El presente artículo versa sobre la realización del estudio sobre la violencia intrafamiliar, las afecciones que generan los diversos niveles crecientes en la salud física, psicológica, emocional y social de quienes tienen la experiencia de estas situaciones. Se planteó como principal problemática la que se establece: ¿cómo contribuir con la revelación de la influencia de la violencia intrafamiliar en el desarrollo psico-emocional en los niños y su desarrollo? Para garantizar un nivel de solución a la misma, se fundamenta la necesidad de profundizar en ello, un proyecto de intervención familiar para la prevención y hacer conocer a los miembros familiares la incidencia de la violencia intrafamiliar en el desarrollo psico-emocional en los niños y niñas. La metodología desarrollada en el estudio es de tipo cuali-cuantitativo, la población estuvo conformada por 50 familias con presencia de violencia intrafamiliar. De ellas, se seleccionó una muestra de 14 familias, a partir del procedimiento de muestro probabilístico, de tipo aleatorio simple. Para la obtención de los datos, se utilizaron las técnicas entrevista familiar y entrevista a informantes claves. Los principales resultados obtenido, expresan la estructura y funcionalidad de un proyecto de intervención familiar, que se planifica a partir de la prevalencia en las familias de violencia intrafamiliar, y en los niños que forman parte de ellas la incidencia psicológica y emocional que genera. Con una mayor incidencia de violencia en niños y niñas, con el fin de modificar comportamientos de violencia intrafamiliar.

That is why this work aims to expose and share the actions that were carried out to implement the Network Security System of the University of Granma.

Management model in Dental Clinics of San Gregorio Portoviejo University The Dentistry School of San Gregorio Portoviejo University manages dental clinics for the teaching-learning process of the students, and to provide a service to the community; Consequently, it is necessary to have a management model that guarantees the process flow into the different dimensions: political, technical and economic; Therefore, the study aims to definite and evaluate the management model of the dental clinics of the USGP, carrying out a qualitative research of a descriptive nature and non-experimental design, taking information from the face-to-face clinics that were held at the University. The study participants were 20 people around who nowadays work in the clinics, including teachers and administrators, who answered questions according to a structured questionnaire with a Liker Scale, which allowed generating a total Cronbach's Alpha of 0.92, where the main conclusion is that the management model manages the resources adequately, focusing on the quality of the service. In this research article, the role of the main motivational theories is reviewed, within the study of the consumer, analyzing the causes and effects, both internal and external, of motivation. The methodology used is of a documentary type, where the different theories and positions of the main authors of motivation in relation to consumer behavior are analyzed. Marketers use these theoretical models of the motivational approach to design their strategies, which are reflected in the marketing plan, to achieve the business objectives of companies.

Entender las finanzas y los conceptos que esta implica es fundamental, para obtener la estabilidad económica que cada persona debería poseer; es por ello que la educación financiera debería impartirse desde una edad temprana porque en este periodo el cerebro retiene más información. El objetivo principal de esta investigación es conocer el efecto que tienen las finanzas personales en los jóvenes, por lo que se lleva a cabo a través de un instrumento virtual y de esta manera obtener la información requerida. Como resultado, se identificaron los porcentajes de la cantidad que ahorran de sus ingresos, así como los hábitos financieros, los tipos de seguros con los que están familiarizados y el nivel de dominio financiero que tienen. La investigación permite concluir que los jóvenes no cuentan con la educación financiera suficiente para forjar un futuro estable, económicamente.

The objective of this research is to provide a general approach to data network testing methodologies that allow identifying security errors and network vulnerabilities and defining the methodology that best suits them. The work methodology used was the Systemic Literature Review. In the first place, the search criteria were defined, then the search was carried out by selecting the works that met these criteria, to then identify the fields that would be analyzed and classify them in a table, finally, the criteria identified in the methodologies were analyzed. and testing tools. As a result, it was possible to identify that the most used and effective methodology for network testing is the OSSTMM (Open Source Security Testing Methodology Manual) with the use of 66.67% of the articles analyzed in this review. The OSSTMM methodology is the most used among the network testing and vulnerability analysis methodologies, being free to use and allows risk assessment, which helps to differentiate and classify the different security problems of organizations, as well as allowing professionals contribute with new securities based on the methodology.

This article aims to analyze the importance of culture and investigative competencies in students of the Social Communication career at the University of Guayaquil, describing the current situation of their undergraduate training and where the investigative competencies that allow them to be knowledge generator. In The methodology of the investigation a qualitative perspective is assumed; among the methods considered are theoretical and practical. For the collection of information that served as the basis for the analysis and development of conclusions, a survey was carried out among the students of the seventh semester of the Social Communication Career of the University of Guayaquil. In summary, it is established that it is necessary to promote a process of change in the educational model, where the research culture is promoted from the curriculum with the active participation of teachers and students

The objective of this research is to determine the digital tools applied by the teacher and their relationship with the creative abilities of middle school students at the Mathius Quintanilla Sierra Educational Unit in Ecuador. The research starts from a flexible design and methodological triangulation: qualitative and quantitative. To delve into the research categories, the theoretical methods of analysis, synthesis, induction and deduction are used. The factual study was carried out through surveys and interviews with students and teachers. As an object of study, the totality of tenured teachers (10), within the educational unit, and a sample of 55 elementary school students are considered. The results show that there is a deficit in the knowledge, management and use of digital tools by teachers. And, in the opinion of the students, these resources are not being used adequately to stimulate the development of skills in class. It is concluded that it is appropriate for educators to seek continuous training in innovative educational technological strategies. Thus determining the relevant digital tools to obtain more dynamic classes and encourage creative skills in students.

The present work, as a pre-feasibility investigation, studies the possibility of implementing a system of non-bearing panels as masonry, inserting in its elaboration the agricultural residue "peanut shell" as filler material in its mortar within a defined spatial distribution and approved as housing of social interest according to the Ecuadorian normative organisms without changing its structural operation.
