In order to determine the relationship between knowledge of the Preferential School Subsidy Law and the use of educational improvement plans by teachers and principals of municipal schools in Iquique, Chile. For this purpose, we used a descriptive-correlational research, with a non-experimental, cross-sectional design. In the educational institutions approached, on the one hand, a sample of 92 teachers was chosen from a universe of 120; and, on the other hand, the entire population of (05) principals was selected, who were surveyed through a questionnaire of forty items, with mixed scaling and pre-coded by levels; the aforementioned instrument was validated and had a very high reliability, Cronbach's Alpha 0.907. The results show that there is a high positive correlation (Rho= 0.815) between knowledge of the Preferential School Subsidy Law (SEP) and the use of educational improvement plans (PME). In addition, high levels of knowledge of the SEP law and use of the PME were identified. Similarly, knowledge of the SEP law shows a high and positive correlation with pedagogical practices (Rho= 0.847), as well as a moderate and positive correlation with accompaniment actions (Rho= 0.558). It is concluded that the high levels of knowledge shown of the law, the high level of use of the plans and the relationship shown between the variables and their indicators reveal great opportunities to develop to the maximum the capacities of those involved in the educational process in the municipal schools studied.

Failure to comply with the due motivation influences the nullity of the judgments of first instance of the Criminal Chamber of the Superior Court of Justice between the years 2008-2017. The work is basic, descriptive, cross-sectional, bivariate. not experiential. 47 files have been collected where the judgment of first instance is nullified. Likewise, 21 magistrates, 10 prosecutors and 121 lawyers (2019) are interviewed. Information was collected in a research file and questionnaire. They were processed in Chi square and Spearman's correlation. In the application of the Chi square statistician, a Chi2 47.785 was found, which is greater than the Chi2 of the tables (26) with a sig. of 0.000, inferring that if the null variables are associated due to not applying the due written motivation. Of the 16 Spearman correlations generated between due motivation and competence, inference, means of proof, constitutional perspective, coherence, justification, they range from 16.8% to 39.5%. In absolute nullity, 72.4% were due to apparent motivation, 14.89% due to substantially inconsistent motivation and 14.89% due to Insufficient Motivation.

The general objective of this research is to determine the relationship between cooperative learning and intercultural citizenship in 4° and 5° high school students from private educational institutions. In order to do this research, basic research was developed, at a relational level and with correlational design. The population of students from private educational institutions was 11230; from the Villa María del Triunfo district with a sample of 413 students. For informat ion collection the survey technique was used and as an instrument, the instrument of cooperative learning in educational contexts, the same ones that were applied for the collection of information and allowed to carry out the analysis. The result of the correlation between the variables cooperative learning and intercultural citizenship is the Pearson’s R 0.831, which means that it is high positive. Moreover, the p-value =0.000 is less than the level of significance (α = 0.05), therefore, it is concluded that there is a significant correlation between the variables cooperative learning and intercultural citizenship in 4° and 5° high school students from private educational institutions.

As a consequence of the national policy of economic reactivation of the last governments, the aim is to improve the construction sector, however, the stoppage rates of works also increase, the application of a Risk Management Plan being important. The objective was to develop an Integral Plan for the Management of Foreseeable Risks as a proposal to be included in the Technical File, for the planning of the execution of works by direct administration of educational infrastructure projects according to current norms and regulations, aimed at optimizing investment in works. public in the Puno Region. The research method is mixed. The techniques used were documentary analysis, Risk Mapping identification, Risklog risk registry, RBS risk breakdown structure and data assessment through Monte Carlo Simulation. The study population is 22 educational institutions and a case study, the sample is selected and not random. The Integral Risk Management Plan improves the execution of works by direct administration of educational infrastructure, optimizing cost, time, scope and quality, determining an increase of 7.91%, representing a significantly low percentage compared to the increase of 229.16% without the application. of risk management.

With a quasi-experimental design, a population of 114 teachers of the first basic cycle of the life skills programme, the non-probabilistic sample made up of a control group and an experimental group of 30 teachers, a checklist was applied, validated by experts, and a pilot test, with a reliability of 0.89 from KR20. By the Shapiro-Wilk test, a normal distribution of data was determined. Concluding: The test test on classroom planning, the value of p=.000 is obtained, that this value is smaller than the expected critical 0.05, approving the alternative hypothesis the program of active breaks influences in the planning of classrooms in schools attached to the program skills for life region of Los Lagos, Chile 2021, the statistical analysis of the test of the post test on classroom planning in the dimension of classroom planning and performance in the control and experimental group, the value of p=0.00 is obtained, this value is smaller than the expected critical 0.05.

The general objective was to determine to what extent information and communication technology is related to public management, from the perception of employees, in the Regional Government of Tacna, 2020. The following methodology was used: the present investigation is Pure, with a non-experimental and transectional design. The survey technique was administered to the workers of the sample under study, in order to know their perception of information and communication technology and public management, in the Regional Government of Tacna, in order to establish their relationship. The population is made up of 335 employees, applying the systematic random sampling method to 180 of the workers. The main conclusion was that information and communication technology is related to public management directly for the employees of the Regional Government of Tacna, however; the significance level <0.05 reached allows determining that the relationship of information and communication technology with public management is moderate. Based on the fact that the Regional Government of Tacna has the financial means to be able to make good use of human and technological resources, we need them to see the need to improve their service.

The main objective of this study was to determine to what extent internal control influences administrative management in the district municipality of Pocollay, Tacna Region, year 2019. The type of research of this study is basic, its research design is non-experimental, and its explanatory level. The research was aimed at 30 workers; the content validity and reliability of each instrument was carried out, being of high reliability. The ordinal regression statistic was used to analyse the influence of internal control on the business management of the district municipality of Pocollay, with the Nagelkerke coefficient showing the influence of internal control of 65.0 % on administrative management. With respect to the level of influence of the dimensions of the internal control variable on administrative management, through the testing of hypotheses, by means of inferential statistics, influences were verified in values from the lowest to the highest in the range of 25.10% to 47%.

Technological changes, scale production and productive decentralization entail new forms of cooperation and coordination between capital and labor, but at the same time imply new social realities on which the law must operate, in this case the transformation of the figure of the employer is affected and therefore the way in which labor obligations are configured, the present work aims to analyze the national form in which this phenomenon is presented through the joint and several liability of the economic groups, the present research is of a correlational-explanatory type and scope, the bases of the analysis are normative, doctrinal, jurisprudential and documentary, likewise the instrument used consisted of a questionnaire with structured questions addressed to 52 lawyers specialized in labor law.

The purpose of this paper is to examine the effect of affective commitment on the loyalty of higher education students. The student population involved corresponds to a total of 2029 students belonging to three faculties and enrolled in the 2021-II academic semester of a public university in the province of Andahuaylas, Apurimac region, of which, data were collected from 271 students equivalent to 13.36 % of the population. The quantitative route, cross-sectional design and explanatory level were followed. Two existing validated constructs were used to measure students' perceptions through a virtual questionnaire. To find cause-effect, simple linear regression of SPSS 27 statistic was used. The result of the inferential statistics found that affective commitment positively and significantly influences students' loyalty at a moderate level (R2 = 0.588***). The findings infer that the emotional bond generated by students with the university increases their levels of loyalty, identification and feelings of permanence.
