly connected with the everyday experience of Brazilian Northeastern people. For its part, Eduardo Coutinho’s As Canções(2011) maps out the way in which popular music influenced a whole generation from a theater stage, where men and women came to talk and sing those songs that had marked their lives. In this article, I analyze how these two Brazilian documentaries address the links between music and affectivity. While Rieper’s documentary points to the cultural dimension of emotions, or the way a musical genre interpellates this dimension, some of the songs/testimonies in As Canções awake, thought music, an understanding of affects as intensities. Thus, the two directors give account of both our musical "obsessions" and the various ways in which music "affects us."

Resumen
Los procesos de crisis modifican el imaginario social e influyen en la creación artística y en los productos culturales. El objetivo de este trabajo es averiguar la incidencia de la crisis Argentina de 2001 en el cine de animación. A partir del análisis audiovisual de la película El empleo (Santiago Grasso, 2008), buscamos qué elementos se problematizan y qué tipo de discurso plantea. Las conclusiones del trabajo pretenden ampliar la cobertura de los estudios académicos centrados en el impacto de la crisis sobre los productos culturales también al ámbito del cine de animación contemporáneo.

Resumen
In this article I explore the notion of narrative triangles (the fusion of three different genres) through the study of two important contemporary works: Anatomía de un instante, by Javier Cercas, and the French novel HHhH, by Laurent Binet. I show how contemporary writers are creating a specific type of novel through the combination of different narrative genres, each of which potentially keeps its original function as, in these particular cases, a novel, a historiographical work and an essay.
