Resumen
The competencies of the creative teacher generate changes in the methodology of teaching processes and constitute assertive and versatile responses to the challenge of producing knowledge. The objective of this work is to analyze the competencies of the creative teacher and their impact on the significant learning of the students of the "Leonardo Mesías" Educational Unit of the El Ceibo de Chone community. The research was developed under a qualitative-quantitative, exploratory, descriptive and bibliographic approach that based the study variables supported by theoretical, analytical, inductive and deductive methods, for the factual; study a survey was applied to students, teachers and interviews to experts. The results show accurate conceptions of the characteristics of the innovative teacher, the benefits of incorporating creativity in the classroom, learning based on collaborative work and the use of traditional teaching methods that limit the use of this tool. It is concluded that creative methodologies facilitate knowledge, allow the achievement of learning objectives, develop capabilities and enhance skills, require teacher training and dynamic scenarios with motivational and communicative techniques, and difficulties were detected in students when performing activities that promote reflection and critical analysis in problem solving.

Resumen
Creative thinking consists of the learning that a student obtains through different activities and mental operations, which when implemented in ideation tasks are capable of turning an idea into an entrepreneurial project. The present study aims to analyze the incidence of creative thinking strategies in the design of entrepreneurship projects aimed at high school students from the educational unit "María Piedad Castillo de Levi" in the city of Paján, province of Manabí, Ecuador. The methodology had a non-experimental qualitative and quantitative approach, the implemented technique was the survey applied to 153 high school students who are in the second and third year, and an interview with the vice-chancellor as an authority. The results obtained corroborate that teacher’s work with content that helps them design entrepreneurship projects, especially with brainstorming, and they feel motivated thanks to it, since it makes it easier for them to define a business project. It is concluded that for the application of thinking strategies in the design of entrepreneurship projects, it is essential to have methodologies that enhance the educational process such as design thinking, whose teachings are useful for life and prepare the student as an active and creative person.

Resumen
Young college students need to adapt quickly to changes in work environments, and soft skills are one of the most essential changes in working life in the 19th century. The objective of this work is to carry out an intensive review in Spanish about the current knowledge about the mastery of soft skills in young university students and their importance in the job search. To collect the information, a review of the bibliography published in the last 5 years was carried out, available in academic search engines. As a result of the review, a significant demand for soft skills is perceived in the labor markets; Despite this, there is a considerable delay in the mastery of soft skills by young people with higher-level studies who seek to be employed. As a conclusion, the need for actions that take advantage of the great demand for soft skills as a starting point for the employment of young graduates is proposed, reducing the gap in the mastery of these high-value skills.

Resumen
The automotive industry in Mexico is one of the activities with the greatest participation in the economy, generating a high leve lof employment among the community. In this work, base don INEGI data (2021), a market análisis is carried out to determine the quantitative participation of the Nissan industry in the country´s economy. In particular, when considering future prices for the end of 2021 that are between 219,900 and 304,900, an economic well-being between 84 million pesos and 294 million is generated in the Nissan industry. Although the análisis serves to show the importance of the automotive industry in GDP, due to the amount of employment that is generated, it would be necessary to incorpórate factors such as: taxes, competitive prices, gasolina prices, government support, among others, which alter this surplus.

Abstract
Gamification: Methodological strategy for literacy skill development
The inadequate use of gamification strategies in educational environments limits the correct performance of children in reading and writing skills; therefore, this research addresses the contribution of gamification strategies in the development of reading and writing skills. The work was based on a descriptive qualitative-quantitative approach, applying the instruments of an interview to an expert, a survey to 25 teachers and an observation rubric to 40 third grade students. Analytical, deductive and statistical methods were used to collect and process information. The results showed that by implementing gamification, the learning of reading and writing is at a satisfactory level; however, its implementation is scarce in the educational practice of the teachers under study. In fact, gamification strategies applied to the reading and writing skills generate a positive impact, allowing the teacher to increase attention and motivation in the learning process of the students, valuing their effort and generating an environment conducive to teamwork, so it is necessary that the educator is immersed in the digital context to raise their skills.

Resumen
Information and communication technology (ICT) is developed from scientific advances that occur in the field of computing. It is used in educational methodologies. The purpose of this article is to analyze the use of ICT in the conservation of the flora and fauna of the environment of the students of Basic Middle of the General Educational Unit Eloy Alfaro de Chone. It is presented under a quantitative approach where descriptive aspects are identified to determine the importance that teachers give to ICT in teaching classes related to the conservation of flora and fauna. The results obtained show that the use of ICT in education provides teachers with tools that allow them to improve their professional practice regarding the content they present on the environment and its conservation in Natural Sciences classes. It is concluded that technological means could be applied in other subjects at the basic education level to transform and complement the teaching-learning process. This study has practical implications for the time that the educational process is going through with the COVID-19 pandemic, the need to increase action against the problems of caring for flora and fauna, and also comprehensive training of children and young people.

