This paper aims to provide an account on the emergence, development and scope of the doctrine of the European Court of Human Rights on forced evictions, as well as its incipient jurisprudential and legislative reception in our legal system. Specifically, the study focuses on the power of those at risk of losing their home to demand a proportionality assessment of the measure by an independent tribunal, analysing the requirements that should make up this examination and the limits of its horizontal effect. Finally, the paper covers the reception of the protection against forced evictions in the case law of the Constitutional Court and the Supreme Court, as well as in the Draft Law on the Right to Housing.

Resumen
This article discusses the concept of Constitution in contemporary legal culture in Latin America. The thesis raised is that the notion of written Constitution, by itself, is insufficient to fully explain the constitutional reality and so it needs to be complemented. This complement is located outside the linguistic statements of the constitutional text and comprehend interpretations, customs and some features of constitutional discourse. If true, this thesis, she would explain in a better way the current praxis of Constitutional Law than the recourse to the sole idea of a written Constitution. Additionally, it would reveal a tendency towards convergence between Common Law and Civil Law countries, blurring this traditional distinction in western legal culture and leading to a Global Constitutional Law, a trend which would be also present in Latin America.

Resumen
The present exploratory study sought to identify the attitudes towards reading for pleasure of a group of fourth year English as a Foreign Language (EFL) majors after taking mandatory literature courses. A total of 45 students from the School of Modern Languages at a public university in San José, Costa Rica participated in this investigation. In order to elicit the participants’ attitudes and motivations both before and after entering the university, an online survey was administered. The results of the survey showed that after entering the university almost half of the participants kept good reading habits, apart from the mandatory readings. Main findings also reveal that the main pre-university reading motivators suffered a change after entering the university. Although personal enjoyment and relaxation were maintained, motivators related to the general improvement of language skills obtained a higher relevance for the students. The survey answers also suggested the literary works read in class play an important role in the students’ voluntary reading practices. Practical implications are discussed.

Resumen
The employee turnover rate in the industrial world has increased sharply, especially in medium-sized companies. This turnover rate is closely related to employee psychological welfare. This study aims to analyze the effect of authentic leadership variables and transparent organizational communication on employee welfare mediated by employee trust in medium-sized companies. The sample in this study amounted to 150 employees who work in medium-sized companies in the city of Batam City, Indonesia Country. Through data analysis with the help of the SmartPLS version of 3.0, it is shown that all the variables tested in this research model have a significant effect, both direct and indirect. That to improve the psychological well-being of employees optimally, authentic leadership variables and transparent organizational communication must go through employee trust as a mediating variable. The results of this study can be used as a reference by the manager of medium-sized business group companies in Batam in designing matters relating to the welfare of their employees.

Resumen
This document explores the relationship between the structure of cities and entrepreneurial intention EI, supporting empirical evidence of the incidence of exogenous regional factors on business activities. From a sample of Master Business Administration (MBA) students in fourteen cities in Colombia, EI is studied in an urban setting using a two-level binary logistic regression with random intercepts. The purpose of this document is to show empirical evidence for Colombia of the influence of the urban structure on entrepreneurial intention EI, disaggregating hard and soft factors and controlling the initial endowments of a sample of MBA students. At the individual level, EI is driven by gender, age and the presence of family entrepreneurs. In relation to the educational level of the fathers, the EI of the students is not being influenced by the academic training of the mothers. In the same way, our results suggest that the approximate urban structure of cities through hard and soft amenities stimulates EI in MBA students. Our results suppose systematic evidence in order to adapt the business ecosystem to the form and urban conditions of the main cities in Colombia.

Resumen
The investigation focused on provide evidence of construct, convergent and criterion validity, as well as reliability for the Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy Scale (ESE) and analyze factor equivalence by participating groups: sex, age ranges, development stages, semester and universities. 1,525 students from two Mexican public universities participated. The version adapted to Spanish was applied using the reverse translation procedure, as well as the Social Entrepreneurship Scale (SEAS). The adaptation of the ESE to Spanish reproduces the six factors proposed by the original authors in a second order model that shows a good fit (χ² = 2.367, p <0.05), gl = 229, RMSEA = .08, SRMR =, 04, CFI = .95, TLI = .94, AIC = 81,521). It was found that business self-efficacy predicts 23.3% of entrepreneurship intention and presents a moderate correlation with SEAS self- efficacy (r = 0.48). In general, configurational and metric invariance was found in each of the groups analyzed (ΔCFI> -.01). The omega McDonald coefficient value was .94. The Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy Scale applied to university students in contexts of poverty in Mexico is reliable, with evidence of validity and invariant for the different groups analyzed.

Resumen
This article analyzes the relationship between sport and territorial development. From a Data envelopment analysis (DEA), the Malmquist index and a Tobit regression model, with the use of investment, competitiveness and sports success variables, we want to delve into the knowledge of this binomial for the specific case of the Spanish Autonomous Communities for 2011, 2015 and 2018, first and last year for which data is available, and an intermediate year. The main results show important territorial differences and specificities in sport in Spain and reinforce the close relationship mentioned above.
