La meta del presente artículo fue establecer los aspectos de la gestión de calidad determinados por la ISO 9001:2015 como estrategia de mejoramiento de los procesos de la empresa Asertia Comercial S.A. siendo esta uno de los principales medios para lograr el crecimiento de las empresas.  Para el logro del objetivo del artículo (de tipo exploratorio y descriptivo), se ha hecho una revisión de diversas fuentes documentales científicas, teóricas y estadísticas. Esta información ha sido extraída, analizada y correlacionada en su totalidad, proceso que viabilizó el desarrollo de un diagnostico situacional de la empresa, mediante la que se estableció que no se tienen definidas las políticas y objetivos de calidad, la carencia de misión, visión precisa y documentada, por último, no se cuenta con un sistema de gestión de calidad certificado con normativa internacional. Por medio de este proceso se hace evidente la necesidad aplicar un proceso de mejora en base a un sistema de gestión de calidad.

The culture of recycling is understood as the process of observation and analysis of statistical information on recycling programs and the possibility of these for the generation of awareness regarding the change of habits and social benefits obtained. The The objective of this research is to analyze the relationship between the culture of recycling computer waste and the contextualization of ISO 14001: 2015, as an experience in high school students from the Villa Nueva Educational Unit in Portoviejo. of the theoretical level as: analysis - synthesis, inductive - deductive and historical - logical, at the empirical level: the survey to the students. Based on the application and analysis of the survey, the data were processed from the percentage analysis. The main results revolved around the presence of obsolete equipment in homes, final disposal of computer waste is not i Whereas, the effects on health are increasing, due to the toxicity generated by the chemical elements that they possess. Finally, it was concluded that between the culture of recycling computer waste and ISO 14001: 2015, there is a close relationship that allows contextualization, the criteria expressed by the students revealed that although they do not know the standard, the achievement of certifications based on it, is of great importance for the development of the country. La investigación tiene como objetivo determinar la influencia de las estrategias creativas en la promoción ambiental en los estudiantes del nivel bachillerato en Portoviejo, Ecuador. La metodología aplicada tuvo un enfoque cuanti-cualitativo de tipo exploratoria y descriptiva, tomando la postura de varios autores y la opinión de autoridades y docentes de nivel bachillerato. Al investigar a docentes en base a encuesta realizada se evidencia que la mayor parte de los encuestados demuestran conocimientos relacionados sobre el tema de promoción ambiental; por otro lado, los directivos consultados evidencian altos niveles de sensibilización hacia los temas ambientales y consideran en su gestión prácticas innovadoras como la implementación de programas ambientales, mediante clubes, charlas y uso te tics.  Se concluye que existe una marcada insuficiencia de estrategias educativas para el cuidado del medio ambiente y que las funciones de la educación ambiental son necesarias en la formación estudiantil, por aquello es  preciso incluir la promoción ambiental en los programas de estudios.

El trabajo descrito a continuación, tiene por objetivo identificar las áreas de evaluación de los procesos de tecnología de información en entidades públicas aplicando la norma de control interno en su apartado 410 de la Contraloría General del Estado para establecer un instrumento guía de evaluación en las instituciones públicas de Ecuador. Para la ejecución del trabajo se empleó el método bibliográfico, estableciendo para ello tres etapas: búsqueda de información, organización y análisis de los datos. Una vez ejecutado el trabajo, se pudo obtener como resultado que, de acuerdo a la norma indicada, se consideraron los 17 ítems, estableciendo para cada uno de ellos la respectiva interrogante de cumplimiento mediante 20 preguntas, determinado por cuatro niveles, lo que permitió bosquejar un adecuado formulario de recolección de información en el área de TI de las instituciones públicas en las que se desee evaluar el cumplimiento de estos procesos.

Con el tiempo la educación tradicional ha pasado de un salón de clases a un aula virtual, gracias a la tecnología que día a día está en constante evolución. El confinamiento obligó a las instituciones educativas a efectuar transformaciones pedagógicas radicales, el uso de plataformas virtuales fue común a nivel mundial. El objetivo fue desarrollar un análisis de la plataforma educativa Moodle en los procesos innovadores de enseñanza - aprendizaje para el desarrollo de un plan de mejoras. Esta investigación tiene un enfoque cualitativo y cuantitativo, se empleó como métodos el Histórico lógico que permitió realizar un análisis de un antes y un después de las plataformas educativas virtuales, el método comparativo en la que se encontró semejanzas y diferencias de las plataformas virtuales, el análisis y síntesis para resumir los fundamentos teóricos esenciales que sirven de sustento a los resultados que se muestran, el método estadístico para la sistematización y cruce de información. Se aplicaron encuestas y entrevistas a docentes y estudiantes del Instituto Superior Universitario Portoviejo. Con la investigación se pudo establecer que la potencialidad del aula virtual debe enfocarse en las máximas capacidades intelectuales de interrelación entre docentes-estudiantes y que la plataforma Moodle es una de las más utilizadas en las instituciones de educación superior ya que brinda todas las facilidades para una mediación pedagógica de calidad. Se pudo concluir que las plataformas Virtuales en este tiempo de pandemia, permitieron mejorar los procesos educativos, facilitando el contacto directo entre docentes y estudiantes, y acceso de contenidos académicos.

