Resumen
Currently, the excessive production of textile products and the rise of the fast fashion model causes a continuous but constant deterioration of the environment. For this reason, this article intends to analyze the impacts of the textile industry from an environmental perspective and the defense of people's rights. To do this, we will address the difference between two models of the fashion industry: fast fashion, and the alternative model of slow fashion. Finally, the role that Fashion Law should have in the design and elaboration of the necessary regulation for the protection of the environment and the adoption of sustainable fashion models will be considered.

Resumen
In the present article, the figure of administrative expiration is developed from the approach of police disciplinary administrative procedures. In that matter, the author approaches the subject from the analysis of Law No. 27444, Law of General Administrative Procedure, and the rules that shape the disciplinary regime of the National Peruvian Police. This work constitutes an important effort that consolidates the policys that must be followed by both the operators and the administrators of the Police Disciplinary System for the proper calculation of the expiration period.

Resumen
This study focuses on the creation of the Capuchin Franciscan convent in Caparica (Portugal), locating it in the religious, cultural and political context of the mid-16th Century. It intends to propose new interpretive clues about aims and readings of some works of spirituality, in particular Francisco de Monzón’s 'Norte de Ydiotas', dedicated to D. Maria da Silva, a protector of the Franciscan Capuchins, especially those from Caparica.

Resumen
The library in Portuguese Franciscan convents was always considered as an indispensable tool for the friars’ instruction. The books, whose references we present in this article inventoried at the time of its extinction in1834, belonged to the Convent of Caparica, of the Arrábida Province. A possible reconstitution of the readings in this Franciscan community demonstrates, along almost three centuries, an accumulation of knowledge, representing different spiritual currents, always with the aim to build an update canon of written culture.

Resumen
Intervening in religious heritage is to listen, feel, wander, and interpret the signs that emanate from the space, from the place, whose meanings have changed with the passage of time. In our methodological intervention process, the perception of experiences throughout history is understood as an intrinsic part of the heritage, so we seek to incorporate the memories of use within the scope of the atmospheres that the project may suggest, integrating the senses for the definition of new experiences.

Resumen
This paper introduces the entities of the Order of Friars Minor created in Portugal during the Modern Age, in the Kingdom and overseas: 12 provinces, 6 custo-dies, 5 seminaries of apostolic missionaries, 3 commissariats and 1 mission. It also indicates the number of friars and the location of the friaries of these entities in 1739 according to data collected by Fr. Apolinário da Conceição. Furthermore, the paper transcribes a manuscript of 1680/1682, revealed by the Author in 1997, containing a list of friars and friaries of the provinces of the Kingdom, discriminated by categories: clerics, lay brothers, preachers or lecturers and novitiates, colleges, or infirmaries.

Resumen
Frei Agostinho da Cruz wrote poetry a lo divino, in vogue in the second half of the 16th century. Closely related to spiritual treatises produced in Franciscan circles or even in the Província de Arrábida, his poetry reflects a process of conversion that, without denying the worth of profane models, keep that memory alive.

Resumen
The present article emerged from the discovery of a manuscript hidden inside the garments of the image of Nossa Senhora da Conceição belonging to Museu de Aveiro, repository of the memory of the former Convent of Jesus of the same town. Bearing witness to the daily life of the Dominican nuns who inhabited it, the document’s interest resides not only in the context in which it was found, but also in the triviality of its contents, testifying to the Dominican cult's continued practices, such as the recurrent handling of clothed images and the zealous adornment of the altars. These are the aspects we propose to address, hoping to contribute to a better understanding of the devotional experience of the Dominican women of Aveiro.
