The purpose of this study is to analyze the incidence of public and private investment in reducing poverty in the department of Apurímac, during the time interval from 2004 to 2020. The scope of the research was descriptive and explanatory; non-experimental design of a longitudinal nature, technique applied documentary analysis, the population under analysis was represented by the census population, for the analysis and estimation of results the multiple linear regression model has been applied, the data processing has been carried out using the Eviews app. The results indicate that, to the extent that public investment in social and economic services has increased by one million soles, poverty levels have been reduced by -0.04883% and -0.03588% respectively; Likewise, as soon as the Gross Added Value of the private sector has presented an increase of one million soles, poverty has decreased by -0.000920%. It is concluded that during the study interval from 2004 to 2020, public investment and private investment have had significant implications in 90.68% in the reduction of monetary poverty rates in the department of Apurímac.

Nowadays, English language constitutes a key competence for permanent learning for lifelong to improve the personal development. The objective study was to identify the strategies of the ISA applied in the English classroom of the Environmental Engineering School, ESPOCH- Campus Macas, during the semester April – September 2021. The research approach was a qualitative and quantitative method called mixed. The basic modality was a field and bibliography research. The research design was non-experimental of the transversal design. The level of the research was descriptive. The population were made up of 30 students and the sample was probabilistic type. The survey was applied to identify the level of communication in English language of the students and the ISA strategies. As well as, a checklist was applied during the observation classroom to compare the students’ perception about the ISA strategies. The information was analyzing by descriptive statistic through frequency of distribution, and the results were presented by charts with percentage values. The results determined that the 93 % of the students develop the language skills in insolation way where prevalence the traditional strategies, and the 90 % of the students achieve a low level of the communicative competences. In conclusion, the strategies from ISA are directly corelated with the target language learning (L2).

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo evaluar el proceso logístico de la empresa Servientrega ubicada en la ciudad de Riobamba, provincia de Chimborazo. El desarrollo de la misma tiene un enfoque cualitativo y cuantitativo, mediante la aplicación de encuestas para identificar la percepción del cliente. Se utilizaron además fichas de observación, para conocer el nivel de cumplimiento de los parámetros establecidos en cada uno de los procesos logísticos como en la operación de recepción, Cross Docking, distribución de la carga. Se identificaron las falencias que la empresa posee actualmente, entre las que se pueden mencionar las actividades diarias de la empresa, como: condiciones y formas de distribución y en los centros de soluciones, retrasos en la entrega, inadecuada manipulación de la mercancía. Se optó por el servicio a domicilio en su mayoría a clientes corporativos o en los puntos de entrega denominados centros de soluciones. Estas acciones de mejora se ven reflejadas en la satisfacción del cliente. El análisis y evaluación de las distintas etapas del proceso logístico de Servientrega permitirá tomar decisiones sobre los cambios que se pueden efectuar en la empresa, volviendo el proceso más eficiente con la disminución de los costos en cada etapa.

Undertaking today is not new, as a result of the rapidity with which the market has evolved, businesses and society itself have been forced to improve, to adapt to the new modalities that are appearing; Entrepreneurship became a survival strategy that various organizations have applied with various results; This research analyzes social entrepreneurship and how it has become a fundamental element that guides the efforts of different organizations, not only to strengthen and improve from their internal actions, but also to find solutions to various social problems; Orienting itself to look for all the opportunities that it could take advantage of while they grow and evolve in a market as competitive as the current one. This evolution of entrepreneurship has been adapting in such a way that companies no longer only seek productive and economic growth, but also create social value, identify with those areas of society that have somehow been left behind so that they can recover the place they deserve. they have lost; It is here where the University takes its preponderant role by becoming the necessary link between professional technical knowledge and the reality in which students find themselves.

With the passage of time, the services offered by financial institutions, through the use of technology and the Internet, have become a very useful tool for users, saving time in the process of conducting financial transactions. The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors that influence the intention to use online banking, such as ease of use, perceived quality and perceived hedonic motivation of bank and credit union customers in the city of Machala. A quantitative study was conducted by collecting information through an online survey of 235 convenience customers of banks and credit unions. The results show that the intention to use online banking is positively influenced by ease of use, a closer connection. The study will allow financial institutions to understand the impact of these variables in order to implement strategies that promote the use of online banking, a service that has multiple benefits for both institutions and users.

This research studies consumer behavior in the pharmaceutical market in the city of Machala, focusing on the majority group of economically active adults between 45 and 64 years of age. This analysis seeks to identify the determining variables within the purchase process and in what percentage these affect brand loyalty. The methodology applied in this article is mixed and of correlational level, 371 study subjects were submitted to a structured survey instrument based on the Likert scale and the results were analyzed through structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). The main findings resulted in the rejection of the variables perceived value and satisfaction, while the brand image variable demonstrates its significant influence on consumer loyalty. From this, a real perspective of the current situation of the pharmaceutical market in this specific segment is provided, so that new loyalty and loyalty strategies can be generated.

The objective of this study is to determine the influence that visual merchandising has on the impulse buying behavior of consumers in retail stores. For this purpose, a survey was applied to a sample of 384 customers of these stores in the city of Machala. This work analyzes the influence of visual merchandising composed of elements such as: window display, store layout, promotional signage and product display. The results of the research show that only the store layout and product display have a significant influence on the impulse buying behavior of the consumer. These findings are important for the retail sector in the city of Machala, since managers and marketing managers will be able to make the right decisions in the implementation of strategies that stimulate impulse buying behavior at the point of sale.

The scoope of this writing is to clarify certain similarities and differences between the two main political ideologies of the West, namely, liberalism and communitarianism, and to extend a natural dialogue bridge between the centrist positions of this axis and a natural controversy between the positions most radical of such systems of ideas. For this, we will trace a historical line of thought of both systems of ideas and we will identify a demarcation line between the moderate and radical positions of both systems of ideas. It should be noted that this historical outline does not intend to be univocal, nor will it try to define the system of ideas of each of the cited authors, but rather to define some similarities and differences between the nuances of each system of ideas that make possible or impossible the dialogue as the political means par excellence. Finally, we emphasize that this writing may be insufficient, in practical terms, to explain the political reality, since we do not contemplate the empirical variables, or interests.

The recent experience of quarantine, due to a still ongoing pandemic, which has deprived us for months of a common space and the coincidence with the other. This deprivation has been necessary by sanitary reasons. Nevertheless it has been serious from the point of view of an idea of the human which is not an accidental being but also it is constitutively corporeal and social. Indeed, the representation of the body and the social dimensión as inherent variables to the person allow us to judge better the consequences of the damage which face the share areas, especially Within the cities, in Latin America and even more in Peru. The public space is not an opposed area to the self, but it even explains its identity and freedom. The physical state of the inhabited place adjusts the way in which humans live. The walk of a city is not indifferent to whom we are, which is only fully within a life in common, which cannot be abandoned because of the “new normalcy”, it means, in a time of social fear and dominant protagonism of virtuality.

In this work we intend to explore, from the works of María Zambrano and Rosa Chacel (both disciples of José Ortega y Gasset), the recovery of the confessional genre as a founding philosophical-literary dimension in their works. For this, we rely on a point of convergence in Zambrano and Chacel, where the Confession is presented as the horizon of revelation from a narrative of the self, for the recognition of biographical-self-referential elements. We try to show that the confessional genre, although it is a substantive part of the anthropological-literary treatment that both authors carry out, also leads to being a renewal proposal for contemporary man.