Resumen
La presente investigación se basa en la estrategia de aprendizaje para fomentar la lectura comprensiva, a través de herramientas digitales en estudiantes de octavo año básico de la UEF “Rocke Cantos Barberán” del cantón Montecristi de la provincia de Manabí – Ecuador; los objetivos plantearon: a) analizar desde el punto de vista teórico, las diversas definiciones dadas por varios autores sobre estrategias de aprendizaje, lectura comprensiva y herramientas digitales para el fomento de la lectura en los estudiantes de 11 a 12 años; b) diagnosticar las dificultades en la lectura comprensiva de los estudiantes de octavo año básico y, c) diseñar estrategias de aprendizaje basadas en la utilización de herramientas digitales que fomenten la lectura comprensiva en los estudiantes. La investigación es de tipo aplicada, cualitativa con la aplicación del método inductivo y deductivo, empleando las técnicas de la entrevista a cinco docentes, dos directivos y la encuesta a siete estudiantes. Los resultados demuestran que el 71,4% de los estudiantes encuestados mencionaron que los docentes rara vez utilizan los recursos necesarios para incentivarlos a leer comprensivamente; mientras que el 85,7% de la misma población estudiada indicó que los docentes ocasionalmente ofrecen opciones a elegir para el desarrollo de la lectura comprensiva en el aula; un resultado poco usual aparece con el 28,6% del universo de estudiantes, resaltó que siempre, a menudo y, rara vez utilizan herramientas digitales como recurso para leer en casa, evidenciando la carencia de desarrollar estrategias de aprendizaje, para fomentar la lectura comprensiva en los estudiantes objeto del estudio; el 71,4% de estudiantes manifestó que siempre colaboraría con la institución en la implementación de estas estrategias en el aula de clases, concluyendo así, la oportunidad de diseñar nuevas estrategias de aprendizajes con la utilización de herramientas digitales que mejoren la lectura comprensiva y rendimiento en los estudiantes.

Resumen
La innovación de la Tecnología de la Información y la Comunicación (TIC), es uno de los ámbitos de la ciencia más cambiantes y dinámicos en el mundo, que han incrementado exponencialmente las posibilidades de las organizaciones para alcanzar sus propósitos corporativos, sin embargo, se mantiene la duda sobre el uso óptimo de este potencial ya que en el sector público es percibido como un ente anclado a los procesos burocráticos. El objetivo de esta investigación es levantar una línea base sobre la infraestructura tecnológica y los servicios de Tecnología de Información (TI) que poseen las entidades públicas de la provincia de Manabí. La metodología utilizada en este estudio corresponde al método descriptivo, el cual permitió definir, clasificar, catalogar y caracterizar el objeto de estudio. Para ello fue necesario realizar el respectivo levantamiento de información en las instituciones públicas, considerando como objeto de estudio a las entidades públicas de la provincia de Manabí en Ecuador, caracterizando los servicios de tecnologías de información que estas poseen. Los resultados demuestran que, de las 149 entidades públicas a nivel de esta provincia, solo el 25 % cuenta con un departamento de tecnología. Se concluye que la infraestructura tecnológica en las organizaciones públicas de Manabí se apoya en procesos de administración, políticas y metodologías que permiten el correcto planteamiento y configuración al interior de cada institución con procesos de control y monitoreo de cara para evitar fallos, reforzar la seguridad y garantizar la calidad de los servicios esperados.

Resumen
The article presented a study on intensive work to improve reading comprehension skills in International Baccalaureate (IB) students. This research is based on the information the students acquire essentially that allows the understanding of the English language through reading at lower levels, so when they meet at superior levels do not have all the skills to perceive what they are reading and doing so optimally it is difficult for them to understand a text to deduce meanings, words, phrases or a conversation in the English language. The work aims to analyze Reading Competence as a fundamental need for learning English as a second language. The studio is focused on the group of high school students from the Unidad Educativa Particular “Redemptio” in the city of Jipijapa, province of Manabi. The work had a mixed approach, of bibliographic type and descriptive scope, which are used to obtain information, together with techniques such as surveys of International Baccalaureate students of the Educational Unit and interviews with teachers of the same institution. Obtaining as results that most of the students have a fascination for reading in English unlike the study, in addition, you teach a good understanding regarding the chosen reading in terms of the organization of teachers.

Resumen
La presente Investigación, parte de los conceptos de sistema de gestión de la calidad mediante la normativa ISO 9001:2015 y con ello los procesos de vinculación con la sociedad educativa, partiendo de un diagnóstico inicial que parte del desconocimiento de la comunidad educativa del Instituto Superior Universitario Portoviejo ITSUP, en estas temáticas. El objetivo del presente estudio abordó temas teóricos relacionados con el sistema de gestión de la calidad bajo las normas ISO 9001:2015 y los procesos de vinculación con la sociedad. La metodología de estudio es de tipo cualitativo, descriptivo, cuantitativo, se lo realizó durante el año 2021, para ello se aplicaron métodos teóricos como el análisis-síntesis, inductivo-deductivo; enmarcado en los sistemas de gestión de calidad que aplica el ITSUP en los procesos de vinculación. Como resultado global partiendo de las encuestas realizadas en la investigación se identificaron que existe un desconocimiento por parte de nuestro grupo de interés en la investigaciones relacionados con normas internacionales de calidad e implementaciones de sistemas de gestión de la calidad, donde se evidencia el ciclo Deming, del PHVA (Planificar, Hacer, Verificar y Actuar), mientras que temas relacionados con sistemas de calidad basados en seis sigmas han recibido poca atención, concluyendo así que es importante la descripción de los procesos de vinculación con la sociedad aplicando las normas ISO 9001:2015 para así brindar un servicio que garantice la calidad de sus resultados planteados.
