 This research explores the possibility of the existence of a "global constitutionalism". To do this, it analyzes what the globalization process entails and what its impact on the law is. Subsequently, the incidence that it has had in the field of constitutional law is examined. In particular, it will be shown that the marked acceleration of globalization has generated that various concepts associated with state-based constitutional law have been modified, as is the case of notions such as "Constitution" or "territory". In this context, the academic positions related to the so-called "global constitutionalism" will be analyzed, and if this is a viable and desirable trend for humanity, which is usually characterized by the coexistence of different ways of understanding the world.

It is an approach to research in law from an epistemological perspective, emphasizing those central aspects such as background, problems, theories, hypotheses and their contrast. The purpose of this article is to try to analyze some difficulties through some texts that circulate in Peruvian universities based on how law lessons are designed and taught.

 The prerogative of being a public official or servant entails a responsibility to carry out a correct public administration, on many occasions various criminal types consider having the status of a state worker an aggravating situation; and, in others, they provide them with a degree of protection if they are passive subjects of a crime. In this article we will address a definition from a national and international perspective of the civil servant and public servant. In addition, we will conceptualize and treat the crime of embezzlement by extension as it is a criminal type siu generis in its kind. In this sense, this article aims to analyze the various criminal types provided for in our Penal Code where being an official and public servant constitutes a circumstance of greater aggravation of the sentence and in others where it stands as a special protection or guarantee, explaining the reason why which either aggravates the sentence or protects the public official. After that, we will conclude that the special condition of being a public official has its benefits within the framework of criminal law because it gives you greater protection; in but, it could also harm as an aggravating circumstance and would increase the penalty.

This article tries to analyze the need to strengthen the National Authority for Transparency and Access to Public Information´ regulations in order to convert it into a specialized public body with a high degree of independence that grants it greater operational capacity in order to face the problems related to non-compliance with the rules of transparency and access to public information and follow with the recommendations of international organizations such as the Organization of American States, the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development and the Access of information Model Law; all of this as an strategy to fight corruption in the Public Administration because the attention to requests for access to public information allow citizen participation in the public administration acts.

 The objective of this paper is to analyze self-laundering in Peru, regulated in the last part of article 10 of Legislative Decree 1106, which literally says: "It can be considered the perpetrator of the crime and therefore subject to investigation and prosecution for asset laundering, anyone who executed or participated in the criminal activities that generated money, goods, effects or profits”. The problem posed is the following: Is it possible to penalize self-laudering behaviors in Peru, without infringing the principle of "Ne bis in Ídem", from the entry into force of article 2 of Legislative Decree 1106, modified by Legislative Decree 1249, that has eliminated the purposes of the asset laundering process? This paper ends proposing a solution for that question.

In the conviction that the law is like life itself and that of all the unimportant things, soccer is the most important, this article tries to find similarities and differences between the thinking of the referents of legal argumentation and that of football coaches who have left their mark on the sport. In the case of law, positions that proclaim weighting are reviewed, as well as one that defends it as a hard core; As far as soccer is concerned, ideas will be analyzed that despite the time that has elapsed remain valid and exalt their creators.

This work deals, as its title indicates, with a temporary analysis by means of which a problematic reality knownto all such as racism in sport and which has been occurring continuously for many years, requires solutions tobe sought. The aim is to find solutions that not only allow us to confront such racism, but also to contribute tofight it so that it can finally disappear.

 The 21st century has started full of changes in many fields of science, technology and humanities. The novelties in the methodological field and above all in the reality that is the scene of it are abuzz. However, in our environment characterized by academic difficulties, it takes time for debates and news to reach the process of research and academic learning contextualized by our complex process as a society. A decisive aspect on this point is the theory of problems and the elucidation of key concepts.

This work analyzes the causes, effects and costs of corruption in Peru, seeking to know and understand more about this phenomenon, cause-effect of our underdevelopment, with the fundamental objective of contributing to its understanding and perceiving the harmful effects for Peruvian society and its high economic and moral costs, in order to try to combat it more efficiently and effectively.
