Resumen
In 2019, a diagnosis of the town called "El Encanto" was carried out, in Puerto Madero, Chiapas, in order to obtain field data on socioeconomic aspects, health conditions of the population, housing, habitat and natural physical environment. The objective of the diagnosis was to provide empirical support for various proposals for intervention to improve the living conditions of the inhabitants of the town. The work team was formed by 4 professors (an architect, a civil engineer, an anthropologist and a doctor), 49 students of seventh semester of bachelor's degree in architecture, 2 students of social service of the same career and a graduate of master's degree in architecture and urbanism of the Faculty of Architecture of the Autonomous University of Chiapas. In this document we do not present the results of the diagnosis or analyze the quantitative data obtained from the application of the survey; these results are presented, analyzed and discussed in another document. In this article what we do is to draw attention to the need to contextualize the quantitative data obtained in the survey, providing a perspective of local and regional history, so that the numerical data used by the designers to make their intervention proposal, have an explanatory framework Why the town is located in such an inappropriate place topographically?, why are the people there so poor and lacking in urban infrastructure?, who are these people?. We maintain that although the universe that architects, urban planners and doctors intend to intervene and transform is the locality and therefore the diagnosis is reduced to that scale, the data collected must be interpreted in relation to processes of regional scale and of long duration, so we focus our gaze on the economic, sociocultural and environmental changes of the Soconusco from the late nineteenth century to the present to understand the context in which the studied locality arises and develops and its problems.

Resumen
Cigarette butts take between 2 and 10 years to degrade; they contain substances that are harmful to the environment, a single cigarette butt can pollute 8 liters of seawater and up to 50 liters of drinking water; they are not biodegradable waste so throwing them away with organic waste is not feasible. It is a tiny waste difficult to recycle, for these reasons, innovative alternatives must be sought for its disposal and final destination. In the construction industry, concrete is one of the most used materials in the world due to its physical and mechanical characteristics before various demands and its great local availability. The objective of the work is to use cigarette butts in the concrete as an alternative for final waste disposal, thus reducing the percentage of waste in the environment.
Mixtures with compressive strengths of 24.5 and 29 MPa were designed to which the cigarette butt was added in different percentages. Tests were carried out on concrete in the hardened state of cylindrical compression and indirect traction. In the fresh state, the workability of the concrete, temperature, density and air content were measured. With the results obtained, favorable results were obtained, demonstrating that the addition of cigarette butts to concrete as an alternative for the final disposal of said waste is viable.

Resumen
In Mexico, water drinking supply for small rural communities remains an unsolved problem. Several sources report that more than 5.7 million Mexicans lack access to drinking water in rural areas (more than 12 million people in the country). In Chiapas exists 18,160 rural communities, each with a population below 500 people, and most of them without access to drinking water supply. Specialized literature details different water collector models designed for homes that could solve this problem: ferrocement water collectors, brick water collectors “capuchino” kind, semi-rigid HDPE tanks, brick tanks, or uncovered concrete tanks. All of these must have a capacity above 21,000 liters as a minimum to supply water destined only for human consumption. Yet, these solutions remain costly for these rural communities, especially those sidelined. This article presents the description, hydraulic design (based on the continuity equation), construction, and cost of a rainwater collector system for sidelined rural communities that is an easy technical option to build and much more economical than those described in specialized literature.

Resumen
Neurodegenerative diseases are defined as the set of ailments that affect the neurons of the nervous system. Examples of these neurodegenerative diseases are Parkinson’s Disease, Alzheimer’s, and Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS). These diseases cause mental functionality and movement problems, are weakening and incurable. You have probably heard about these ailments, which are commonly studied in a clinical - experimental way. The health sector is making several efforts to find a treatment for such diseases. These efforts are focused on both experimental and theoretical research. But neurodegenerative diseases can also be studied by using computational tools. Nowadays, computers are an essential ally in searching for solutions to many of the issues affecting our society, specifically, problems related to public health. To take advantage of this tool, a vast range of computer algorithms have been developed. These algorithms are the way we want the computer to do the tasks to solve a problem. To study neurodegenerative disease's molecular origin, tools, such as molecular dynamics simulation, have been developed from a computational perspective. Molecular dynamics simulation aims to mimic a system’s behavior on a computer; in this case, the system would be biological, as for instance, a protein in a lipidic brain membrane environment.

Resumen
This study analyzes and compare the behavior of concrete beams reinforced by welded wire truss and the alternative use of reinforcements made with glass fiber reinforced polymers (GFRP). The purpose of the research is to determine the level of safety using GFRP compared to that provided by high-resistance steel reinforcement whit the reinforcement ratio acceptable in terms of the Complementary Technical Standard for Masonry (NTC M, 2004) of the Mexican code.
The results shows that it is feasible in terms of resistance the use of GFRP, as an alternative for application in housing construction, replacing welded wire truss. The experimental data used in the study come from tests carried out at the Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla (BUAP) (Sánchez Hernández, 2019). (Sánchez Hernández, 2019).

Resumen
The 2019-nCoV is officially called SARS-CoV-2. It causes a disease which called COVID 19. This is considered a pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO). This infection produces a severe acute respiratory syndrome characterized by fever, respiratory and gastrointestinal symptoms and systemic manifestations. In this context, clinical manifestations have been reported in patients with positive SARS-CoV-2, which have been improving the knowledge about the characteristics of the clinical picture, however one of the scarcely documented aspects is the semiology at the level of the oral cavity. New evidence shows the relevance of the oral cavity as a reservoir of the virus, so it plays a fundamental role in the diagnosis, evolution, and epidemiological transmission of COVID 19 infection patterns. This document aims to review and analyze the available evidence about oral manifestations in the context of SARS-CoV-2 infection.

Resumen
The qualities and benefits of public law and other areas of law have always been observed with regard to promoting access to justice, not only for women, but for all those who require it; However, it is appropriate to briefly analyze the effectiveness that mediation can have to manage conflicts produced in women, such as the social confinement that derives from the pandemic that is currently taking place and that can be understood as sources of conflicts and opportunities for women to end their conflicts alone and obtain access to justice. It is for the above reasons that the objective of this research is to analyze the effectiveness that mediation produces as a peace agent to provide women with the necessary empowerment to end conflicts through the management of these and, with it, have access to justice, seeing this access as a human right.

Urban parks provide ecosystem services both to people who live near these spaces and to those who frequent them to carry out a specific activity. The services offered by urban parks are of vital importance for the development of society, since they make it possible to reduce the stress of the population, improve air quality and bioclimatization, as well as carry out recreational activities. This work aims to contrast the perception of users about the ecosystem services of two parks that are located in the same eastern area of the city, for this were used the participant observation technique, a comparative description of the characteristics of gray and green infrastructures of the parks of Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas, Mexico (Parque del Oriente and Parque Fundamat) was obtained. Likewise, surveys were carried out in order to know the perception that park users have in the mention, with respect to some ecosystem services. The results show that the extension, variety of activities and the state of the infrastructure offered by the Parque del Oriente influence the fact that there are users from distant neighborhoods, unlike what happens with the Fundamat Park, where users live close to that space. It should be noted that the people of both parks recognize the cultural and regulatory ecosystem services.
