Resumen
The present paper discusses the relationship, from its beginnings to the present, between ethnomusicology and anthropology. It shows the historical constraints of ethnomusicology, despite the work of several authors, in order to build discourses in which the musicological approaches integrate an anthropologic overview. Finally, it suggests the need to develop multidisciplinary perspectives with the purpose of analyze music in a globalized world.

Resumen
A very strong El Niño drastically affects the peasant families that grow corn. This research focuses on an estimation of the agro-environmental and socioeconomic consequences of maize production during a very strong El Niño that contributes to proposing agroecological technologies and practices for the redesign of agroecosystems in the municipality of Ciudad Darío. The effect of water needs on the phenological phases of the NB-S maize variety was determined, in the primera (1982, 1983 and 1997) and postrera (1982 and 1997) seasons. A documentary analysis was carried out to assess the agro-environmental and socioeconomic consequences, and to propose agroecological technologies and practices. The water deficit caused by the very strong El Niño drought in 1982-1983 and 1997-1998 affected the yield and production of maize, which implies more impoverishment, food insecurity, deterioration of health, reduced availability of water from well during the dry period, soil degradation, effects on the quality of the landscape and the biodiversity of agroecosystems 37 agroecological technologies and practices are proposed to gradually transform the agroecosystems of Ciudad Darío, in which rain-fed maize is grown.

This research presents the results of the analysis process of the impact of Hurricane Eta in the period from November 1-5, 2020 on the social infrastructure of the Autonomous Region of the North Caribbean Coast of Nicaragua (RACCN). Said investigation included in the first instance the study of the atmospheric conditions that generated the development, trajectory and behavior of Hurricane Eta in Nicaraguan territory; and in the second instance, the impact of the hurricane on the municipalities of the RACCN was determined, through the adaptation and application of the methodology called the Risk Management System (SIGER). The results of the analysis indicate that the municipalities that suffered the greatest impact caused by the entry of Hurricane Eta into Nicaraguan territory were Puerto Cabezas and Prinzapolka, which suffered the devastating consequences caused by the strong sustained winds of 230 km/h and the present precipitation. in the area, leaving significant economic and social losses as a consequence.

Resumen
This study aims to understand how ERP users see their role and interpersonal relationships to avoid hidden costs linked to its misuse. In order to understand the actors that are part of the functional network as users of ERP system, the study was carried out in a case study exploratory qualitative approach considering both the lack of similar previous studies in the literature and the understanding of the company in its own context. The process of data collection considered categories regarding organizational culture and hidden costs. The study used primary and secondary evidence for data triangulation. After organization and transcription of the collected material, content analysis was applied as data analysis technique on them. The investigated company proved to be positive for all the cultural characteristics analyzed, although it still presents dysfunctions in its activities. It was concluded that excluding situations with perfect system and actors, all organizations are subject to hidden costs. The observation of these can operationally, competitively and financially boost the organization, it is up to the manager to choose whether or not to pay attention to the “iceberg” in his direction. The research presents practical contributions to companies of the civil construction and also provides academic contribution by addressing the issue of costs information systems through a theoretical perspective from organizational culture.

Resumen
Coopetition involves multidisciplinary actors in a competition and cooperation phenomenon simultaneously. There is a large research gap on how a coopetition process is established and managed in a business ecosystem. Through the in-depth analysis of a single printing business ecosystem in Malaysia, this paper finds coopetition is common as the way of doing business among the micro, small and medium sized firms in one industrial park growing into a popular printing ecosystem in Selangor state of Malaysia. This paper identifies the sources of coopetition, challenges faced by different firms in the same industry and the mechanism of these firms surviving in this business ecosystem. Through a case study, our findings showed that informal cooperation more likely than a structured coopetition to achieve short-term success yet a long term resilience for small medium enterprises. The possible tension in coopetition is reduced when trust and friendliness is available to maintain the business ecosystem position. The interchangeable supplier-customer relationships facilities value co-creation through exchange of resources and capabilities in the geographic, technological and market overlap business ecosystem. The paper suggests the coopetition strategy is the base strategy to build competitiveness of individual firm located in a business ecosystem.

Resumen
The present work is carried out with the objective of defining the culture media referred by the literature for the proliferation of the Pleurotus genus of edible mushrooms and assessing their application in the conditions of Cuba. The diversity of this genus includes at least 30 species, among them, P. djamor, P. florida, P. pulmonaryius, P. sajor-cajou, P. citrinopileatus and P. ostreatus, for which it is necessary to investigate the properties of the media used in the cultivation of the genus. Their classifications are exposed, according to the nature of their ingredients, the growth promotion of various microorganisms and their purpose, as well as their use. The constituents and conditioning of culture media for edible mushrooms, the most frequent preparation methods used in the preservation of Pleurotus strains, and possible defects in them, caused by incorrect handling, contaminants, pests and diseases, are disclosed, as well as the consumption and marketing of mushrooms.

Resumen
The need to obtain consistently high yields of agricultural plants in the Siberian Federal District is sufficiently high. Therefore, this work aimed to study the influence of protective structures on the growth, development, and productivity of tomatoes in the Novosibirsk region. The data obtained allow concluding that the use of protective structures protects plants from recurrent frosts, gusts of northern winds, and a sharp drop in temperature. Plants grown in standard protective structures, in the first periods after planting at a permanent place of growth, were subjected to stressful situations, which led to a decrease in the immunity of the plant and, as a result, damage by fungi and bacteria.

Resumen
Innovation and technological change are the engine of national competitiveness, economic development, and long-term growth. In this document, a system dynamics model was constructed to generate three time series index futures innovation (2014-2024) in Mexican firms: products, processes, and products-processes. The results indicate the existence of dynamic scaling behavior ansatz from Family-Viscek to roughness kinetics for a moving interface. Therefore, it is expected that the dynamics of innovation rates of manufacturing firms in the Mexico City and Mexico, is described and predicted by the standard Langevin equation. This can be a strong support for the Mexican government authorities are better able to analyze the impact of innovation policies, both locally and nationally.
