Resumen
Innovation and technological change are the engine of national competitiveness, economic development, and long-term growth. In this document, a system dynamics model was constructed to generate three time series index futures innovation (2014-2024) in Mexican firms: products, processes, and products-processes. The results indicate the existence of dynamic scaling behavior ansatz from Family-Viscek to roughness kinetics for a moving interface. Therefore, it is expected that the dynamics of innovation rates of manufacturing firms in the Mexico City and Mexico, is described and predicted by the standard Langevin equation. This can be a strong support for the Mexican government authorities are better able to analyze the impact of innovation policies, both locally and nationally.

Resumen
The article is devoted to new scientific approaches and practical recommendations for the use of information modeling technology in the activities of the construction complex enterprises at the life cycle stages of the construction of real estate objects in risk conditions. Research methods are theoretical analysis and empirical research. The object of the study is the construction complex enterprises in the conditions of the factor space formation at all stages of the life cycle. Quantification of factors that influence the outcome. The article proposes new scientific and practical approaches to the functioning and development of the construction complex enterprises in risk conditions and uncertainty factors of construction production based on the use of information modeling technology and the use of effective models for managing the construction process. A flexible management model is proposed that allows you to respond to all changes in the external environment, to manage costs correctly, as well as the date limits of work and promptly adjust the progress of production processes in space and time when any types of risks occur.

Resumen
The problem of optimization of construction at all stages of the life cycle of a construction object is one of the most significant. The solution to this problem is the introduction of cyber-physical systems and technologies. The issues of introducing digital tools in construction have been of long-term interest to both researchers and practitioners, since these processes provide construction companies with additional economic benefits, reduce lead times and improve the quality of finished construction products. The article defines the main types of cyber-physical systems and technologies that have the potential for development the economy in the context of digitalization, identifies the main problems of introducing digital tools by small construction enterprises, systematizes and groups indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of their implementation. The authors propose three groups of performance indicators, including performance indicators of construction processes at the stages of the life cycle, performance indicators for the implementation of a construction process management system based on information systems and technologies, performance evaluation indicators for the implementation of investment projects for the implementation of cyber-physical systems and technologies in construction. The results of the study can be used to develop recommendations for improving the efficiency of construction processes based on the introduction of cyber-physical systems and technologies.

Resumen
This study aims to understand how ERP users see their role and interpersonal relationships to avoid hidden costs linked to its misuse. In order to understand the actors that are part of the functional network as users of ERP system, the study was carried out in a case study exploratory qualitative approach considering both the lack of similar previous studies in the literature and the understanding of the company in its own context. The process of data collection considered categories regarding organizational culture and hidden costs. The study used primary and secondary evidence for data triangulation. After organization and transcription of the collected material, content analysis was applied as data analysis technique on them. The investigated company proved to be positive for all the cultural characteristics analyzed, although it still presents dysfunctions in its activities. It was concluded that excluding situations with perfect system and actors, all organizations are subject to hidden costs. The observation of these can operationally, competitively and financially boost the organization, it is up to the manager to choose whether or not to pay attention to the “iceberg” in his direction. The research presents practical contributions to companies of the civil construction and also provides academic contribution by addressing the issue of costs information systems through a theoretical perspective from organizational culture.

Resumen
The determination of cryoscopic temperature is an important parameter in the calculation of low-temperature processing modes of frozen products. The process of rapid freezing is accompanied by temperature changes, therefore, to develop energy-saving and effective methods of preserving and processing fruit and berries, it is necessary to accurately determine some variables that affect the result of freezing. The study aimed to develop a differentiated analysis technique for determining the cryoscopic temperature and the crystallization temperature of the eutectic points of sucrose and glucose solutions. To determine the cryoscopic temperatures in the study, the method of thermal analysis based on the construction of freezing thermograms was used. The study was conducted using berries grown in the Kemerovo region (Russia). As a result of the study, it was found that the cryoscopic temperatures were most influenced by the total (free and bound) moisture content and organic and mineral substances in berry juices. The authors also determined cryoscopic temperatures of different black currant, sea buckthorn, and juneberry varieties. The developed technique will allow for the simulation of freezing processes under various processing conditions.

Resumen
Coopetition involves multidisciplinary actors in a competition and cooperation phenomenon simultaneously. There is a large research gap on how a coopetition process is established and managed in a business ecosystem. Through the in-depth analysis of a single printing business ecosystem in Malaysia, this paper finds coopetition is common as the way of doing business among the micro, small and medium sized firms in one industrial park growing into a popular printing ecosystem in Selangor state of Malaysia. This paper identifies the sources of coopetition, challenges faced by different firms in the same industry and the mechanism of these firms surviving in this business ecosystem. Through a case study, our findings showed that informal cooperation more likely than a structured coopetition to achieve short-term success yet a long term resilience for small medium enterprises. The possible tension in coopetition is reduced when trust and friendliness is available to maintain the business ecosystem position. The interchangeable supplier-customer relationships facilities value co-creation through exchange of resources and capabilities in the geographic, technological and market overlap business ecosystem. The paper suggests the coopetition strategy is the base strategy to build competitiveness of individual firm located in a business ecosystem.

Resumen
The need to obtain consistently high yields of agricultural plants in the Siberian Federal District is sufficiently high. Therefore, this work aimed to study the influence of protective structures on the growth, development, and productivity of tomatoes in the Novosibirsk region. The data obtained allow concluding that the use of protective structures protects plants from recurrent frosts, gusts of northern winds, and a sharp drop in temperature. Plants grown in standard protective structures, in the first periods after planting at a permanent place of growth, were subjected to stressful situations, which led to a decrease in the immunity of the plant and, as a result, damage by fungi and bacteria.

Resumen
Currently, many different algorithms have been developed that implement the classification problem. Of particular interest is the use of automatic classification algorithms in radar systems. In each such system, one has to solve the classification and recognition problem for detected targets. The work of an operator analyzing the information can take place in conditions that hinder assess of the control object’s state. This is due to the absence or insufficient amount of reliable information about some radar target properties. A radar target is understood as any material object that can be detected, and its location and movement parameters can be measured using radar methods. We consider air, ground and surface objects as a radar object. Object classification algorithms are used in various fields when analyzing the properties of an object. This paper discusses the main methods for the classification of radar objects.
