When checking organizations by executive authorities, special attention is paid to the availability of documents related to the assessment of professional risks. One such document is the register of identified hazards for each profession. The work considers the development of a standard register using the example of a milk pasteurization and cooling apparatus operator. The choice of a profession is based on an assessment of accidents that have occurred at the enterprise - most of it relates to this profession, and a varied list of hazards arising in the course of the technological process and the performance of work duties. The developed register contains identified hazards, grouped into categories according to the primary source of hazard: mechanical, thermal, electrical, associated with microclimate, chemical and biological nature, associated with aerosols of fibrogenic action, noise, vibration, lighting of the working area, the severity and intensity of labor, process, transport, fire and explosion. The model register is part of the regulation on the OSH management system at the enterprise. It can be used in the same way as the standard OSH instructions. The list of identified hazards applies to most of the occupations in the workshop. Typical registries will reduce the time spent on their development in the organization.

This article presents the results of a study of the current state of the sphere of commodity circulation in the Russian Federation as part of the market economy and economic relations taking place in it. The process, system, situational methods of analysis were applied, which allowed identifying the main elements of the sphere of commodity circulation (commodity movement in the form of direct sales or wholesale trade, circulation of goods carried out by retail enterprises and organizations, cooperative activities for the purchase and sale of products), problems of the development of the sphere of circulation, including the uneven development of the transport network (especially at the level of such regions as the Far East, the Volga region), the underdevelopment of the market of wholesale distribution centers and the lack of federal platforms for effective redistribution of products between regions, its packaging, storage and transportation, customs services, lack of coordination of actions and adaptive abilities between economic entities in the sphere of commodity circulation. The authors have identified areas for improving the competitiveness of organizations in the sphere of commodity circulation, including the development of the logistics market of wholesale and distribution centers.

The article presents an assessment of the dynamics of the development of the Russian labor market in general and its technological component in particular. The article provides an assessment of the effectiveness of measures taken by the Government to stabilize the situation on the labor market. The authors identified regional differences in the labor market, presented the grouping of the subjects of the Russian Federation by the level of employment. The analysis confirms the hypothesis that significant changes have taken place in the Russian Federation in the scale of the use of information and communication technologies by enterprises and organizations, which, according to the authors, are caused by the complication of the economic situation of enterprises and organizations in certain types of economic activity.

Wine and tourism are considered interrelated factors of regional winemaking and viticulture. Currently, due to the large supply of imported wines in the Russian retail trade, traditional Crimean wines have lost mass demand for the national consumer. The study object of the present article is the process of uncovering unique cultural and historical context through a game format using modern information technologies, namely, virtual reality and augmented reality. The study subject of the study is a set of participants in the Crimean viticulture and winemaking, namely, winegrowers, winemakers, tourism and logistics companies, hospitality enterprises, tourists, and vacationers at Russian resorts that are part of wine-growing regions or are located in reasonable proximity from a logistical viewpoint. The research subject is the relationship of these participants with the research object. The problem of low demand for traditional Russian wines in the national consumer market is solved through the employment of information and communication technologies, which are a kind of information technology.

Goals. To identify methodological contradictions and inconsistencies between different approaches to measuring the digital economy as a whole, the digital transformation of enterprises; to assess the effectiveness of digital transformations, and to outline the contours of the modern paradigm of digital transformation management in the post-Covid world. Results. The changes in the conceptual approaches to the measurement of the digital economy and digital transformation due to new trends in the development of digital transformation have been revealed. It has been shown which factors and actions determine the results of the digital transformation of enterprises, based on which the modern paradigm of digital transformation management has been formed. The features of the national digital transformation strategy have been analyzed. Conclusion. In the new post-Covid reality, enterprises will change dramatically, and to achieve success they will need a new paradigm of digital transformation management, organically combining economic and social aspects, a strategic and operational approach, considering transformation management as a flexible self-learning ecosystem.

In the era of digitalization of the global economy, companies are beginning to create their digital platforms and digital ecosystems, transferring the main activities of the company to the digital environment to maintain global competitiveness. The study of the patterns and principles of the development of digital ecosystems is relevant for business from the point of view of creating its peculiar sustainable competitive advantage. The object of the study is digital ecosystems. The subject of the study is the features and trends of the development of digital ecosystems in the modern economy. The purpose of this work is to identify patterns of development of digital ecosystems and make recommendations for companies that want to create their digital ecosystems. The study of annual reports, conducting in-depth interviews and statistical analysis of the stock price allowed us to achieve the set purpose. The results of the study will be useful for representatives of traditional companies to implement projects to create their digital ecosystems, representatives of government agencies to regulate the activities of digital ecosystems, and for startups that are building new business models in the digital economy.

This article attempts to study the role of emergency risk management in the era of the digital economy. The main purpose of the article is to identify the major patterns that determine the features of risk assessment in business as the main element contributing to the achievement of economic security of the organization, as well as to carry out a comparative analysis of risk assessment and management methods in emergencies. The modern economic analysis employs various risk management methods. The most effective ways to reduce risk in conditions of the economic and political instability in Russia are the method of scenarios and the method of hierarchy analysis, as well as diversification, i.e. the distribution of risks between several business participants. Emergencies may have a different character depending on the nature of the adverse event. This article deals with natural and man-made emergency dangers.

Prevention of juvenile fish from entering water intakes for various economic purposes utilizing a fish protection structure design is associated with the need to divert protected juvenile fish (fish outlet) to a safe place of a water source while maintaining its viability. The development of principles for selecting fish outlet structural elements is based on the existing hydraulic and biological requirements to ensure the effective movement of fish outside the influence of water intake. For the conditions of an open gravity fish outlet, the features of functioning and possible ways of its central element optimization are considered: the inlet part, the receiving section, and the transition section. Based on the analysis of the most characteristic features of the flow formation in the zone of the water intake influence, the conditions for the layout of the inlet part of the fish outlet are determined. The technical solution of the receiving section is based on the design features and calculation of the hydraulic parameters of the pressure nozzles. Moreover, the structural elements of the receiving section should be a sequential combination of nozzles from the functional aspect: a conical confuser – a cylindrical nozzle- conical diffuser, and the hydraulic conditions should correspond to biological requirements and ensure a flowing current that is safe for fish; the analysis of hydraulic and technical conditions of fish outlet is given. From the standpoint of modern hydraulic and biological requirements and the knowledge of fish behavior patterns, the optimal design is proposed for the design of the inlet portal of an open gravity fish outlet of the fish protection structure of the water intake facility.

Vegetable growing is an important sub-sector of agriculture. The provision of the region's population with vegetable products depends on its successful functioning. Vegetables contain vitamins, minerals, and fiber necessary for humans, which makes them an irreplaceable food product. The authors analyzed the current state of production and consumption of vegetable products in the region and made a forecast of the need for vegetable products until 2035, gave a number of recommendations to fully provide the population of the region with vegetable products. The transition of vegetable growing to a new level of technology development requires improvement, strengthening of human capital in the rural sector. Since in modern conditions the quality and quantity of products produced by the agro-industrial complex depends on the main characteristics of workers, therefore, special attention should be paid to changing the paradigm of agrarian education.
