Resumen
This article proposes the integrative method of discussion of clinical cases for the training of labor competences in residents of the specialty of Natural and Traditional Medicine, which expresses as a scientific novelty the systematization of the integrative nature of medicine (integration of Western medicine with natural) in a training dynamic that integrates the forms of organization of higher postgraduate medical teaching (conferences, seminars, workshops) with those of education at work: medical shift, visit pass external consultation and the research. The study is based from a theoretical point of view on the competency training, as well Cuban doctor's training model. A pre-experimental quantitative research was carried out based on a cross-sectional study, using as methods analysis, synthesis, induction - deduction, review of national and foreign scientific literature, promotion exams, observation, pre -pedagogical experiment and chi-square test at 95% reliability. The population and sample consisted of resident doctors of the aforementioned specialty from the province of Holguín, Cuba. The study concludes stating that the introduction of the method contributes to train the resident from the integrative nature of medicine, which generated significant improvements in their teaching, care and research performance in correspondence with their social assignment.

Resumen
An epistemological analysis of the initial training process in the major Bachelor of Education: Physics was carried out, which revealed theoretical deficiencies in the attention given to the guiding role of the students belonging to the major. The objective of this work is to propose dimensions to characterize the professional pedagogical orientation so as to prepare the students to carry out the orientation during their professional performance. Research combining quantitative and qualitative paradigms was conducted, using different research methods. From a population of 21 students of the aforementioned major, a sample of 13 students (61.90%) was taken, from the students of the first academic year of the full-time course of the University of Holguín. The results made it possible to characterize the professional orientation process and to determine the dimensions in specific areas of the professional orientation theory as formative content of the initial training. These dimensions allow the development of a procedure that favors the professional pedagogical orientation towards Physics at the secondary level.

Resumen
The results presented in this article deepen the analysis of the process of formation of Cuban philosophy in publications not prioritized in the study presented in previous issues of this magazine, on the transforming and creative spirit of the educational project of the 19th century Cuban teacher José de la Luz y Caballero. The objective of the work is to reveal the contributions that the great thinker makes to the teaching of Philosophy and the education of young people in his three replies to the Dómine de Port-au-Prince, published between the months of February and March 1839. The article examines the Lucist conceptualization of the teaching of Philosophy and the application of that discipline as a resource for the analysis of social phenomena, the teaching method and the sciences. It also explains his contribution to the forging of an autonomous philosophical thought at that stage of the analyzed process.

Resumen
In the undergraduate training of engineers, the importance of assimilating the conceptual system of mathematics for the interpretation and design of engineering process models was noted. However, the low level of assimilation of these systems was observed due to difficulties in their teaching and learning. Accordingly, the objective of this article consisted in the elaboration of a didactic strategy to improve the teaching-learning process of the concepts of higher mathematics. For the development of this research, methods of analysis-synthesis, induction-deduction, documentary analysis and triangulation as a methodological procedure were used, allowing the design of a strategy. Such strategy was determined to be comprised by the diagnosis of the previous conditions, the design of the teaching-learning process of the concept, orientation and execution of the teaching-learning process of the concept and its evaluation.

Resumen
The digital transformation of universities requires a study of technologies and the teacher’s culture involving talent management and professionalism to benefit from the opportunities offered by the cyberspace environment. This paper proposes good practices to guide digital citizens to synthesize learning and be able to use it in collaborative environments. As a way to develop this area in the Faculty of Educational Technologies, a survey was conducted to first year students of Computer Science Engineering on the use of social networks indicating their online activity from different variables. Results show that students spend too much time on social networks, mainly for entertainment purposes. It is recommended the use of good practices to digital citizens and actions to be taken for the educational work in the Faculty using the diagnosis carried out in students.

Resumen
This article presents the result of the study that was carried out on the historical background of key processes management in Cuban mixed centers. The main objective was framed in shaping a theoretical foundation that allowed a greater understanding of content of the addressed process and the need for its improvement. It was necessary to use such methods as: document revision, historical-logical and analysis-synthesis. The presented text is also the result of surveys and interviews applied to experts who deepened in the field of history of education. Such methods and the statements found in reviewing different authors, both national and from abroad, made it possible to shape systematization. References of evolution of mixed centers management and their key processes emerged from the demand of their perfectioning in order to achieve a greater effectiveness in the development of these educational institutions.

Resumen
Some epistemological considerations related to pedagogical communication and its importance for school management are presented, everything is achieved with the use of methods such as analysis - synthesis, induction - deduction, interviews with directors and teachers and participant observation of the process pedagogical in educational institutions, among others. As a result, a method of a socio-interactive nature is offered that, as part of a theoretical conception, will contribute to arguing the prevalence of the affective and assertive in the communicative process of the school director, derived from the investigative work of the authors, which is established in a new way for educational work by encouraging the formation of positive and flexible modes of communicative behavior that transcend the different contexts of action in which the directors of educational institutions work.

Resumen
In order to develop the teaching-learning process, we must start from the didactic act, a word that refers to the activities related to teaching and learning. This is why didactics is defined as the art of teaching. This article proposes a procedure for project-based learning in seventh grade students of Secondary Basic Education in Ecuador. It is based on project-based learning and the professional learning method for the training of workers. It expresses as a novelty the integration of theory with community work and the labor sector. Qualitative research was carried out based on the use of the methods of analysis, synthesis, document review and the system approach. It can be generalized to any educational entity of the middle basic level in Ecuador with flexibility and adaptability to the formative context of the basic education student.
