Resumen
This article provides examples of "fictional cyborgs" in science fiction literature and film and highlights some psychological effects. It also recovers testimonies of “real cyborgs” from the documentary Cyborgs among us (Duran, 2017), and points out processes of identification and idealization. Add notes on: - the historical development of technoscience, - ethical issues in technological advances. The tour ends with the concepts of body, social bond and discourse according to psychoanalysis and brief considerations on its ethics.

Resumen
Babe, a Little pig goes a long way is a film that has generally been used as a fable with the moral of each individual is the owner of his own destiny, but the lesson does not end there, from a critical perspective, the moral is if you don’t want to be food, you should help taking care of the food-animals. From anthropomorphizing animals as narrative subjects that inside their animality have a life story to tell, this movie exposes the way as humans have classified animals according to arbitrary parameters as use and the inconformity of some animals because of the place humans have given them in the world. Beginning with duck Ferdinand and young pig babe search of not being the dinner, I pretend to expose the necessity of being an indispensable animal in a human world, the individualism that brings his search and the high cost that comes with being emancipated from food category.

Resumen
Maggie Gyllenhaal´s film The lost daughter -an adaptation from Elena Ferrante´s novel “The dark daughter”- addresses the issue of woman´s desire as not reducible to the desire of motherhood, installing a conflict with other desires for personal and sexual fulfillment. The film can be read as a criticism to the social commandment addressed to women to dedicate themselves as wives and mothers. From this critique to the patriarchal order, the character of Leda is an Ibsenian heroine. But that aspect of the film is insufficient to explain her behavior. The scene in the beach of a young mother with her little daughter and her doll, forces her to reconsider her past decisions. There is an ignored dimension in her as a daughter, that opens us to the effects of maternal havoc on the mother-daughter bond.

Resumen
The proposal aims to recover some reading keys of the book Regretting Motherhood. Wenn Mütter bereuen by Orna Donath (2016) from the story developed by the film The Lost Daughter by Maggie Gyllenhaal (2021). Donath’s research starts from reflecting on a phenomenon that many women experience, but which is not talked about: recognizing themselves as regretting mothers. The analysis follows the story of Leda, an Italian literature professor who, after a random encounter with a young mother, recalls and updates her own motherhood. The essay reviews the relationship of women with themselves as mothers, considering her role, but also the myths that link motherhood with an inexorable destiny for women.

Resumen
Black comedy is a subgenre of comedy that focuses on the use of black humor in stories full of drama, satire and irony to point out the critical aspects of society, through social critique and the subversive acts of its characters. Martin McDonagh is a playwriter, screenwriter and film director of Irish origin, who elaborates his stories from this subgenre. The present research aims to analyze the film work Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri (Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri, 2017) by Martin McDonagh, through the approach of the categories social criticism and subversive acts. In order to fulfill the proposed objective, the present research has a non-experimental nature and an analytical-synthetic methodology. The content analysis technique is used, with qualitative orientation. The variables of analysis are Social Criticism and Subversive Acts, present in researches of recognized authors. The conclusion of this paper is that the film aims essentially at social critique, especially regarding institutions such as family, police and church, while the protagonist uses subversive acts to seek justice.

Resumen
In the 21st century, true crime documentaries have had a greater presence in the field of consumption and distribution of audiovisual content, fostering a media debate on the judicial cases presented within their narrative content. By trying to carry out a detailed reconstruction and monitoring of different real events that led to police tragedies, this type of documentaries fosters a close link between cinematographic reproduction and reality that has revitalized contemporary documentary practice from an ethical point of view. Through the case study of The Jinx: the life and death of Robert Durst, a true crime documentary that has had important relevance in the recent public and judicial sphere, we propose to analyze the link between the documentary and reality from the triadic model of the sign proposed by Charles Sanders Peirce, and specifically, on how secondness is a mode of meaning that gives documentary filmmaking the ability to transfer the textures of reality to an indexical level.

Resumen
Yves Henri Donat Mathieu-Saint Laurent, known as Yves Saint Laurent, is a twentieth-century haute-couture creator who revolutionized the lines and codes of fashion and genre. Its creation marks a unique imprint and a timeless style. Through this study, we seek to identify, on the one hand, the intimate and subjective springs of creation for Yves Saint Laurent. We rely, to demonstrate the logic at work, on many documents but also on the words of Yves Saint Laurent himself concerning his know-how and his creative approach. This leads us, on the other hand, to situate the functions that take for him the sublimatory treatment of the pulsion, and this in its articulation with melancholia. Our hypothesis, in fact, is that the sublimatory montage, as stated from childhood by the artist of «machinery», enabled him to supplement the forclusion of symbolic and to counteract, to some extent, the urge of death. He was thus able to call himself «the creator of all women», which is the appointment of an exceptional position. For him, the beauty is an essential bulwark to the horror of no thingness. The design of a dress is a knot between aesthetics, enjoyment and fiction that makes the object rise on the public stage. This allows the artis to produce a body. His sewing, as well as his bond with his lover partner, have kept a desire to create a unique style for women and to enroll them in modernity.