The present research work was carried out with the students of Pedagogy of national and foreign languages of the la Universidad Técnica de Manabí in the city of Portoviejo with the participation and support of the students of the first semester.       The incidence of autodidact as a pedagogical strategy for the development of English language learning skills will be determined. Due to the COVID-19 situation, the centers were forced to close their doors, moving from face-to-face education to virtual classes.    The application of work tools and techniques to be used effectively in self-learning. In this globalized world, society needs trained and motivated teachers to face the different changes that educational centers are experiencing in the new social realities. The fundamental objective of the research is that students use the appropriate tools and methods in their self-learning of the English language, the purpose of which is the development of language skills.      Therefore, a quantitative and qualitative approach was carried out applying research methods (such as the survey) in a population of English language students. The investigation presented favorable results that show the efficacy and appreciation by those surveyed.

The conceptions of teaching and learning are related to the perception that teachers have of the context in which the educational process takes place. The objective of this work was to characterize the perception of the teaching context of the teachers of the first year of the Veterinary Medicine degree in the Faculty of Veterinary Sciences of the Universidad Nacional del Litoral, R. Argentina. To do this, a sample made up of 18 teachers was interviewed using a semi-structured instrument. The sample was non-probabilistic, prioritizing the representativeness of all disciplines, regardless of the teaching category and time commitment. Of the five dimensions of the teaching context, this study addressed those corresponding to the degree of control or flexibility they have over what they teach, the number of students per course to achieve an interaction that they perceive as adequate, the support given by the institution to the teaching activity, and the workload allocated to academic work as teachers' perception of a balanced balance against other tasks. All the teachers affirmed that they have the freedom to organize their teaching and agreed that the number of students taking the first year subjects is very high. Most of the interviewees highlighted as a key factor in their work context, before and during the pandemic, the accompaniment of their colleagues and interdisciplinary work. They considered the institutional accompaniment adequate and proposed improvement strategies.

In the present work, it evaluates the knowledge management of the craft breweries of Mexicali Baja California, Mexico, through bidirectional communication,marketing and advertising. To achieve the objective, a survey was applied to 432 customers and the information was analyzed through a structural equation model, so it was possible to identify the actions of the brewers to seek knowledge of their environment, the form of interaction with the consumer and customer participation with their feedback so that companies can generate differentiators in the emerging market and even with little information, which has grown at a rapid pace in the last decade, which has imposed the challenge of developing new forms of contact in Based on the trend of the digital world, it was possible to identify that the variables proximity to the consumer and bidirectional communication have greater weight when explaining the variance with respect to knowledge management.

El mantenimiento en el sector industrial es tan importante como la industria en todo el contexto, ya que la conservación efectiva de los activos permite la operación de los procesos productivos, estableciendo la generación constante de valor. El deterioro de los equipos y las fallas funcionales en los talleres industriales de la ciudad de Portoviejo generan pérdidas tanto monetarias como de calidad en los trabajos y servicios brindados, por factores importantes que deben identificarse claramente para poder mitigarse. El propósito de la presente investigación es identificar y evaluar el mantenimiento y la aplicación del mismo en los talleres industriales de la ciudad de Portoviejo. Como técnica metodológica se aplicaron entrevistas a los gerentes de los establecimientos con el objetivo de poder diagnosticar el mantenimiento aplicado a los equipos de mecanizado y en general a los talleres industriales. Resultados: Las respuestas de los gerentes de los talleres mostraron la deficiencia en la gestión, aplicación y planificación del mantenimiento en todos sus niveles, dejando considerables problemas en la operación de sus sistemas productivos, en algunos de los casos están en un deterioro acelerado. Investigación que muestra la necesidad del sector y los factores que pueden influir en la aplicación de mantenimiento o actividades complementarias del mismo.

The main problems facing our society is the lack of organization and therefore the lack of vision for the future, which leads many companies to show a lack of planning and this affects the correct management of their workforce or human talent. Today's world requires companies to be able to innovate or reinvent themselves every day, therefore it is essential to know how the Strategic Planning is related to the Management of Human Talent of the Passenger Transportation Cooperative by Taxi “Guayaquil Avenue #39” of the Portoviejo Canton in the period 2021-2022, for this it was proposed: to analyze the level of incidence, responsibility or function of strategic planning in the management of human talent, determine the approaches to the quality of the service provided by the drivers and explain the impact of said planning in the management of human talent in the aforementioned taxi cooperative. Each of these aspects was achieved through the application of the questionnaire on the Likert scale to the employees (drivers) of the cooperative, these results were analyzed and interpreted, determining that most of them know the strategic planning of the institution with all what this involves, however it is necessary to provide workshops that reinforce knowledge and allow us to continue providing a quality service with efficiency and warmth, managing to continue with an excellent image before the community.
